1 And it shall be when thou shalt enter into the land which Yahweh thy God is giving unto thee for an inheritance,—and shalt possess it and dwell therein,
1 Também, quando tiveres entrado na terra que o Senhor teu Deus te dá por herança, e a possuíres, e nela habitares,
2 then shalt thou take—of the first of all the fruit of the soil which thou shalt bring in from thy land which Yahweh thy God is giving unto thee and shalt put it in a basket,—and go thy way unto the place which Yahweh thy God shall choose, to make a habitation for his name there.
2 tomarás das primícias de todos os frutos do solo que trouxeres da terra que o senhor teu Deus te dá, e as porás num cesto, e irás ao lugar que o Senhor teu Deus escolher para ali fazer habitar o seu nome.
3 And thou shalt come in unto the priest who shall be in those days,—and shalt say unto him—I declare to-day unto Yahweh thy God, that I am come into the land which Yahweh sware unto our fathers that he would give unto us.
3 E irás ao sacerdote que naqueles dias estiver de serviço, e lhe dirás: Hoje declaro ao Senhor teu Deus que entrei na terra que o senhor com juramento prometeu a nossos pais que nos daria.
4 Then shall the priest take the basket out of thy hand,—and set it down before the altar of Yahweh thy God.
4 O sacerdote, pois, tomará o cesto da tua mão, e o porá diante do altar do Senhor teu Deus.
5 And thou shalt respond and say before Yahweh thy God—A Syrian ready to perish, was my father, so he went down to Egypt, and became a sojourner there with men only few; but he became there a nation great, mighty and numerous;
5 E perante o Senhor teu Deus dirás: Arameu prestes a perecer era meu pai; e desceu ao Egito com pouca gente, para ali morar; e veio a ser ali uma nação grande, forte e numerosa.
6 and the Egyptians, badly entreated us, and humiliated us,—and put upon us harsh service;
6 Mas os egípcios nos maltrataram e nos afligiram, e nos impuseram uma dura servidão.
7 so we made outcry unto Yahweh God of our fathers,—and Yahweh hearkened unto our voice, and looked upon our humiliation and our toil, and our oppression;
7 Então clamamos ao Senhor Deus de nossos pais, e o Senhor ouviu a nossa voz, e atentou para a nossa aflição, o nosso trabalho, e a nossa opressão;
8 and Yahweh, brought us forth, out of Egypt, with a firm hand and with a stretched-out arm, and with great terror,—and with signs and with wonders;
8 e o Senhor nos tirou do Egito com mão forte e braço estendido, com grande espanto, e com sinais e maravilhas;
9 and brought us into this place, and gave unto us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey.
9 e nos trouxe a este lugar, e nos deu esta terra, terra que mana leite e mel.
10 Now, therefore lo! I have brought in the first of the fruit of the soil, which thou hast given unto me, O Yahweh. Thus shalt thou set it down before Yahweh thy God, and shall bow thyself down before Yahweh thy God;
10 E eis que agora te trago as primícias dos frutos da terra que tu, ó Senhor, me deste. Então as porás perante o Senhor teu Deus, e o adorarás;
11 and shalt rejoice in all the good things which Yahweh thy God, hath given unto thee, and unto thy house,—thou and the Levite, and the sojourner who is in thy midst.
11 e te alegrarás por todo o bem que o Senhor teu Deus te tem dado a ti e à tua casa, tu e o levita, e o estrangeiro que está no meio de ti.
12 When thou shalt make an end of tithing all the tithe of thine increase in the third year the year of tithing,—and shalt give unto the Levite unto the sojourner, unto the fatherless and unto the widow, and they shall eat within thy gates and be satisfied,
12 Quando acabares de separar todos os dízimos da tua colheita do terceiro ano, que é o ano dos dízimos, dá-los-ás ao levita, ao estrangeiro, ao órfão e à viúva, para que comam dentro das tuas portas, e se fartem.
13 then shalt thou say—before Yahweh thy God:—I have carefully removed that which was hallowed out of the house moreover also I have given it unto the Levite, and unto the sojourner unto the fatherless and unto the widow, according to all thy commandment which thou hast commanded me,—I have not transgressed any of thy commandments neither have I forgotten,
13 E dirás perante o Senhor teu Deus: Tirei da minha casa as coisas consagradas, e as dei ao levita, ao estrangeiro, ao órfão e à viúva, conforme todos os teus mandamentos que me tens ordenado; não transgredi nenhum dos teus mandamentos, nem deles me esqueci.
14 I have not eaten in my sorrow therefrom neither have I removed therefrom when unclean, neither have I given thereof unto the dead,—I have hearkened unto the voice of Yahweh my God, I have done according to all which thou hast commanded me.
14 Delas não comi no meu luto, nem delas tirei coisa alguma estando eu imundo, nem delas dei para algum morto; ouvi a voz do senhor meu Deus; conforme tudo o que me ordenaste, tenho feito.
15 Look thou down out of thy holy habitation out of the heavens and bless thy people Israel, and the soil which thou hast given unto us,—as thou didst swear unto our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey.
15 Olha desde a tua santa habitação, desde o céu, e abençoa o teu povo de Israel, e a terra que nos deste, como juraste a nossos pais, terra que mana leite e mel.
16 This day, is Yahweh thy God commanding thee to do these statutes and the regulations,—thou shalt therefore observe and do them, with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
16 Neste dia o Senhor teu Deus te manda observar estes estatutos e preceitos; portanto os guardarás e os observarás com todo o teu coração e com toda a tua alma.
17 Thou hast avowed to-day that Yahweh, shall be, thy God, and that thou wilt walk in his ways, and keep his statutes and his commandments and his regulations and wilt hearken unto his voice.
17 Hoje declaraste ao Senhor que ele te será por Deus, e que andarás nos seus caminhos, e guardarás os seus estatutos, os seus mandamentos e os seus preceitos, e darás ouvidos à sua voz.
18 And, Yahweh, hath avowed to-day that thou shalt be, his people, as a treasure, as he spake unto thee,—and that thou shalt observe all his commandments;
18 Outrossim, o Senhor hoje te declarou que lhe serás por seu próprio povo, como te tem dito, e que deverás guardar todos os seus mandamentos;
19 and [hath avowed] that he will set thee on high above all the nations which he hath made, for praise, and for renown and for glory, and that thou shalt be a holy people unto Yahweh thy God as he hath spoken.
19 para assim te exaltar em honra, em fama e em glória sobre todas as nações que criou; e para que sejas um povo santo ao Senhor teu Deus, como ele disse.
