1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:

2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,

3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.

4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.

5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.

6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.

9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.

10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.

11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.

12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.

13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.

14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.

16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;

17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?

18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?

19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.

20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?

21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.

22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.

24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.

25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.

27 And last of all the woman also died.

28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?

29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.

30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.

34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 Ba'ijënna, bacua jubë ba'iguë, ira coca ai re'oye ye'yesi'quëbi Jesús sehuoja'yete masiza caguë, Jesusna sani coca senni achabi:
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 —Ëjaguë, Riusu coca guanseni jo'case'ere cato, ¿Gue cocabi quë'rë ta'yejeiye ba'i coca ba'iguë'ne? senni achabi.
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Senni achaguëna, Jesús sehuobi: —“Më'ë Ëjaguë Riusuni ai yëreba yëguë ba'ijë'ën. Më'ë recoyo, më'ë yacahuë, më'ë ro'taye, ja'anbi më'ë porese'e'ru si'a jëja baguëni ai yëreba yëguë ba'ijë'ën.”
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 Ja'an coca yua quë'rë ta'yejeiye ba'i coca'ë cayë yë'ë.
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 Yeque coca ai ta'yejeiye ba'i cocare'ga maina guanseni jo'case'e ba'iji. Ñaca caji: “Më'ë te'e bainni ai yëreba yëguë ba'ijë'ën. Më'ë ja'ansi'quë yëguë ba'iye'ru më'ë te'e bainni ai yëreba yëguë ba'ijë'ën” guanseni jo'case'e ba'iji.
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 Ja'an coca, samu guanseni jo'casi coca yua Riusu coca quë'rë ta'yejeiye ba'i coca ba'iji. Moisés coca toyani jo'case'e, Riusu ira bain raosi'cua toyani jo'case'e, si'ayete ëñani masito, ja'an samu coca yure quëase'ebi quë'rë te'e ruiñe ye'yoni ëñosi coca ba'iji, sehuoguë cabi Jesús
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 Ja'nrëbi, fariseo bainbi barure ñë'casi'cua ba'ijënna, Jesusbi bacuani
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 coca senni achabi: —Mësacua yua ba Cristo Raosi'quëreba ba'iyete ro'tato, ¿ja'an hua'guë, jaroguë zinguë'ne? Quëajë'ën yë'ëre, caguë, senni achabi. Senni achaguëna: —Mai ira taita ba'isi'quë David, ja'anguë zin ba'iji, sehuohuë.
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Sehuojënna, Jesusbi bacuani senni achabi: —Ja'nca sehuoto, ëñere ro'tani sehuojë'ën. Riusu Espíritubi Davidni ro'ta güeseguëna, Davidbi ñaca cani jo'cabi:
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 — ausente —
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 Ja'nca cani jo'caguë, Cristo raosi'quëre David zin caye poremaji'i, baguëte Ëjaguë casi'quë sëani, sehuoguë cabi Jesús.
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 Ja'nca sehuoguëna, si'acuabi ro caye beoye ba'ijën baë'ë. Ja'an umugusebi baguëni se'e coca senni achaye huaji yëjën baë'ë.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
