1 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:
1 Disse mais o Senhor a Moisés:
2 See, I have called by name, Bezaleel, son of Uri, son of Hur of the tribe of Judah;
2 Eis que chamei pelo nome a Bezalel, filho de Uri, filho de Hur, da tribo de Judá,
3 and have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom and in understanding, and in knowledge and in all manner of workmanship;
3 e o enchi do Espírito de Deus, de habilidade, de inteligência e de conhecimento, em todo artifício,
4 to devise skilful designs, to work in gold and in silver, and in bronze;
4 para elaborar desenhos e trabalhar em ouro, em prata, em bronze,
5 and in the cutting of stones for setting, and in the carving of wood,—to work in all manner of workmanship,
5 para lapidação de pedras de engaste, para entalho de madeira, para toda sorte de lavores.
6 I myself, therefore, lo! I have given with him Oholiab, son of Ahisamach of the tribe of Dan, and in the heart of every one that is wise-hearted, have I put wisdom,—so shall they make all that I have commanded thee—
6 Eis que lhe dei por companheiro Aoliabe, filho de Aisamaque, da tribo de Dã; e dei habilidade a todos os homens hábeis, para que me façam tudo o que tenho ordenado:
7 the tent of meeting, and the ark of the testimony; and the propitiatory which is thereupon, and all the utensils of the tent;
7 a tenda da congregação, e a arca do Testemunho, e o propiciatório que está por cima dela, e todos os pertences da tenda;
8 and the table, and its utensils, and the pure lampstand, and all its utensils,—and the incense altar;
8 e a mesa com os seus utensílios, e o candelabro de ouro puro com todos os seus utensílios, e o altar do incenso;
9 and the altar for the ascending-sacrifice, and all its utensils, and the laver, and its stand;
9 e o altar do holocausto com todos os seus utensílios e a bacia com seu suporte;
10 and the cloths of variegated stuff, and the holy garments, for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, for ministering as priests;
10 e as vestes finamente tecidas, e as vestes sagradas do sacerdote Arão, e as vestes de seus filhos, para oficiarem como sacerdotes;
11 and the anointing oil and the fragrant incense for the holy place, according to all which I have commanded thee, shall they do.
11 e o óleo da unção e o incenso aromático para o santuário; eles farão tudo segundo tenho ordenado.
12 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses saying—
12 Disse mais o Senhor a Moisés:
13 Thou thyself, therefore, speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, Surely, my sabbaths, shall ye keep, for, a sign it is betwixt me and you to your generations, that ye may know that I Yahweh do hallow you.
13 Tu, pois, falarás aos filhos de Israel e lhes dirás: Certamente, guardareis os meus sábados; pois é sinal entre mim e vós nas vossas gerações; para que saibais que eu sou o Senhor , que vos santifica.
14 Therefore shall ye keep the sabbath, for holy, it is unto you, he that profaneth it shall be surely put to death; verily whosoever doeth therein any work that soul shall be cut off from the midst of its people:
14 Portanto, guardareis o sábado, porque é santo para vós outros; aquele que o profanar morrerá; pois qualquer que nele fizer alguma obra será eliminado do meio do seu povo.
15 Six days, shall work be done, but on the seventh day, is a holy sabbath-keeping of rest unto Yahweh,—whosoever doeth work on the sabbath day, shall be, surely put to death.
15 Seis dias se trabalhará, porém o sétimo dia é o sábado do repouso solene, santo ao Senhor ; qualquer que no dia do sábado fizer alguma obra morrerá.
16 Therefore shall the sons of Israel keep the sabbath,—by making it a Day of Rest to your generations, as an age-abiding covenant:
16 Pelo que os filhos de Israel guardarão o sábado, celebrando-o por aliança perpétua nas suas gerações.
17 between me and the sons of Israel, a sign it is unto times age-abiding,—for in six days, did Yahweh make the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day, he rested, and was refreshed.
17 Entre mim e os filhos de Israel é sinal para sempre; porque, em seis dias, fez o Senhor os céus e a terra, e, ao sétimo dia, descansou, e tomou alento.
18 Then gave he unto Moses, as he finished speaking with him in Mount Sinai, the two tables of the testimony,—tables of stone, written with the finger of God,
18 E, tendo acabado de falar com ele no monte Sinai, deu a Moisés as duas tábuas do Testemunho, tábuas de pedra, escritas pelo dedo de Deus.
