1 Thou shalt not see the ox of thy brother or his sheep, going astray, and turn away from them,thou shalt, bring them back unto thy brother.
1 — Se você notar que um boi ou uma ovelha de seu compatriota se extraviou, não se omita, mas, sem falta, leve os animais de volta ao dono.
2 And, if thy brother be not nigh unto thee or thou know him not, then shalt thou make room for it within thee own shed and it shall be with thee, until thy brother seek after it, when thou shalt return it unto him.
2 Se este não for o seu vizinho ou for alguém que você não conhece, leve os animais para casa e fique com eles até que o dono venha buscá-los; então você os entregará a ele.
3 And, so, shalt thou do with his ass, and, so, shalt thou do with his mantle and, so, shalt thou do with any lost thing of thy brothers, which shall go astray from him and thou shalt find,thou mayest not turn away.
3 Faça o mesmo com o jumento, com a roupa, ou com qualquer outra coisa que o seu compatriota perder e que você achar; você não pode se omitir.
4 Thou shalt not see the ass of thy brother or his ox fallen in the way, and turn away from them,thou shalt, raise, them with him.
4 — Se você enxergar o jumento ou o boi que pertence ao seu compatriota caído no caminho, não se omita; sem falta ajude-o a levantar o animal.
5 A woman shall not have on the wearing apparel of a man, nor shall a man put on the mantle of a woman; for an abomination to Yahweh thy God, is any one who doeth these things.
5 — A mulher não deve usar roupa de homem, e o homem não deve vestir roupa de mulher, pois quem faz isso é abominável ao Senhor , seu Deus.
6 When a birds-nest chanceth to be before thee,in the way, in any tree or upon the ground, whether with nestlings or eggs, and, the mother, be sitting upon the nestlings or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the mother upon the young;
6 — Se, no caminho, você encontrar um ninho de ave, em alguma árvore ou no chão, com passarinhos ou ovos, e a mãe sobre os passarinhos ou sobre os ovos, não pegue a mãe com os filhotes.
7 thou shalt let toll the mother, and then, her young, mayest thou take for thyself,that it may go well with thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days.
7 Você pode ficar com os filhotes, mas deixe a mãe ir, livremente, para que tudo vá bem com você, e para que você prolongue os seus dias.
8 When thou buildest a new house, then shalt thou make a parapet to thy roof, so shalt thou not treasure up blood-guiltiness against thy house, for he that is in danger of falling might fall therefrom.
8 — Quando você construir uma casa nova, faça um parapeito no terraço, para que você não traga culpa de sangue sobre a casa, se alguém de algum modo cair do terraço.
9 Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with two sorts of seed,lest the fulness of the seed which thou sowest, and the increase of thy vineyard be profaned.
9 — Não plante outra semente na sua vinha, para que não se profane toda a produção, tanto da vinha quanto da semente que você plantou.
10 Thou shalt not plough with an ox and an ass together,
10 — Não lavre a terra com junta de boi e jumento.
11 Thou shalt not put on linsey-woolsey, of wool and flax together.
11 — Não vista roupa feita de pano de lã e linho misturados.
12 Tassels, shalt thou make thee,on the four corners of thy vesture, wherewith thou dost cover thyself.
12 — Coloque franjas nos quatro cantos do manto que você usa.
13 When a man taketh a wife,and goeth in unto her and hateth her;
13 — Se um homem casar com uma mulher, e, depois de ter tido relações com ela, passar a odiá-la,
14 and raiseth against her occasions of speech, and bringeth upon her an evil name, and saithThis woman, I took, and approached her, and found not that she had the tokens of virginity,
14 e lhe atribuir atos vergonhosos, e a difamar, dizendo: “Casei com esta mulher e, quando tive relações com ela, descobri que não era virgem”,
15 then shall the father of the damsel and her mother take and bring forth the tokens of the virginity of the damsel, unto the elders of the city, in the gate;
15 então o pai e a mãe da moça levarão as provas da virgindade da moça aos anciãos da cidade, junto ao portão.
16 and the father of the damsel shall say unto the elders,My daughter, gave I unto this man to wife and he hated her;
16 O pai da moça dirá aos anciãos: “Dei minha filha por mulher a este homem, porém ele passou a odiá-la.
17 and lo! he, hath raised occasions of speech, sayingI found not that thy daughter had the tokens of virginity and yet, these, are the tokens of the virginity of my daughter. And they shall spread out the garment before the elders of the city.
17 Eis que lhe atribuiu atos vergonhosos, dizendo: ‘Descobri que a sua filha não era virgem.’ Mas aqui estão as provas da virgindade de minha filha.” E estenderão a roupa dela diante dos anciãos da cidade,
18 Then shall the elders of that city take the man, and chastise him;
18 os quais pegarão o homem, o açoitarão
19 and fine him a hundred of silver and give unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought an evil name upon a virgin of Israel, and she shall remain his wife, he may not put her away, all his days.
19 e o condenarão a pagar cem barras de prata ao pai da moça, porque difamou uma virgem de Israel. Ela ficará sendo mulher dele, e ele não poderá mandá-la embora durante a sua vida.
20 But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found with the damsel,
20 — Porém, se isso for verdade, ou seja, se ficar provado que a moça não era virgem,
21 then shall they bring forth the damsel into the entrance of her fathers house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die, because she hath wrought wickedness in Israel, by committing unchastity in her fathers house,so shalt thou consume the wicked thing out of thy midst.
21 então a levarão à porta da casa de seu pai, e os homens de sua cidade a apedrejarão até que morra, pois cometeu um ato infame em Israel, prostituindo-se na casa de seu pai. Assim vocês eliminarão o mal do meio de vocês.
22 When a man is found lying with a woman married to a husband, then shall, both, of them die, the man that lay with the woman, and the woman, so shalt thou consume the wicked thing out of Israel.
22 — Se um homem for encontrado deitado com uma mulher que tem marido, ambos devem ser mortos, o homem que se deitou com a mulher e a mulher. Assim vocês eliminarão o mal de Israel.
23 When a damsel that is a virgin is betrothed to a husband,and a man findeth her in the city, and lieth with her,
23 — Se uma moça virgem tiver casamento contratado, e outro homem a encontrar na cidade e tiver relações com ela,
24 then shall ye bring them, both, out unto the gate of that city, and stone them with stones that they die, the damsel, because she made not an outcry in the city, and the man because he hath humbled his neighbours wife,so shalt thou consume the wicked thing out of thy midst.
24 vocês devem trazer ambos ao portão daquela cidade e apedrejá-los até que morram; a moça, porque não gritou por socorro, estando na cidade, e o homem, porque humilhou a mulher do seu próximo. Assim vocês eliminarão o mal do meio de vocês.
25 But if in the field, the man find the betrothed damsel and the man force her and lie with her, then shall the man that lay with her die he alone;
25 — Porém, se um homem, no campo, encontrar uma moça que tem casamento contratado, e a forçar, e tiver relações com ela, então morrerá só o homem que teve relações com ela;
26 but, unto the damsel, shalt thou do nothing, the damsel, is not guilty of a sin worthy of death, for as when a man riseth up against his neighbour, and smiteth him so as to take away life, so, is this matter;
26 à moça vocês não devem fazer nada; ela não tem culpa de morte, porque este caso é semelhante ao do homem que se levanta contra o seu próximo e lhe tira a vida.
27 for in the field, he found her,the betrothed damsel, made an outcry, and there was none to save her.
27 Pois o homem encontrou a moça no campo; a moça que tinha o casamento contratado gritou, e não houve quem a livrasse.
28 When a man findeth a damsel that is a virgin who is not betrothed, and layeth hold of her and lieth with her, and they are found,
28 — Se um homem encontrar uma moça virgem, que não tem casamento contratado, e a pegar à força, e tiver relações com ela, e eles forem apanhados,
29 then shall the man who lay with her give unto the damsels father fifty shekels of silver,and she shall be, his, wife, because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away, all his days.
29 então o homem que teve relações com ela pagará ao pai da moça cinquenta barras de prata; e, uma vez que a humilhou, terá de recebê-la por esposa; não poderá mandá-la embora durante a sua vida.
30 A man shall not take his fathers wife,neither shall he turn aside his fathers coverlet.
30 — Nenhum homem terá relações com a sua madrasta e não profanará o leito de seu pai.
