1 His foundation, is in the holy mountains:
1 O seu fundamento está nos montes santos.
2 Yahweh loveth the gates of Zion, More than all the dwellings of Jacob.
2 O Senhor ama as portas de Sião mais do que todas as habitações de Jacó.
3 Glorious things, are to be spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah.
3 Coisas gloriosas se dizem de ti, ó cidade de Deus. (Selá)
4 I will mention Rahab and Babylon, to them who know meLo! Philistia and Tyre with Ethiopia, This one was born there.
4 Dentre os que me conhecem, farei menção de Raabe e de Babilônia; eis que da Filístia, e de Tiro, e da Etiópia, se dirá: Este é nascido ali.
5 But, of Zion, it shall be saidThis man and that were born in her, And the Highest himself shall establish her.
5 E de Sião se dirá: Este e aquele nasceram ali; e o mesmo Altíssimo a estabelecerá.
6 Yahweh, will record, when he enrolleth the peoples, This one was born there. Selah.
6 O Senhor , ao fazer descrição dos povos, dirá: Este é nascido ali. (Selá)
7 As well the singers as the flute-players
7 E os cantores e tocadores de instrumentos entoarão: Todas as minhas fontes estão em ti.
