1 A Song of Ascents.Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord,who walks in his ways.
1 Bem-aventurado aquele que teme ao Senhor e anda nos seus caminhos!
2 For you will eat the labor of your hands.You will be happy, and it will be well with you.
2 Do trabalho de tuas mãos comerás, feliz serás, e tudo te irá bem.
3 Your wife will be as a fruitful vine,in the innermost parts of your house;your children like olive plants,around your table.
3 Tua esposa, no interior de tua casa, será como a videira frutífera; teus filhos, como rebentos da oliveira, à roda da tua mesa.
4 Behold, thus is the man blessed who fears the Lord.
4 Eis como será abençoado o homem que teme ao
5 May the Lord bless you out of Zion,and may you see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
5 O Senhor te abençoe desde Sião, para que vejas a prosperidade de Jerusalém durante os dias de tua vida,
6 Yes, may you see your children's children.Peace be upon Israel.
