1 The elders which are amonge you I exhorte which am also an elder and a witnes of the affliccions of Christ and also a partaker of the glory that shalbe opened:

2 se that ye fede Christes flocke which is amonge you takynge the oversyght of them not as though ye were compelled therto but willyngly: not for the desyre of filthy lucre but of a good mynde.
2 God ana bobaituw babamaim tema’am kwanakaifih gewas, dogor tutufin etei, men erebaifut kwanakaifen, baise God ekokok na’atube. Men kwananot nati bowabowamaim kwa boro a kabay kwanab, en baise a naniyan tutufin etei i God isan nakura’ara’ahi kwanabow.
3 not as though ye were lordes over the parisshes: but that ye be a insample to the flocke.
3 Sabuw babamaim hima kwakakaifen men a baiyonayonayah hinamatar, baise kwa a bowabowamaim i hina’itin hini’u’uri.
4 And when the chef shepheerde shall appere ye shall receave an incorruptible croune of glorye.
4 Naatu bobaituw kaifenayan ukwarin nanan anamaramaim, kwa boro a kowas bonamanamarin nit, naatu i ana marakawin boro men namabiyamih.
5 Lykwyse ye yonger submit youre selves vnto the elder. Submit youre selves every man one to another knet youre selves togedder in lowlines of mynde. For god resisteth ye proude and geveth grace to the humble.

6 Submit youre selves therfore vnder the myghty honde of god that he maye exalt you whe the tyme is come.

7 Cast all youre care to him: for he careth for you.
7 A yababan etei God umanamaim kwaihamiyen, anayabin kwa i mar etei ana kaifen babanamaim kwama’am.
8 Be sober and watch for youre adversary ye devyll as a rorynge lion walketh about sekynge whom he maye devoure:
8 Mata toniwa’an taiyuw a ef kwana’itin gewas. Kwa a rakit orot Demon Kakafin lion na’atube garan nuwet ereremor orot babin ta yubin tarsisibin aanin isan. 9 whom resist stedfust in the fayth remebrynge that ye do but fulfill the same affliccios which are apoynted to youre brethren that are in the worlde.
9 Baise kwanarukouw, naatu a baitumatum tafanamaim kwanabatkikin, anayabin kwa kwaso’ob tafaram wanawanan taituwa baitumatumayah etei i bai’akir ta’imon wanawanan kwarun kwanan.
10 The God of all grace which called you vnto his eternall glory by Christ Iesus shall his awne silfe after ye have soffred a lytell affliccio make you perfect: shall settle strenght and stablishe you.
10 Baise mar kafai kwanabi’akir ufunamaim, manaw kabeber ana God Keriso wanawananamaim ana marakaw wanatowanin bairi faram isan ea’afi boro nabobuna’i, nawowabfuti, fair nit, naatu kwanabatkikin.
11 To him be glory and dominio for ever and whill the worlde endureth Amen.

12 By Silvanus a faythfull brother vnto you (as I suppose) have I written brefly exhortynge and testifyinge how that this is the true grace of god wherin ye stonde.
12 Silas ana baibaisamaim ayu iti fef kabumin akirum kwa isa abiyafar, Silas i ana merar ayiy, bosunusunubayan orot gewasin. Ayu iti fef akikirum ana’an i akokok kwa tafa fair anayai naatu a tur ana’owen kwanaso’ob manaw kabeber Godane, i kwa wanawananamaim ma ebibaisi, imih i tafanamaim kwanabatkikin.
13 The companious of youre eleccion yt are at Babilo saluteth you and Marcus my sonne.
13 Babilon ekaleisia kwa rubu na’atube kwa bairi roubinen kwabaib a merar tiyiy, naatu ayu natu Mark auman a merar eyiy.
14 Grete ye one another with the kysse of love. Peace be with you all which are in Christ Iesus.Amen.
14 Yabow ana efamaim kwanimerarayowbonen kwanimamayen kwanama. Kwa iyab Keriso wanawananamaim kwama’am etei isa tufuw nama. Amen.
