Jeremias 15
New Simplified Bible (NSB) vs BKJ
1 Jehovah said to me: »I would not feel sorry for these people, even if Moses and Samuel were standing in front of me. Send them away from my presence, and let them go.
1 Então disse-me o SENHOR: Ainda que Moisés e Samuel se pusessem diante de mim, ainda assim minha mente não poderia estar a favor deste povo. Lançai-os para fora da minha presença, e que eles saiam.
2 »When they ask you where they should go, say to them: This is what Jehovah says: Those who are to die will die. Those who are to die in wars will die in wars. Those who are to die in famines will die in famines. Those who are to die in captivity will die in captivity.
2 E será que, se eles disserem para ti: Para onde nós sairemos? Então tu lhes dirás: Assim diz o SENHOR: Os que são para a morte, em direção à morte, e os que são para a espada, em direção à espada, e os que são para a fome, em direção à fome, e os que são para o cativeiro, em direção ao cativeiro.
3 »I will appoint over them four kinds of punishment, declares Jehovah. I will send swords to kill, dogs to drag away, and birds of the air and animals of the earth to devour and destroy.
3 E eu irei determinar sobre eles quatro categorias, diz o SENHOR: a espada para matar, e os cães para rasgar, e as aves do céu, e os animais da terra, para devorar e destruir.
4 »I will make these people a horrifying shocking sight to all the kingdoms on the earth. This will happen because of what Judah's King Manasseh, son of Hezekiah, did in Jerusalem.
4 E farei com que sejam removidos para todos os reinos da terra, por causa de Manassés, o filho de Ezequias, rei de Judá, por aquilo que ele fez em Jerusalém.
5 »Who will take pity on you, Jerusalem? No one will mourn for you. No one will bother to ask how you are doing.
5 Pois quem terá piedade de ti, ó Jerusalém? Ou quem irá lamentar por ti? Ou quem se desviará para perguntar como tu estás?
6 »You left me, declares Jehovah. You turned your back on me. So I will stretch out my hand against you use my power against you and destroy you. I am tired of showing compassion to you.
6 Tu me abandonaste, diz o SENHOR. Tu retrocedeste, portanto eu estenderei a minha mão contra ti, e destruirei. Eu estou cansado do arrependimento.
7 »I will separate them with a winnowing shovel at the city gates. I will make them childless. I will destroy my people because they will not change their ways.
7 E eu os abanarei com um leque nos portões da terra. Eu os privarei de filhos, eu destruirei o meu povo, uma vez que eles não retornam dos seus caminhos.
8 »Their widows will be more numerous than the grains of sand on the seashore. At noontime I will send a destroyer against the mothers of young men. I will suddenly bring anguish and terror to them.
8 Suas viúvas aumentaram em número diante de mim mais que a areia dos mares; eu trouxe ao meio-dia um saqueador contra a mãe dos jovens. Eu o fiz atacá-la de repente e a cidade aterrorizou-se.
9 »A mother who gives birth to seven sons will grow faint and breathe her last. She will die, ashamed and humiliated, while it is still daylight. I will put survivors from these people to death in the presence of their enemies, says Jehovah.
9 Aquela que deu à luz sete enfraqueceu; ela entregou o espírito. O seu sol se pôs enquanto era ainda dia; ela ficou envergonhada e confundida, e o seu remanescente eu entregarei à espada perante os seus inimigos, diz o SENHOR.
10 Sadness is mine! Why did my mother bring me into the world? I have to quarrel and argue with everyone in the whole earth. I have not lent any money or borrowed any; yet everyone curses me.
10 Ai de mim, minha mãe, que me deste à luz, um homem de discórdia e um homem de contenda para a terra toda! Eu não tenho emprestado com usura, nem os homens me emprestam com usura, contudo, cada um deles me amaldiçoa.
11 Jehovah said: »I will certainly rescue you for a good. I will certainly make your enemies plead with you in times of evil and in times of distress.
11 O SENHOR disse: Verdadeiramente isto irá bem com teu remanescente. Verdadeiramente farei o inimigo suplicar a ti no tempo do mal e no tempo de aflição.
12 »Can a man break iron, especially the iron from the north that is mixed with copper?
12 Pode o ferro quebrar o ferro do norte e a espada?
13 »Jehovah said to me: I will send enemies to carry away the wealth and treasures of my people. This will punish them for the sins they have committed throughout the land.
13 Teus bens materiais e teus tesouros eu darei por despojo sem preço, e isto por todos os teus pecados, em todas as tuas fronteiras.
14 »I will make them serve their enemies in a land they know nothing about. My anger is like fire, and it will burn forever.«
14 E eu te farei passar aos teus inimigos para uma terra que não conheces. Pois um fogo acendeu-se em minha ira, e queimará sobre vós.
15 Then I said: »O Jehovah you understand. Remember me and help me. Let me have revenge on those who persecute me. Do not be so patient with them that they succeed in killing me. Remember that it is for your sake that I have suffered reproach.
15 Ó SENHOR, tu sabes. Lembra-te de mim, e visita-me, e vinga-me de meus perseguidores. Não me arrebates por tua longanimidade; sabe que por causa de ti tenho sofrido repreensão.
16 »You spoke to me, and I listened to every word. I belong to you, Lord Jehovah. Your words filled my heart with joy and happiness.
16 Tuas palavras foram encontradas e eu as comi. E tua palavra foi para mim a alegria e júbilo do meu coração, pois eu sou chamado pelo teu nome, ó SENHOR Deus dos Exércitos.
17 »I did not spend my time with other people laughing and having a good time. In obedience to your orders I stayed by myself and was filled with anger.
17 Eu não me assentei na assembleia dos zombadores, nem me regozijei. Eu me sentei sozinho por causa de tua mão, pois tu me encheste com indignação.
18 »Why do I suffer constant pain? Why is my wound incurable, refusing to be healed? Will you indeed be to me like a deceptive stream with water that is unreliable?«
18 Por que é a minha dor perpétua, e minha ferida incurável, e recusa-se a ser curada? Serias tu para mim como um mentiroso, e como águas que falham?
19 Therefore Jehovah says: »If you return I will restore you. You will stand before me. If you extract the precious from the worthless, you will become my spokesman. They for their part may turn to you. But you must not turn to them.«
19 Portanto assim diz o SENHOR: Se tu retornares, então te trarei novamente, e tu permanecerás diante de mim. E se tu separares o precioso do vil, tu serás como minha boca. Deixa-os retornar para ti, porém não retornes tu para eles.
20 »I will make you a fortified wall of copper to these people. Though they fight against you, they will not prevail over you. For I am with you to save you and deliver you, declares Jehovah.
20 E eu farei de ti para este povo como um muro fortificado de bronze e eles lutarão contra ti, porém não prevalecerão contra ti, pois eu estou contigo para te salvar, e para te livrar, diz o SENHOR.
21 »I will deliver you from the hand of the wicked. I will redeem you from the grasp of the cruel.«
21 E livrar-te-ei da mão do perverso, e redimir-te-ei da mão do terrível.
