1 By David.I will give you thanks with my whole heart.Before the angels, I will sing praises to you.
1 Eu te darei graças, Senhor , de todo o meu coração; na presença dos poderosos te cantarei louvores.
2 I will bow down toward your holy temple,and give thanks to your Name for your loving kindness and for your truth;for you have exalted your Name and your Word above all.
2 Voltado para o teu santo templo, eu me prostrarei e louvarei o teu nome, por causa da tua misericórdia e da tua verdade, pois engrandeceste acima de tudo o teu nome e a tua palavra.
3 In the day that I called, you answered me.You encouraged me with strength in my soul.
3 No dia em que eu clamei, tu me respondeste e alentaste a força de minha alma.
4 All the kings of the earth will give you thanks, Lord,for they have heard the words of your mouth.
4 Todos os reis da terra te louvarão, quando ouvirem as palavras da tua boca,
5 Yes, they will sing of the ways of the Lord;for great is the Lord's glory.
5 e cantarão os caminhos do pois grande é a glória do
6 For though the Lord is high, yet he looks after the lowly;but the proud, he knows from afar.
6 O Senhor é excelso, contudo, atenta para os humildes; os soberbos, ele os conhece de longe.
7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you will revive me.You will stretch forth your hand against the wrath of my enemies.Your right hand will save me.
7 Se ando em meio à angústia, tu me refazes a vida; estendes a mão contra a ira dos meus inimigos; a tua mão direita me salva.
8 The Lord will fulfill that which concerns me;your loving kindness, Lord, endures forever.Do not forsake the works of your own hands.
8 O que diz respeito a mim o a tua misericórdia, ó dura para sempre; não desampares as obras das tuas mãos.
