1 His foundation is on the holy mountains.
1 Fundada por ele sobre os montes santos,
2 Yahweh loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.
2 o Senhor ama as portas de Sião mais do que as habitações todas de Jacó.
3 Glorious things are spoken about you, O city of God. Selah
3 Gloriosas coisas se têm dito de ti, ó cidade de Deus!
4 I will record those who know me in Rahab and Babylon, behold in Philistia and Tyre with Cush, “This one was born there.”
4 Dentre os que me conhecem, farei menção de Raabe e da Babilônia; eis aí Filístia e Tiro com Etiópia; lá, nasceram.
5 But with respect to Zion it shall be said, “⌞Each one⌟ was born in her,” for the Most High himself will establish her.
5 E com respeito a Sião se dirá: Este e aquele nasceram nela; e o próprio Altíssimo a estabelecerá.
6 Yahweh will record in writing the peoples, “This one was born there.” Selah
6 O Senhor , ao registrar os povos, dirá: Este nasceu lá.
7 And while dancing, singers will sing, “All my springs are in you.”
7 Todos os cantores, saltando de júbilo, entoarão: Todas as minhas fontes são em ti.
