1 It is generally reported that there is incest among you; and such incest as is not even among the heathens-that one has his father's wife.
1 Geralmente se ouve que há entre vós fornicação, e fornicação tal, que nem ainda entre os gentios se nomeia, como é haver quem possua a mulher de seu pai.
2 And you are puffed up, and have not rather bewailed, so that he who has done this work might be taken from among you.
2 Estais ensoberbecidos, e nem ao menos vos entristecestes por não ter sido dentre vós tirado quem cometeu tal ação.
3 Wherefore, I, indeed, as absent in the body yet present in spirit, have already, as present, judged him who committed this act.
3 Eu, na verdade, ainda que ausente no corpo, mas presente no espírito, já determinei, como se estivesse presente, que o que tal ato praticou,
4 My sentence is this: You being assembled, my spirit also being with you; in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, with the power of the Lord Jesus Christ,
4 Em nome de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo, juntos vós e o meu espírito, pelo poder de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo,
5 deliver this very person up to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
5 Seja, este tal, entregue a Satanás para destruição da carne, para que o espírito seja salvo no dia do Senhor Jesus.
6 Your boasting is not becoming. Do you not know, that a little leaven leavens the whole mass?
6 Não é boa a vossa jactância. Não sabeis que um pouco de fermento faz levedar toda a massa?
7 Cleanse out, therefore, the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, seeing you are without leaven; for even our passover, Christ is sacrificed for us.
7 Alimpai-vos, pois, do fermento velho, para que sejais uma nova massa, assim como estais sem fermento. Porque Cristo, nossa páscoa, foi sacrificado por nós.
8 Therefore, let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness: but with unleavened sincerity and truth.
8 Por isso façamos a festa, não com o fermento velho, nem com o fermento da maldade e da malícia, mas com os ázimos da sinceridade e da verdade.
9 I wrote you, in that epistle, not to associate with the vicious;
9 Já por carta vos tenho escrito, que não vos associeis com os que se prostituem;
10 but I did not mean in general the fornicators of this world, the avaricious, the rapacious, or the idolaters; seeing, then, indeed, you must go out of the world.
10 Isto não quer dizer absolutamente com os devassos deste mundo, ou com os avarentos, ou com os roubadores, ou com os idólatras; porque então vos seria necessário sair do mundo.
11 But now I write to you, if any one, called a brother, be a fornicator, or a covetous person, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; not to associate, not even to eat, with such a person.
11 Mas agora vos escrevi que não vos associeis com aquele que, dizendo-se irmão, for devasso, ou avarento, ou idólatra, ou maldizente, ou beberrão, ou roubador; com o tal nem ainda comais.
12 For what have I to do to pronounce sentence on them also who are without? Do not you judge them who are within?
12 Porque, que tenho eu em julgar também os que estão de fora? Não julgais vós os que estão dentro?
13 But them are without, God judges. Therefore, put away from among yourselves the wicked person.
13 Mas Deus julga os que estão de fora. Tirai pois dentre vós a esse iníquo.
