¹ A Psalm of David. The LORD said to my Lord, Sit at My right hand until I place Your enemies as Your footstool.

¹ Disse o Senhor ao meu senhor: Assenta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha os teus inimigos debaixo dos teus pés.

² The LORD shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion; rule in the midst of Your enemies.

² O Senhor enviará de Sião o cetro do seu poder, dizendo: Domina entre os teus inimigos.

³ Your people shall be willing in the day of Your power, in holy adornment from the womb of the morning: You have the dew of Your youth.

³ Apresentar-se-á voluntariamente o teu povo, no dia do teu poder; com santos ornamentos, como o orvalho emergindo da aurora, serão os teus jovens.

⁴ The LORD has sworn, and will not repent, You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.

⁴ O Senhor jurou e não se arrependerá: Tu és sacerdote para sempre, segundo a ordem de Melquisedeque.

⁵ The Lord at Your right hand shall strike through kings in the day of His wrath.

⁵ O Senhor, à tua direita, no dia da sua ira, esmagará os reis.

⁶ He shall judge among the nations, He shall fill them with dead bodies; He shall shatter heads over much of the earth.

⁶ Ele julga entre as nações; enche-as de cadáveres; esmagará cabeças por toda a terra.

⁷ He shall drink of the brook in the way; therefore He shall lift up the head.

⁷ De caminho, bebe na torrente e passa de cabeça erguida.
