ጌኤዦ ማፃኣፖ (MDYETH) vs VC
1 ዬሱሴ ሃሣ ሜሌ ኮኦኪንሢ ኬኤዛዖ፦
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 «ጫሪንጮ ካኣቱማ ናዓ ላኣሊ ዔካኣ ጌዔም፥ ሙኡዚ ጊኢጊሼ ካኣቲስኬያ ማላኔ።
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 ዬይ ካኣታሢ ዔኤሊንቴ ዓሶም ኬኤዛንዳጉዲ ዒዛኮ ማዻ ዓሶ ዳኬኔ፤ ጋዓንቴ ዓሳ ዒኢካ ሙካኒ ኮይባኣሴ።
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 ዬካፓ ካኣቲ ላሚ ሃሣ ሜሌ ማዻ ዓሲ ዔኤሊንቴ ዓሶም፦ ‹ቡዋ ጌማይንታ ሃሣ ማሌ ባይያ ታ ሹኪ ሙዖ ጊኢጊሼኔ፤ ቢያ ባካ ጊኢጌያ ማዔሢሮ ዔፖ ቤዞ፥ ታ ማኣሪ ሙኩዋቴ ጎዑዋቴ› ጌይ ዳኬኔ።
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 ዔኤሊንቴ ዓሳ ጋዓንቴ ዔኤሊፆ ቦሂ ዛላ ጎሺዳ፤ ዓቴ ዓሳ ሃሣ ኮርሞይዳ ዓኣዼኔ፤
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 ሃንጎዋታ ሃሣ ኪኢቶና ሙኬ ዓሶንሢ ዓርቃዖ ጳርቂ ቦርሲሲ ሃሣ ሜታሲ ዎዺያ ዎዼኔ።
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 ዬያሮ ካኣታሢ ዻጋዻዖ ፔኤኮ ፖኦሊሶ ዳኪ ዬንሢ ኪኢቶ ዓሶንሢ ዎዼዞንሢ ዎዺ ባይዚ ካታሞዋ ዔያቶኮ ታሚና ሚቼኔ።
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 ዬካፓ ካኣቲ ማዻ ዓሶም፦ ‹ዔፖ ሙዓ ጊኢጊንቴኔ፤ ዔኤሊንቴ ዓሳ ጋዓንቴ ኮይሱዋ ዓሲ ማዒ ጴዼሢሮ፥
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 ጎይፆ ኬስኪጋፓ ዴንቄ ዓሲ ቢያ ዔፖ ሙዖ ቤዞ ዔኤሉዋቴ› ጋዓዛ፥
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 ማዻ ዓሳ ጎይፆ ኬስኪ ዴንቄ ዓሶ ኮዦንታ ፑርቶንታ ቢያሢ ቡኩሲ ዔፖ ማኣሮ ሾኦጮና ኩንሤኔ።
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 «ዬካፓ ካኣቲ ዔኤሊንቴ ሾኦጮ ዛጋኒ ጌሌ ዎዶና ፔቴ ዔፒ ማኣዖ ማይንቲባኣ ዓሲ ዴንቃዖ፥
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 ‹ታ ቤኤሊ! ዔፒ ማኣዖ ኔ ማይንቱዋዖ ሃይካ ጌላኒ ዎይቲ ዳንዳዔይ?› ጋዓዛ፥ ዓሢ ጋዓንቴ ዚቲዮ ጌዔኔ፤
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 ካኣቲ ማዻዞንሢም ‹ሃያኮ ኩጮና ቶኮና ቱኪ፥ ኬሲ ካሮይዳ ዹሞ ቤዛ ኬኤሩዋቴ፤ ዒኢካ ዒ ዬኤኪ፥ ሜታዺ ዓቺ ዻዓንዳኔ።›
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 «ሚርጌ ዓሲ ዔኤሊንቴኔ፤ ዶኦሪንቴ ዓሳ ጋዓንቴ ዻካኬ» ጌዔኔ።
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 ዬካፓ ፔርሴ ዓሳ ኬስኪ ዴንዲ፥ ዬሱሴ ጌስታ ጌኤዞና ዎዲ ዔያታ ፒሪ ዓርቃንዳቴያ ዎላ ዞርታዖ፥

16 ዔያቶኮ ጊንፆ ሃንታ ናኣቶና ሄሮዲሴ ዛላፓ ማዔ ዓሶና ዬሱሴ ባንሢ ዳኪ፦ «ዔርዛሢዮ! ኔኤኒ ጎኔ ዓሲ ሃሣ ፆኦሲ ጎይፆዋ ጎኑሞና ዔርዛሢ ዬያጉዲ ሃሣ ዖናኣ ኔ ዱማሱዋዖ፥ ቢያሢ ሄኮ ኔ ዛጋሢ ኑ ዔራኔ፤
16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 ኑም ሂንዳ ኬኤዜ፤ ዓይጎ ኔኤም ማላይ? ሮሜ ዓጮ ካኣቲም ጊኢራ ጪጎንዶሞ ሃሾንዶይ?» ጌዔኔ።
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 ዬማና ዬሱሴ ዔያቶኮ ጌኖ ማሊፆ ዔራዖ፦ «ዒንሢ ፂሎቱዋዖ ፔና ፂሎኬ ጋዓ ዓሳ! ዓይጎሮ ጌኤሲና ታና ዒንሢ ፒራኒ ኮዓይ?
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 ጊኢሮ ጪጎ ሚኢሾ ሂንዳ ታና ዻውዋቴ» ጋዓዛ፥ ዔያታ ፔቴ ሹቺ ቢራ ዒዛም ዔኪ ሙኬኔ።
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 ዬማና ዒዚ፦ «ሃኖ ሚኢሼሎይዳ ዓኣ ዓውካሮና ፃኣፒንቴ ሱንፆና ዖኦሮዳይ?» ጌዔኔ።
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 ዔያታ፦ «ሮሜ ዓጮ ካኣቲሲኬ» ጌዔኔ።
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 ዔያታ ዬያ ዋይዛዖ ዲቃቲ ሄርሺ፥ ዒዛ ሃሺ ዴንዴኔ።
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 ዬኖ ኬሎና፦ «ሃይቄ ዓሲ ዔቁዋሴ» ጋዓ ሶዶቄ ዓሳ ዬሱሴ ኮይላ ሙኪ ሂዚ ጌዒ ዖኦጬኔ፦

24 «ዔርዛሢዮ! ሙሴ ‹ፔቴ ዓሲ ላኣሊ ዔካዖ ሾውዋዖ ሃይቄቶ፥ ጌኤዚ ሃይቄሢ ማቾ ዔኪ ዒዛ ዻካላ ናይ ሾዖንጎ› ጌዔኔ።
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 ኑ ኮይሎይዳ ዎሊኮ ጌርሲንሢ ማዓ ላንካይ ዓሲ ዓኣኔ፤ ዬያቶኮ ቶይዳሢ ላኣሊ ዔካዖ ሾውዋዖ ሃይቄም ሄሌ ጌኤዛሢ ማቾ ዒዛኮ ዔኬኔ፤
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 ዬይ ዔኬሢ ቶይዲም ናይ ሾውዋዖ ሃይቄኔ፤ ዬያይዴ ጎይሣ ላኣሌላ ላንካሳሢም ሄላዛ ዒዚያ ሾውዋዖ ሃይቄኔ።
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 ዬካፓ ጋፒንፆይዳ ላኣሌላ ሃይቄኔ።
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 ዓካሪ ቢያሢ ዒዞ ዔኬሢሮ ጋፒንፆና ሃይባፓ ዓሳ ዔቃኣና ዬና ዎያኮ ማቾ ማዓንዳይ?» ጌዔኔ።
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 ዬሱሴ ማሃዖ፦ «ዒንሢ ጌኤዦ ማፃኣፖና ፆኦሲኮ ዎልቆና ዔሩዋኣሢሮ ዻቢንታኔ፤
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 ሃይቢዳፓ ዓሲ ዔቄሢኮ ጊንፃ ጫሪንጮይዳ ዓኣ ፆኦሲ ኪኢታንቾጉዲ ማዓኔ፤ ዔኩዋሴ ሃሣ ሎዑዋሴ።
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 ሃይቦይዳፓ ዔቃ ዓሶ ዛሎ ፆኦሲ ዒንሢም ኬኤዜሢ ዒንሢ ናባቢባኣዓዳ?
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 ዒዚ ‹ታኣኒ ዓብራሃሜ ፆኦሲ፥ ዪሳኣቄ ፆኦሲ ሃሣ ያይቆኦቤ ፆኦሲኬ› ጌዔኔ፤ ዬያሮ ፆኦሲ ሼምፖና ናንጋ ዓሶ ፆኦሲ፤ ሃይቄቶዋ ናንጊና ናንጋ ዓሶ ፆኦሲኬ» ጌዔኔ።
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.
33 ዴራ ዬያ ዋይዛዖ ዒዛኮ ዔርዚፆና ዲቃቲ ሄርሼኔ።
33 E, ouvindo esta doutrina, as turbas se enchiam de grande admiração.
34 ዬሱሴ ሶዶቄ ዓሶ ጎዖንዶ ጎይሢ ባይዚሴሢ ዋይዛዖ ፔርሴ ዓሳ ፔቴይዳ ሙኪ ቡኬኔ፤
34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 ዔያቶይዳፓ ፔቴ ሙሴ ዎጎ ዔርዛስኬይ ዬሱሴ ዎዚ ጋዓቴያ ዋይዛኒ፦
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 «ዔርዛሢዮ! ቢያፓ ባሼ ዓይሢፄላ ዎኖዳይ?» ጌዒ ዖኦጬኔ፤
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 ዬሱሴ ዒማና፦ « ‹ፆኦሲ ኔኤኮ ጎዳ ጉቤ ዒናፓ፥ ጉቤ ሼምፓፓ፥ ጉቤ ማሊፃፓ ናሽኬ›
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 ቢያፓ ባሼ ማዔ ቤርታኣ ዓይሢፃ ዬኖኬ።
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 ሃሣ ዬኖ ማላ ላምዓሳ ዓይሢፃ ‹ዓሲ ቢያ ዓዳ ኔና ማሂ ናሽኬ› ጋዓኔ፤
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 ሙሴ ዔርዛ ዎጎና ፆኦሲ ማሊፆ ኬኤዛዞንሢኮ ዔርዚፃ ዬንሢ ዓይሢፆ ጋራ ዓኣያኬ» ጌይ ማሄኔ።
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 ፔርሴ ዓሳ ቡኪንቲ ዓኣንቴ ዬሱሴ ዔያቶ ሂዚ ጌዒ ዖኦጬኔ፤
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 «ሜሲሄ ዛሎ ዒንሢ ዎዚ ጋዓይ? ዒ ዖ ናይ ዒንሢም ማላይ?» ጋዓዛ፥ ዔያታ ማሃዖ፦ «ዒ ዳውቴ ናይኬ» ጌዔኔ።
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 ዬሱሴ ዔያቶም፦ «ሂዴቶ ዳውቴ ዓያና ጌኤሺ ዒዛ ማሊሴም፥ ‹ታኣኮ ጎዳ› ጌዒ ዎይቲ ዒዛ ዔኤሌይ?
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 ዳውቴ ‹ናንጊና ናንጋ ጎዳ ታ ጎዳሢም፥
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 ዬያሮ ዳውቴ ‹ታ ጎዳሢ› ጌዒ ዒዛ ዔኤሌቶ ዎይቲ ዳውቴኮ ናይ ማዓኒ ዒ ዳንዳዓይ?» ዬሱሴ ጋዓዛ፥
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 ዒማና ፔቴታዖ ዔኤቢ ማሂ ኬኤዛኒ ዳንዳዔ ዓሲ ባኣሴ። ዬኖ ኬሎይዳፓ ዓርቃዖ ጫርቂ ዒዛ ዔኤቢ ዖኦጬ ዓሲያ ባኣሴ።
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
