1 To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. May the LORD hear you in the day of trouble, the name of the God of Jacob set you on high,
1 Que o Senhor lhe responda no dia da tribulação; que o nome do Deus de Jacó o proteja!
2 sending you help from the sanctuary, and upholding you out of Zion.
2 Que do seu santuário lhe envie socorro e que desde Sião o sustenha.
3 He will remember all your offerings, and accept your burnt sacrifice. Selah.
3 Que ele se lembre de todas as suas ofertas de cereais e aceite os holocaustos que você ofereceu.
4 May He grant you according to your own heart, and fulfill all your plans.
4 Que Deus lhe conceda o que o seu coração almeja e realize tudo o que você planejou.
5 We will rejoice in your salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up banners; may the LORD fulfill all your prayers.
5 Celebraremos com júbilo a sua vitória e em nome do nosso Deus hastearemos pendões. Que o todos os seus desejos.
6 Now I know that the LORD saves His anointed; He will hear him from His holy Heaven with the saving strengths of His right hand.
6 Agora sei que o Senhor salva o seu ungido; ele lhe responderá do seu santo céu com a vitoriosa força da sua mão direita.
7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.
7 Uns confiam em carros de guerra, e outros, em seus cavalos; nós, porém, invocaremos o nome do
8 They have bowed down and fallen; but we have risen and stand upright.
8 Eles se prostram e caem; nós, porém, nos levantamos e nos mantemos em pé.
9 Save, O LORD; let the King hear us when we call.
9 Ó Senhor , dá vitória ao rei; responde-nos quando clamarmos.
