1 How happy is every one that revereth Yahweh, who walketh in his ways!
1 Canção gradual. Abençoado é todo aquele que teme ao SENHOR, que anda em seus caminhos.
2 The labour of thine own hands, surely thou shalt eat. How happy thou, and well for thine!
2 Pois comerás do trabalho das tuas mãos; feliz serás, e isso te será bem.
3 Thy wife, like a fruitful vine, within the recesses of thy house,Thy children, like plantings of olive-trees, round about thy table.
3 A tua esposa será como uma videira frutífera pelos lados da tua casa; os teus filhos como plantas de oliveira ao redor da tua mesa.
4 Lo! thus, shall be blessed the man who revereth Yahweh.
4 Eis que assim será abençoado o homem que teme ao SENHOR.
5 Yahweh will bless thee, out of Zion,and behold thou the welfare of Jerusalem, all the days of thy life!
5 O SENHOR te abençoará desde Sião, e tu verás o bem de Jerusalém em todos os dias da tua vida.
6 And behold thou thy childrens children,Prosperity on Israel!
6 Sim, tu verás os filhos de teus filhos, e a paz sobre Israel.
