¹ And Bildad the Shuhite answered and said,

² Rule and fear are with Him; [He] makes peace in His high places.

⁴ How then can man be justified with God? Or how can [one] who is born of a woman be clean?

⁵ Look even to [the] moon, and it shines not; yea, the stars are not pure in His sight;

⁵ Deus é mais glorioso que a lua; brilha mais que as estrelas.

⁶ how much less man [who is] a maggot, and the son of man, [who is] a worm?

⁶ Comparados a ele, somos larvas; nós, mortais, não passamos de vermes”.
