¹ Sing to Yahweh a new song, for he has done wonders. His right hand and his holy arm have secured his victory.

¹ Cantai ao Senhor um cântico novo, porque ele fez maravilhas; a sua destra e o seu braço santo lhe alcançaram a vitória.

² Yahweh has made known his salvation; to the eyes of the nations he has revealed his righteousness.

² O Senhor fez notória a sua salvação; manifestou a sua justiça perante os olhos das nações.

³ He has remembered his loyal love and his faithfulness to the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

³ Lembrou-se da sua benignidade e da sua verdade para com a casa de Israel; todas as extremidades da terra viram a salvação do nosso Deus.

⁴ Shout joyfully to Yahweh, all the earth. Be cheerful and sing for joy and sing praises.

⁴ Celebrai com júbilo ao Senhor , todos os moradores da terra; dai brados de alegria, regozijai-vos e cantai louvores.

⁵ Sing praises to Yahweh with lyre, with lyre and melodious sound.

⁵ Cantai louvores ao Senhor com a harpa; com a harpa e a voz do canto.

⁶ With trumpets and sound of horn, shout joyfully before the king, Yahweh.

⁶ Com trombetas e som de buzinas, exultai perante a face do Senhor , do Rei.

⁷ Let the sea with its fullness roar, the world and those who live in it.

⁷ Brame o mar e a sua plenitude; o mundo e os que nele habitam.

⁸ Let the rivers clap their hands. Let the hills sing joyfully together

⁸ Os rios batam palmas; regozijem-se também as montanhas,

⁹ before Yahweh, for he is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness and the peoples with equity.

⁹ perante a face do Senhor , porque vem a julgar a terra; com justiça julgará o mundo e o povo, com equidade.
