¹ Hallelujah! Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise Him in the highest places.

¹ Aleluia! Louvai ao louvai-o nas alturas.

² Praise Him, all His angels; praise Him, all His heavenly hosts.

² Louvai-o, todos os seus anjos; louvai-o, todas as suas legiões celestes.

³ Praise Him, O sun and moon; praise Him, all you shining stars.

³ Louvai-o, sol e lua; louvai-o, todas as estrelas luzentes.

⁴ Praise Him, O highest heavens, and you waters above the skies.

⁴ Louvai-o, céus dos céus e as águas que estão acima do firmamento.

⁵ Let them praise the name of the LORD, for He gave the command and they were created.

⁵ Louvem o nome do Senhor , pois mandou ele, e foram criados.

⁶ He established them forever and ever; He issued a decree that will never pass away.

⁶ E os estabeleceu para todo o sempre; fixou-lhes uma ordem que não passará.

⁷ Praise the LORD from the earth, all great sea creatures and ocean depths,

⁷ Louvai ao Senhor da terra, monstros marinhos e abismos todos;

⁸ lightning and hail, snow and clouds, powerful wind fulfilling His word,

⁸ fogo e saraiva, neve e vapor e ventos procelosos que lhe executam a palavra;

⁹ mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars,

⁹ montes e todos os outeiros, árvores frutíferas e todos os cedros;

¹⁰ wild animals and all cattle, crawling creatures and flying birds,

¹⁰ feras e gados, répteis e voláteis;

¹¹ kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all rulers of the earth,

¹¹ reis da terra e todos os povos, príncipes e todos os juízes da terra;

¹² young men and maidens, old and young together.

¹² rapazes e donzelas, velhos e crianças.

¹³ Let them praise the name of the LORD, for His name alone is exalted; His splendor is above the earth and the heavens.

¹³ Louvem o nome do Senhor , porque só o seu nome é excelso; a sua majestade é acima da terra e do céu.

¹⁴ He has raised up a horn for His people, the praise of all His saints, of Israel, a people near to Him. Hallelujah!

¹⁴ Ele exalta o poder do seu povo, o louvor de todos os seus santos, dos filhos de Israel, povo que lhe é chegado. Aleluia!
