10 For he that will love life and see good days, let him cause his tongue to cease from evil and his lips that they speak no guile.
11 Akto bâleŋe hârok hamiaŋmâ siâ me siâ âlepŋe akbiâp. Akto lumbe akmâ aregât âiŋe kaut orem membiâp.
11 And let him avoid evil, and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it;
12 Haingât Kembuŋe luâk âmbâle ârândâŋ manmai yâk yeŋgâlân dewunŋe katmâ âmâ indem tâgâiakmaiân ainâk ondopŋe katmap. Dâ bâleŋe meme luâk âmbâle amâ Kembuŋe yekmâ hâkâŋyeŋe dâmap.
12 because {the} eyes of {the} Lord {are} on {the} righteous, and his ears towards their supplications; but {the} face of {the} Lord {is} against them that do evil.
13 Akto ye siâ me siâ âlepŋaet han owâim katmâ manbiâ âmâ niŋande bâleŋe akyeŋgiwiap?
13 And who shall injure you if ye have become imitators of that which {is} good?
14 Dâ yeŋe agak meme ârândâŋ akbiâ âmâ bikŋande hâk hilâlâm yeŋgimbiâ are Anutuŋe yekmâ damunyeŋe akmâ okot âlep nâŋgâyeŋgiwiap. Gârâmâ luâk bikŋande bâleŋe akyeŋgimai are yeŋgât hamep bo akbei. Akto aregât kambiamyeŋe bo bâliwiâp.

17 Aliás, é melhor padecer, se Deus assim o quiser, por fazer o bem do que por fazer o mal.

21 Esta água prefigurava o batismo de agora, que vos salva também a vós, não pela purificação das impurezas do corpo, mas pela que consiste em pedir a Deus uma consciência boa, pela ressurreição de Jesus Cristo.
