1 Therefore, Bezalel, and Oholiab, and every wise man, to whom the Lord gave wisdom and intelligence, so as to know how to work skillfully, made that which was necessary for the uses of the Sanctuary and which the Lord had instructed.
1 Assim trabalharam Bezalel e Aoliabe, e todo homem hábil, a quem o Senhor deu sabedoria e entendimento, para saberem exercer todo ofício para o serviço do santuário, conforme tudo o que o Senhor tem ordenado.
2 And when Moses had called them and every man of learning, to whom the Lord had given wisdom, and who, of their own accord, had offered themselves in order to accomplish this work,
2 Então Moisés chamou a Bezalel e a Aoliabe, e a todo homem hábil, em cujo coração Deus tinha posto sabedoria, isto é, a todo aquele cujo coração o moveu a se chegar à obra para fazê-la;
3 he handed over to them all the donations of the sons of Israel. And while they were pursuing this work, the people offered what they had vowed each day, in the morning.
3 e receberam de Moisés toda a oferta alçada, que os filhos de Israel tinham do para a obra do serviço do santuário, para fazê-la; e ainda eles lhe traziam cada manhã ofertas voluntárias.
4 The artisans were compelled by this to go
4 Então todos os sábios que faziam toda a obra do santuário vieram, cada um da obra que fazia,
5 to Moses and to say, “The people offer more than is needed.”
5 e disseram a Moisés: O povo traz muito mais do que é necessário para o serviço da obra que o Senhor ordenou se fizesse.
6 Therefore, Moses ordered this to be recited, with a voice of proclamation: “Let neither man nor woman offer anything further for the work of the Sanctuary.” And so they ceased from offering gifts,
6 Pelo que Moisés deu ordem, a qual fizeram proclamar por todo o arraial, dizendo: Nenhum homem, nem mulher, faça mais obra alguma para a oferta alçada do santuário. Assim o povo foi proibido de trazer mais.
7 because what was offered was sufficient and was more than an abundance.
7 Porque o material que tinham era bastante para toda a obra, e ainda sobejava.
8 And all those who were wise of heart, in order to accomplish the work of the tabernacle, made ten curtains of fine twisted linen, and hyacinth, and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, with diverse workmanship by the art of embroidery.
8 Assim todos os homens hábeis, dentre os que trabalhavam na obra, fizeram o tabernáculo de dez cortinas de linho fino torcido, de azul, de púrpura e de carmesim, com querubins, obra de artífice.
9 Each of these was twenty-eight cubits in length, and in width, four. All the curtains were of one measure.
9 O comprimento de cada cortina era de vinte e oito côvados, e a largura de quatro côvados; todas as cortinas eram da mesma medida.
10 And he joined five curtains to one another, and the other five he coupled to one another.
10 Ligaram cinco cortinas uma com outra; e as outras cinco da mesma maneira.
11 He also made loops of hyacinth along the edge of one curtain on both sides, and similarly along the edge of the other curtain,
11 Fizeram laçadas de azul na orla da última cortina do primeiro grupo; assim, também fizeram na orla da primeira cortina do segundo grupo.
12 so that the loops might meet against one another and might be joined together.
12 Cinqüenta laçadas fizeram na orla de uma cortina, e cinqüenta laçadas na orla da outra, do segundo grupo; as laçadas eram contrapostas uma à outra.
13 For these, he also cast fifty gold rings, which would retain the loops of the curtains and so make the tabernacle one.
13 Também fizeram cinqüenta colchetes de ouro, e com estes colchetes uniram as cortinas, uma com outra; e o tabernáculo veio a ser um todo.
14 He also made eleven canopies from the hair of goats, in order to cover the roof of the tabernacle:
14 Fizeram também cortinas de pelos de cabras para servirem de tenda sobre o tabernáculo; onze cortinas fizeram.
15 one canopy held in length thirty cubits, and in width four cubits. All the canopies were of one measure.
15 O comprimento de cada cortina era de trinta côvados, e a largura de quatro côvados; as onze cortinas eram da mesma medida.
16 Five of these he joined by themselves, and the other six separately.
16 uniram cinco destas cortinas à parte, e as outras seis à parte.
17 And he made fifty loops along the edge of one canopy, and fifty along the edge of the other canopy, so that they might be joined to one another,
17 Fizeram cinqüenta laçadas na orla da última cortina do primeiro grupo, e cinqüenta laçadas na orla da primeira cortina do segundo grupo.
18 and fifty buckles of brass, with which the roof might be woven together, so that from all the canopies there would be made one covering.
18 Fizeram também cinqüenta colchetes de bronze, para ajuntar a tenda, para que viesse a ser um todo.
19 He also made a covering for the tabernacle from the skins of rams, dyed-red; and another cover above it, from violet skins.
19 Fizeram para a tenda uma cobertura de peles de carneiros tintas de vermelho, e por cima desta uma cobertura de peles de golfinhos.
20 He also made the standing panels of the tabernacle, from setim wood.
20 Também fizeram, de madeira de acácia, as tábuas para o tabernáculo, as quais foram colocadas verticalmente.
21 Ten cubits was the length of one panel, and one and one half cubits comprised the width.
21 O comprimento de cada tábua era de dez côvados, e a largura de um côvado e meio.
22 There were two dovetails along every panel, so that one might be joined to the other. Thus did he make all the panels of the tabernacle.
22 Cada tábua tinha duas couceiras, unidas uma à outra; assim fizeram com todas as tábuas do tabernáculo.
23 Of these, twenty were toward the meridian area, opposite the south,
23 Assim, pois, fizeram as tábuas para o tabernáculo; vinte tábuas para o lado que dá para o sul;
24 with forty bases of silver. Two bases were set under one panel at each of two sides at the corners, where the joints of the sides terminate in corners.
24 e fizeram quarenta bases de prata para se pôr debaixo das vinte tábuas: duas bases debaixo de uma tábua para as suas duas couceiras, e duas debaixo de outra, para as duas couceiras dela.
25 Likewise, at that side of the tabernacle which looks toward the north, he made twenty panels,
25 Também para o segundo lado do tabernáculo, o que dá para o norte, fizeram vinte tábuas,
26 with forty bases of silver, two bases for each board.
26 com as suas quarenta bases de prata, duas bases debaixo de uma tábua, e duas bases debaixo de outra.
27 Yet truly, opposite the west, that is, toward that part of the tabernacle which looks out toward the sea, he made six panels,
27 Para o lado posterior do tabernáculo, o que dá para o ocidente, fizeram seis tábuas.
28 and two others at each corner of the tabernacle at the back,
28 E para os dois cantos do tabernáculo no lado posterior, fizeram mais duas tábuas.
29 which were joined from bottom to top and held together by one joint. So did he make both corners on that side.
29 Por baixo eram duplas, do mesmo modo se estendendo até a primeira argola, em cima; assim fizeram com as duas tábuas nos dois cantos.
30 So then, there were altogether eight panels, and they had sixteen bases of silver, with, of course, two bases under each panel.
30 Assim havia oito tábuas com as suas bases de prata, a saber, dezesseis bases, duas debaixo de cada tábua.
31 He also made bars from setim wood: five to hold together the panels at one side of the tabernacle,
31 Fizeram também travessões de madeira de acácia: cinco travessões para as tábuas de um lado do tabernáculo,
32 and five others to fit together the panels of the other side, and, in addition to these, five other bars toward the western area of the tabernacle, opposite the sea.
32 e cinco para as tábuas do outro lado do tabernáculo, e outros cinco para as tábuas do tabernáculo no lado posterior, o que dá para o ocidente.
33 He also made another bar, which came through the middle of the panels from corner to corner.
33 Fizeram que o travessão do meio passasse ao meio das tábuas duma extremidade até a outra.
34 But the panels themselves he overlaid with gold, casting silver bases for them. And he made their rings from gold, through which the bars might be able to be drawn. And he covered the bars themselves with layers of gold.
34 E cobriram as tábuas de ouro, e de ouro fizeram as suas argolas como lugares para os travessões; também os travessões cobriu de ouro.
35 He also made a veil from hyacinth, and purple, from vermillion as well as fine twisted linen, with varied and distinctive embroidery,
35 Fizeram então o véu de azul, púrpura, carmesim e linho fino torcido; com querubins, obra de artífice, o fizeram.
36 and four columns of setim wood, which, along with their heads, he overlaid with gold, casting silver bases for them.
36 E fizeram-lhe quatro colunas de madeira de acácia e as cobriram de ouro; e seus colchetes fizeram de ouro; e fundiram-lhes quatro bases de prata.
37 He also made a tent at the entrance of the tabernacle from hyacinth, purple, vermillion, and fine twisted linen, wrought with embroidery,
37 Fizeram também para a porta da tenda um reposteiro de azul, púrpura, carmesim e linho fino torcido, obra de bordador,
38 and five columns with their heads, which he covered with gold, and he cast their bases from brass.
38 com as suas cinco colunas e os seus colchetes; e de ouro cobriu os seus capitéis e as suas faixas; e as suas cinco bases eram de bronze.
