Ezequiel 13
Rotherham Version (ROTH) vs BKJ
1 And the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying:
1 E a palavra do SENHOR veio a mim, dizendo:
2 Son of man. prophesy against the prophets of Israel, who are prophesying,and say unto them who prophesy out of their own heart, Hear ye the word of Yahweh,
2 Filho do homem, profetiza contra os profetas de Israel que profetizam, e diz a eles que profetizam de seus próprios corações: Ouvi a palavra do SENHOR;
3 Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, Alas for the base prophets,who follow their own spirit and have seen, nothing.
3 assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Ai dos profetas tolos, que seguem o seu próprio espírito, e que nada viram!
4 As jackals, among ruins, thy prophets O Israel have been.
4 Ó Israel, os teus profetas são como as raposas nos desertos.
5 Ye have not gone up into the breaches, Nor but a wall about the house of Israel,- to stand in the battle in the day of Yahweh. s
5 Não subistes às brechas, nem reparastes a cerca para a casa de Israel, para ficardes de pé na batalha no dia do SENHOR.
6 They have had Visions of falsehood, and Divinations of lies, Who say. Declareth Yahweh, when, Yahweh, hath not sent them, Yet have they waited for fulfilling of the word.
6 Eles têm falsa visão e adivinhação mentirosa, dizendo: Assim diz o SENHOR; e o SENHOR não os enviou; e esperam que outros confirmem a sua palavra.
7 Is it not a Vision of falsehood, ye have seen, and a Divination of lies, ye have spoken, Since ye are saying. Declareth Yahweh! when I have not spoken
7 Não tivestes uma vã visão, e não falastes adivinhação mentirosa, quando dizeis: O SENHOR o diz; embora eu não o tenha falado?
8 Therefore Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Because ye have spoken falsehood, And have had visions of lies, Therefore behold me! against you, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
8 Portanto, assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Porque falastes vaidade, e vistes mentiras, portanto, eis que eu sou contra vós, diz o Senhor DEUS.
9 So then my hand shall be against the prophets who have Visions of falsehood and who divine Divinations of lies In the council of my people, shall they not be found. And in the register of the house of Israel, shall they not be written, And Upon the so of Israel, shall they not enter, So shall ye know that, I, am The Lord Yahweh,
9 E a minha mão estará sobre os profetas que veem vaidade, e que adivinham mentiras; eles não estarão na assembleia do meu povo, nem estarão escritos nos registros da casa de Israel, nem entrarão na terra de Israel; e sabereis que eu sou o Senhor DEUS.
10 Because, yea, even because, they have led astray my people saying. Prosperity! when there was no prosperity,and one man, was building a partition wall, when there they were! eating it with whitewash
10 Porque, até mesmo devido eles terem seduzido o meu povo, dizendo: Paz, e não houve paz; e este edifica uma parede, eis que outros fizeram seu reboco com argamassa e lodo.
11 Say thou unto them who are coating with whitewash It shall fall,- There hath come an Overflowing rain And I will make ha-stones fall, And a tempestuous wind shall break it down.
11 Dize àqueles que fazem o reboco com argamassa de lodo que ele cairá. Haverá uma chuva transbordante, e vós, ó pedras grandes de granizo, caireis, e um vento tempestuoso a fenderá.
12 Lo! when the wall hath fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where is the coating, wherewith ye coated it?
12 Eis que, quando a parede tiver caído, não vos será dito: Onde está o reboco com o qual a cobristes?
13 Therefore Thus saith my Lord, Yahweh, So will I break down with a tempestuous wind. in mine indignation, And an overflowing rain in mine anger, shall there be, With hailstones in wrath to make an end;
13 Portanto, assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Fendê-la-ei com vento tempestuoso na minha fúria; e haverá uma chuva transbordante na minha ira, e grandes pedras de granizo na minha fúria, para a consumir.
14 And I will pull down the wall which ye have coated with whitewash And will bring it unto the ground So shall be discovered its foundation, Yea it shall fall And ye shall come to an end in the midst thereof, So shall ye know that am Yahweh.
14 Assim despedaçarei a parede que cobristes com argamassa de lodo, e a derrubarei ao chão, para que seu fundamento seja descoberto; e ela cairá, e sereis consumidos no meio dela, e sabereis que eu sou o SENHOR.
15 Thus will I bring to an end mine indignation against the wall, and against them who were coating it with whitewash, And will say to you No more is the wall, And no more are they who were coating it:
15 Assim eu cumprirei minha ira sobre a parede, e sobre aqueles que a rebocaram com argamassa de lodo; e vos direi: A parede não existe mais, nem aqueles que a rebocaram.
16 to wit the prophets of Israel who are prophesying unto Jerusalem, and are seeing, on her behalf, visions of prosperity, when there is no prosperity, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
16 A saber, os profetas de Israel, que profetizam acerca de Jerusalém, e veem visões de paz para ela, e não há paz, diz o Senhor DEUS.
17 And thou, Son of man Set thy face against the daughters of thy people, Those who are prophesying out of their own heart, And prophesy thou against them;
17 Da mesma forma, tu, filho do homem, põe a tua face contra as filhas do teu povo, que profetizam de seu próprio coração, e profetiza tu contra elas,
18 and say, Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Alas! for the women Who sew oracle, cases on all elbows And prepare wraps upon the head of every stature to hunt souls, the souls ye hunt, are those of my people, Whereas your own souls:, ye keep alive.
18 e diz: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Ai das mulheres que cosem almofadas para todas as cavas, e fazem lenços sobre a cabeça de cada estatura, para caçarem as almas! Caçareis as almas do meu povo, e salvareis as almas vivas para que venham a vós?
19 Thus have ye profaned me unto my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, Putting to death the souls that should not die, and Keeping alive the souls that should not live, By your lying to my people I who hearken to lies
19 E poluireis a mim entre o meu povo, por punhados de cevada, e por pedaços de pão, para matardes as almas que não deveriam morrer, e para guardardes vivas as almas que não deveriam viver, mentindo ao meu povo que escuta as vossas mentiras?
20 Therefore, Thus saith my Lord Yahweh, Behold me! against your oracle-cases where. with ye are hunting the souls to make them fly, And I will tear them off your arms, And let go the souls of them whose souls ye are hunting as birds;
20 Portanto, assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis que estou contra as vossas almofadas, com as quais vós ali caçais as almas para fazê-las voar, e as arrancarei de vossos braços, e deixarei as almas irem, até mesmo as almas que vós caçais para fazê-las voar.
21 And will tear off your wraps, And deliver my people out of your hand, And they shall be no longer in your hand to be hunted;- So shall ye know that, I, am Yahweh.
21 Vossos lenços também rasgarei, e livrarei o meu povo da vossa mão, e eles não mais estarão na vossa mão para serem caçados; e sabereis que eu sou o SENHOR.
22 Because of the paining of the heart the righteous man with falsehood, whom, I, have not pained, And strengthening the hands of the lawless man, that he should not turn from his wicked way. by letting him live
22 Porque com mentiras fizestes o coração do justo triste, o qual eu não fiz triste; e fortalecestes as mãos do perverso, para que não se desviasse do seu caminho perverso, prometendo-o a vida.
23 Thereforeof falsehood:, shall ye have no vision, And a divination:, shall ye not divine any more, So will I deliver my people out of your hand, And ye shall know that, I, am Yahweh.
23 Portanto, não vereis mais vaidade, nem divinas adivinhações; porque eu livrarei o meu povo da vossa mão, e sabereis que eu sou o SENHOR.
