1 Yakât otmâ orotmeme bâleŋe kerehâk bet pilânomai. Yawu otmâ bukulipyeŋe yeŋgât ki nâŋgâm bâleyiŋgim den belângen sânomai. Me biwiyeŋe ki kurihiakmâ den perâkŋe kâityongonomai.
1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 Yawu manmâ yâhânomai yan manman kârikŋahât bulâŋe menomai. Yakât den âlâen hâum sâmune nâŋgâŋet. Imbilipnenŋaŋe naom mem ga katyekmâ nam yiŋgiŋetâ nem yanâmâ ŋâtâtâk sâm yahatmai.
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 Yakât dopŋeâk yeŋe Kutdâhât den pat âlepŋe ya nâŋgâm biwiyeŋan katmâ manŋetâ nâŋgân nâŋgânyeŋe keterakyiŋgimu manmâ yâhânomai. Yawu otŋetâ Anitâŋe meyekmâ manman kârikŋan katyekmu mannomai.
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.

5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,

8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.

9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;

10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Bukulipne yuwu sâmune nâŋgâŋet. Yeŋe himbimân manman kârikŋan mannomaihât pat Anitâŋe pat kuyiŋgiop. Yakât otmâ yenâmâ hânân yu kandi mansai. Yawu gârâmâ orotmeme bâleŋaŋe biwiyeŋe mem bâleyiŋgimu manman bâleŋahât paŋgoŋân kioŋmaihât biwiyeŋe galemahom senŋe âlâlâ ki ekŋâlenomai.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Yawu otmâ pâku lohimbiŋe hakyeŋan sâmai ya yeŋgât senyeŋan uwawapŋe bia mannomai. Uwawapŋe bia manŋetâ Anitâŋe yâk yeŋgât biwiyeŋan kioŋmu yâkŋe yeŋgât manmanyeŋe ya ekŋetâ biwiyeŋan hâumu Kutdâhâlen biwiyeŋaŋe kepeim Anitâ heroŋe otbaŋgim mepaenomai.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 Otmu lohimbiŋe Kutdânenŋahât nâŋgâŋetâ yahalâkgât yeŋe lohotŋan manmâ gawamangât lok kunŋe tem lâuwaŋgim mannomai.

14 Otmu yâkŋe galemlipyeŋe katyekmu yâkât sâtgât otmâ lohimbi galemyongom mansai. Yawu manmâ lohimbiŋe otŋetâ bâlemap ya sâm hâreyiŋgim matŋe yiŋgiŋetâ memai. Yâhâ lohimbiŋe orotmeme âlepŋeâk otmai ya yeŋgât nâŋgâm heroŋe otyiŋgimai. Yakât otmâ yeŋe galemlipyeŋe yeŋgât amutgen târârâhâk mannomai.
14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Târârâhâk manŋetâ yanâmâ lohimbi Anitâhât den nâŋgâm hilipgumaiŋe sâm ge katyekne sâm otŋetâ umatŋe otmu pilânomai.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Yeŋgât kunyeŋe yamâ Anitâ konohâk. Yawu gârâmâ Anitâhât denâk lâunom sâm gawamangât girem den ki loŋgâenomai. Yawu nâŋgâm gawamangât girem den loŋgâem tosa menomai yamâ Anitâhâlen tosa ya ki kârâm pilânomai. Yawu manmâ Anitâhât tem lâum gawamangât lok kunŋahât amutgen mannomai.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Yawu manmâ lohimbi kerek yeŋgât nâŋgâŋetâ yahatbuap. Otmu Anitâ ewewaŋgim Kiristohât lohimbi buku otyiŋgim manmâ yâhânomai.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Lok nombotŋaŋe lok kutdâ hoŋ bayiŋgim manmai yeŋgât yuwu sâmune nâŋgâŋet. Lok Kutdâlipyeŋe nombotŋaŋe yen nombotŋe lohotŋan otyiŋgiŋetâ âiloŋgo manmai. Yâhâ lok kutdâlipyeŋe nombotŋe âlâŋeâmâ yen nombotŋe hâhiwin yiŋgiŋetâ umatŋe kakŋan manmai. Yâhâ yeŋeâmâ lok kutdâlipyeŋe kerek yeŋgât lau lâuyiŋgim huruŋ huruŋ manmâ hoŋ bayiŋginomai.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.

19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.

20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Yâhâ lok kutdâlipyeŋaŋe imbiâk hâhiwin yiŋginomai yan yeŋe orotmeme âlepŋeâk otmâ matŋe ki kâpekyiŋginomai. Yawu mannomaihât nâŋgâm Anitâŋe meyehop. Emelâk yakât dopŋeâk Yura papatolipnenŋaŋe Kiristo mem bâleŋe âlâlâ mâŋgâeŋetâ sâtgum muop. Yâkŋe yawu olop yakât dopŋeâk yeŋe gurâ yawuâk otŋetâ yan Anitâŋe nâŋgâyiŋgimu ârândâŋ otbuap.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 Otmu Kiristoŋe ki otmâ hilipguop. Me den perâkŋe âlâ ki sâop.
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 Otmu Yura papatolipnenŋaŋe hâim hilit balit tuhuwi yakât matŋe ki kâpekyiŋgiop. Otmu mem âlâlâ tuhuwi yan otbaŋgiwi yakât matŋe menomai ki sâop. Otmu howanân kuŋetâ muop yan Anitâŋe biwinenŋe ekmâ matŋe dopnenŋan ningimu ârândâŋ otmap yakât nâŋgâm umut biwiŋe yâkâlen karahop.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Yeŋe orotmeme bâleŋe bunewâk pilâm Anitâhât tem lâum orotmeme âlepŋeâk otnomaihât Kiristo ikŋahâk yeŋgât tosahât otmâ kaweyeŋan kinmu howanân kuŋetâ muop. Muop yapâ gâtŋaŋe Anitâŋe tosayeŋe pilâm meyehop.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Emelâk ki meyehop yan girawu manbi yakât den âlâen hâum sâmune nâŋgâŋet. Lama yeŋgât galemyeŋe bia yakât otmâ ihilâk mahilâk manmai. Yakât dopŋeâk yeŋe amboyeŋe biahât otmâ ihilâk mahilâk otmâ manminiwi. Yâhâ sâp yuâmâ Kiristoŋe umut biwiyeŋe galemgum tihityeŋe otmap yâkâlen biwiyeŋaŋe kepeim lohotŋan manmai.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
