1 Praise Yah. Praise ye the name of Yhwh; praise him, O ye servants of Yhwh.
1 Louvai ao SENHOR. Louvai o nome do SENHOR; louvai-o, ó vós servos do SENHOR.
2 Ye that stand in the house of Yhwh, in the courts of the house of our God,
2 Vós que ficais de pé na casa do SENHOR, nos átrios da casa do nosso Deus.
3 Praise Yah; for Yhwh is good: sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.
3 Louvai ao SENHOR, pois o SENHOR é bom; cantai louvores ao seu nome, pois é agradável.
4 For Yah hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure.
4 Pois o SENHOR escolheu a Jacó para si, e a Israel para seu tesouro peculiar.
5 For I know that Yhwh is great, and that our Lord is above all gods.
5 Pois eu sei que o SENHOR é grande, e que o nosso Senhor está acima de todos os deuses.
6 Whatsoever Yhwh pleased, that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places.
6 Tudo o que o SENHOR desejou, ele fez, nos céus e na terra, nos mares e em todos os lugares profundos.
7 He causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings for the rain; he bringeth the wind out of his treasuries.
7 Ele faz os vapores ascenderem dos confins da terra; faz os relâmpagos para a chuva; traz o vento dos seus tesouros.
8 Who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast.
8 O que feriu os primogênitos do Egito, bem como de homens e animais;
9 Who sent signs and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants.
9 o que enviou sinais e maravilhas no meio de ti, ó Egito, sobre Faraó e sobre todos os seus servos.
10 Who smote great nations, and slew mighty kings;
10 O que feriu grandes nações, e matou poderosos reis;
11 Sihon king of the Amorites, and Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan:
11 a Seom, rei dos amorreus, e a Ogue, rei de Basã, e a todos os reinos de Canaã;
12 And gave their land for an heritage, an heritage unto Israel his people.
12 e deu a sua terra por herança, herança a Israel, seu povo.
13 Thy name, O Yhwh, endureth for ever; and thy memorial, O Yhwh, throughout all generations.
13 Teu nome, ó SENHOR, dura para sempre, e o teu memorial, ó SENHOR, através de todas as gerações.
14 For Yhwh will judge his people, and he will repent himself concerning his servants.
14 Pois o SENHOR julgará o seu povo, e se arrependerá a respeito dos seus servos.
15 The idols of the heathen are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.
15 Os ídolos dos pagãos são prata e ouro, obra das mãos dos homens.
16 They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not;
16 Eles têm boca, mas não falam; eles têm olhos, mas não veem;
17 They have ears, but they hear not; neither is there any breath in their mouths.
17 Eles têm ouvidos, mas não ouvem, nem há fôlego algum em suas bocas.
18 They that make them are like unto them: so is every one that trusteth in them.
18 Aqueles que os fazem são semelhantes a eles; assim também é todo aquele que confia neles.
19 Bless Yhwh, O house of Israel: bless Yhwh, O house of Aaron:
19 Bendizei ao SENHOR, ó casa de Israel; bendizei ao SENHOR, ó casa de Arão.
20 Bless Yhwh, O house of Levi: ye that fear Yhwh, bless Yhwh.
20 Bendizei ao SENHOR, ó casa de Levi; vós os que temeis ao SENHOR, bendizei ao SENHOR.
21 Blessed be Yhwh out of Zion, which dwelleth at Jerusalem. Hallelujah.
21 Bendito seja o SENHOR desde Sião, que habita em Jerusalém. Louvai ao SENHOR.
