1 And Yahweh spake unto Moses, after the death of the two sons of Aaron,when they had offered strange fire before Yahweh and died.
1 O S enhor falou com Moisés depois que os dois filhos de Arão morreram ao entrar na presença do S enhor .
2 And Yahweh said unto MosesSpeak unto Aaron thy brother, that he do not come at all times into the holy place, within the veil,into the presence of the propitiatory, which is upon the ark, so shall he not die, for, in the cloud, will I appear upon the propitiatory.
2 Disse o S enhor a Moisés: “Avise seu irmão Arão que não entre quando bem entender no lugar santíssimo, atrás da cortina interna; se o fizer, morrerá. Ali fica a tampa da arca, o lugar de expiação, e eu mesmo estou presente na nuvem sobre a tampa da arca.
3 Herewith, shall Aaron come into the holy place,With a bullock the choice of the herd as a sin-bearer, and a ram as an ascending-sacrifice.
3 “Quando Arão entrar no santuário, seguirá todas estas instruções. Levará um novilho para oferta pelo pecado e um carneiro para holocausto.
4 A holy tunic of linen, shall he put on and drawers of linen, shall be upon his flesh, and with a band of linen, shall he gird himself, and with a turban of linen, shall his head be wrapped about,holy garments, they are, therefore shall he bathe in water his flesh, and so put them on.
4 Vestirá a túnica sagrada de linho e a roupa de baixo de linho, diretamente sobre a pele. Amarrará na cintura o cinturão de linho e colocará na cabeça o turbante de linho. As roupas são sagradas, de modo que ele deverá se banhar com água antes de vesti-las.
5 And, from the assembly of the sons of Israel, shall he receive two he-goats, for bearing sin,and one ram, as an ascending-sacrifice.
5 Arão receberá da comunidade de Israel dois bodes para uma oferta pelo pecado e um carneiro para um holocausto.
6 Then shall Aaron bring near the sin-bearing bullock which is for himself,and put a propitiatory-covering about himself, and about his household.
6 “Arão apresentará seu próprio novilho como oferta pelo pecado para fazer expiação por si mesmo e por sua família.
7 Then shall he take the two goats,and cause them to stand before Yahweh, at the entrance of the tent of meeting.
7 Em seguida, pegará os dois bodes e os apresentará ao S enhor à entrada da tenda do encontro.
8 And Aaron shall cast lots over the two goats,one lot for Yahweh, and one lot for Azazel.
8 Depois, fará um sorteio para determinar qual bode será separado como oferta para o S enhor e qual levará os pecados do povo para o deserto de Azazel.
9 Then shall Aaron bring near the goat over which came up the lot for Yahweh,and shall make of hint a sin-bearer;
9 Então Arão apresentará ao S enhor o bode escolhido por sorteio e o sacrificará como oferta pelo pecado.
10 but, the goat over which came up the lot for Azazel, shall he cause to stand alivebefore Yahweh to put a propitiatory-covering over him,to send him away unto Azazel, towards the desert.
10 O outro animal, o bode escolhido por sorteio para ser enviado para o deserto, será apresentado vivo diante do S enhor . Ao ser enviado para Azazel no deserto, servirá para fazer expiação pelo povo.
11 So Aaron shall bring near the sin-bearing bullock which is for himself, and shall put a propitiatory-covering about himself, and about his household,and shall slay the sin-bearing bullock which is for himself;
11 “Arão apresentará seu próprio novilho como oferta pelo pecado para fazer expiação por si mesmo e por sua família. Depois de matar o novilho como oferta pelo pecado,
12 and shall take the censer-full of burning coals of fire from off the altar from before Yahweh, and his hands full of fragrant incense, beaten small,and bring within the veil;
12 pegará um incensário e o encherá com brasas ardentes do altar que está diante do S enhor . Pegará também dois punhados do incenso perfumado em pó e levará o incensário e o incenso para trás da cortina interna.
13 and shall put the incense upon the fire before Yahweh,and the cloud of incense shall cover the propitiatory which is over the testimony, and he shall not die.
13 Ali, na presença do S enhor , colocará o incenso sobre as brasas ardentes, para que uma nuvem de incenso se eleve sobre a tampa da arca, o lugar de expiação, que está sobre a arca da aliança. Se seguir essas instruções, não morrerá.
14 Then shall he take of the blood of the bullock, and shall sprinkle with iris finger upon the face of the propitiatory, eastwards,and before the propitiatory, shall he sprinkle seven times, of the blood, with his finger.
14 Depois, pegará um pouco do sangue do novilho, molhará nele o dedo e aspergirá o lado leste da tampa. Então, com o dedo, aspergirá com o sangue sete vezes diante da tampa.
15 Then shall he slay the sin-bearing goat which is for the people, and bring in its blood, within the veil,and do with its blood, as he did to the blood of the bullock, and shall sprinkle it, upon the propitiatory and before the propitiatory:
15 “Arão matará o primeiro bode como oferta pelo pecado em favor do povo e levará o sangue para trás da cortina interna. Ali, aspergirá o sangue do bode sobre a tampa e diante dela, como fez com o sangue do novilho.
16 so shall he put a propitiatory-covering, over the holy place because of the uncleanness of the sons of Israel, and because of their transgressions to the extent of all their sins,and, so, shall he do for the tent of meeting which abideth with them, in the midst of their uncleanness.
16 Desse modo, fará expiação pelo lugar santíssimo e fará o mesmo com toda a tenda do encontro por causa da contaminação pelo pecado e da rebeldia do povo.
17 And no human being, shall be in the tent of meeting, when he cometh in to make a covering by propitiation in the holy place, until he goeth out,so shall he put a propitiatory-covering about himself and about his household and about all the convocation of Israel.
17 Ninguém mais poderá ficar na tenda do encontro quando Arão entrar para realizar a cerimônia de expiação no lugar santíssimo. Ninguém entrará até que ele saia depois de fazer expiação por si mesmo, por sua família e por toda a comunidade de Israel.
18 Then shall he go out unto the altar which is before Yahweh and shall put a propitiatory-covering thereupon,and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put upon the horns of the altar, round about;
18 “Em seguida, Arão sairá para fazer expiação pelo altar que está diante do S enhor . Para isso, pegará um pouco do sangue do novilho e do bode e o colocará em cada ponta do altar.
19 and shall sprinkle upon it, of the blood with his finger seven times,and shall cleanse it and hallow it, from the uncleannesses of the sons of Israel.
19 Então, com o dedo, aspergirá o sangue sete vezes sobre o altar. Desse modo, ele o purificará da contaminação dos israelitas e o tornará santo.
20 And, when he hath made an end of covering by propitiation the holy place, and the tent of meeting, and the altar, then shall he bring near the living goat.
20 “Quando Arão terminar de fazer expiação pelo lugar santíssimo, pela tenda do encontro e pelo altar, apresentará o bode vivo.
21 And Aaron shall lean his two hands upon the head of the living goat, and confess over him, all the iniquities of the sons of Israel, and all their transgressions, to the extent of all their sins,and shall put them upon the head of the goat, and then send him away, by the hand of a man appointed towards the desert:
21 Colocará as duas mãos sobre a cabeça do bode e confessará sobre ele toda a maldade, a rebeldia e os pecados dos israelitas. Assim, transferirá os pecados do povo para a cabeça do bode. Depois, um homem escolhido especialmente para essa tarefa levará o bode para o deserto.
22 so shall the goat hear upon him all their iniquities into a lone land,and he shall set the goat free, in the desert.
22 Ao sair para o deserto, o bode levará sobre si todos os pecados do povo para um lugar distante.
23 Then shall Aaron come into the tent of meeting, and put off the linen garments which he put on when he came into the holy place,and shall leave them there;
23 “Quando Arão voltar para dentro da tenda do encontro, tirará as roupas de linho que vestia ao entrar no lugar santíssimo e as deixará ali.
24 and shall bathe his flesh in water in a holy place, and put on his garments,and go forth, and offer his own ascending-sacrifice, and the ascending-sacrifice of the people, so shall he put a propitiatory-covering about himself, and about the people;
24 Ele se banhará com água num lugar sagrado, vestirá suas roupas habituais e sairá para apresentar um holocausto para si mesmo e um holocausto para o povo. Desse modo, fará expiação por si mesmo e pelo povo.
25 and, with the fat of the sin-bearer, shall he make a perfume at the altar.
25 Por fim, queimará no altar toda a gordura da oferta pelo pecado.
26 And he that sent away the goat unto Azazel, shall washhis clothes, and bathe his flesh in water,and, after that, shall he come into the camp.
26 “O homem escolhido para levar o bode expiatório para o deserto de Azazel lavará suas roupas e se banhará com água antes de voltar ao acampamento.
27 And the, sin-bearing bullock, and the sin-bearing goat whose blood was brought in to make a propitiatory-covering in the holy place, shall be carried forth outside the camp,and they shall burn up, in fire, their skins and their flesh, and their dung;
27 “O novilho e o bode apresentados como ofertas pelo pecado, cujo sangue Arão trouxer ao lugar santíssimo para a cerimônia de expiação, serão levados para fora do acampamento. O couro, a carne e os excrementos dos animais serão queimados.
28 and he that hath burned them, shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water,and, after that, shall he come into the camp.
28 O homem que os queimar lavará suas roupas e se banhará com água antes de voltar ao acampamento.
29 And it shall become unto you, a statute age-abiding,In the seventh month on the tenth of the month, Shall ye humble you souls And, no work, shall ye do, The home-born, Or the sojourner that sojourneth in your midst;
29 “No décimo dia do sétimo mês, vocês se humilharão. Nem os israelitas de nascimento nem os estrangeiros que vivem entre vocês farão qualquer tipo de trabalho. Essa é uma lei permanente para vocês.
30 For on this day, shall a propitiatory-covering, be put over you, to cleanse you,From all your sins before Yahweh, shall ye be clean.
30 Nesse dia, serão apresentadas ofertas de expiação por vocês, a fim de purificá-los, e vocês serão purificados de todos os seus pecados na presença do S enhor .
31 A sabbath of sacred rest, it is unto you, Therefore shall ye humble your souls, A statute age-abiding.
31 Será um sábado de descanso absoluto, no qual se humilharão. Essa é uma lei permanente para vocês.
32 Therefore shall the priest who shall be anointed, and installed, to minister as priest in the stead of his father make propitiation,So then he shall put on the linen garments the holy garments;
32 Nas gerações futuras, a cerimônia de expiação será realizada pelo sacerdote ungido e consagrado para servir como sacerdote no lugar de seu antepassado Arão. Ele vestirá as roupas sagradas de linho
33 And make propitiation for the holy sanctuary, And for the tent of meeting, and for the altar, shall he make propitiation,Over the priests also and over all the people of the convocation, shall he put a covering by propitiation.
33 e fará expiação pelo lugar santíssimo, pela tenda do encontro, pelo altar, pelos sacerdotes e por toda a comunidade.
34 So shall this become unto you an age-abiding statute,to put a propitiatory-covering over the sons of Israel because of all their sins, Once in the year. And he did, As Yahweh commanded Moses.
34 Essa é uma lei permanente para vocês, para que se faça expiação pelos pecados dos israelitas uma vez por ano”. Moisés seguiu todas essas instruções exatamente conforme o S
