3 Then the chief priests and the elders of the people were gathered together to the palace of the high priest who was called Caiaphas,

4 and took counsel together in order that they might seize Jesus by subtlety and kill him;

7 a woman, having an alabaster flask of very precious ointment, came to him and poured it out upon his head as he lay at table.

9 for this might have been sold for much and been given to the poor.

10 But Jesus knowing {it} said to them, Why do ye trouble the woman? for she has wrought a good work toward me.

11 For ye have the poor always with you, but me ye have not always.

12 For in pouring out this ointment on my body, she has done it for my burying.

13 Verily I say to you, Wheresoever these glad tidings may be preached in the whole world, that also which this {woman} has done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her.

15 and said, What are ye willing to give me, and *I* will deliver him up to you? And they appointed to him thirty pieces of silver.

16 And from that time he sought a good opportunity that he might deliver him up.

18 And he said, Go into the city unto such a one, and say to him, The Teacher says, My time is near, I will keep the passover in thy house with my disciples.

19 And the disciples did as Jesus had directed them, and they prepared the passover.
20 Nɨyɔ ɓʉgɔgɔ ogwo, Yeso ika ndɨ kalyalya pa imoti na ɓatʉtʉmbwa tɛkɛɓɛ na ɓaɓa.
20 And when the evening was come he lay down at table with the twelve.

21 And as they were eating he said, Verily I say to you, that one of you shall deliver me up.

22 And being exceedingly grieved they began to say to him, each of them, Is it *I*, Lord?
23 Yeso osikisya ɓɛ: «Mʉtʉ yi nɨnɔ akamakyaga kʉɓɔkʉkɔ ka sanɨ pa imoti na ɨmɨ nɔ ɛgaba ɓanʉ.
23 But he answering said, He that dips his hand with me in the dish, *he* it is who shall deliver me up.

24 The Son of man goes indeed, according as it is written concerning him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is delivered up; it were good for that man if he had not been born.
25 Kʉwa wa, Yuda nɨnɔ a ndɨ kagaba, amuusa ɓɛ: «Muwonisilo! Ɨmɨ?» Yeso asikisya ndɨ ɓɛ: «Woɓikyi nɨ ɨwɛ!»
25 And Judas, who delivered him up, answering said, Is it *I*, Rabbi? He says to him, *Thou* hast said.
26 Ngbingo yi nɨnɔ ɓa ndɨ mino kalyalya, Yeso ava ndɨ mukati. Kumbuso kabibisa Kunzi, oɓunonogo, ʉpága ɓaɓɨɓya kakɨ. Ʉɓɨkya kʉwa ndɨ ɓɛ: «Voni, malya, a nzʉyɨ kamɨ.»

27 And having taken {the} cup and given thanks, he gave {it} to them, saying, Drink ye all of it.

28 For this is my blood, that of the {new} covenant, that shed for many for remission of sins.

29 But I say to you, that I will not at all drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in the kingdom of my Father.

34 Disse-lhe Jesus: Em verdade te digo: nesta noite mesma, antes que o galo cante, três vezes me negarás.
35 Pɛtɛlɛ asikisya ndɨ ɓɛ: «Gʉtʉgʉ kiko ɓɛ tokwi pa imoti, nakʉmanganyɨgʉ ndɛkɛ!» Ɓaɓɨɓya ɓagɔgɔ ɓasɨ ɓaɓɨkya ndɨ ɓɛgɛyɔ.
35 Respondeu-lhe Pedro: Mesmo que seja necessário morrer contigo, jamais te negarei! E todos os outros discípulos diziam-lhe o mesmo.
36 Kʉwa wa, Yeso na ɓaɓɨɓya kakɨ ɓosila ndɨ ka Gɛtɛsɛmanɨ. Ngbingo yi nɨnɔ ɓadwɛ ndɨ mino, ʉɓɨkya ɓɛ: «Wikonononi wanʉ ko ngbingo yi nɨnɔ na mbɛyɨ mino kaɨnda kalʉmba kʉ.»
36 Retirou-se Jesus com eles para um lugar chamado Getsêmani e disse-lhes: Assentai-vos aqui, enquanto eu vou ali orar.

39 Adiantou-se um pouco e, prostrando-se com a face por terra, assim rezou: Meu Pai, se é possível, afasta de mim este cálice! Todavia não se faça o que eu quero, mas sim o que tu queres.

42 Afastou-se pela segunda vez e orou, dizendo: Meu Pai, se não é possível que este cálice passe sem que eu o beba, faça-se a tua vontade!

43 Voltou ainda e os encontrou novamente dormindo, porque seus olhos estavam pesados.
44 Kʉwa wa, Yeso ʉsa ndɨ ɓata, ɨnda kalʉmba ka nganga ya yɨsaa. Malʉmba mi a ndɨ mʉɗɔngɔnɨ abɛ nɨmɔ ma mambwa aka.

45 Voltou então para os seus discípulos e disse-lhes: Dormi agora e repousai! Chegou a hora: o Filho do Homem vai ser entregue nas mãos dos pecadores...

47 Jesus ainda falava, quando veio Judas, um dos Doze, e com ele uma multidão de gente armada de espadas e cacetes, enviada pelos príncipes dos sacerdotes e pelos anciãos do povo.

55 Depois, voltando-se para a turba, falou: Saístes armados de espadas e porretes para prender-me, como se eu fosse um malfeitor. Entretanto, todos os dias estava eu sentado entre vós ensinando no templo e não me prendestes.

56 Mas tudo isto aconteceu porque era necessário que se cumprissem os oráculos dos profetas. Então os discípulos o abandonaram e fugiram.
57 Ɓambanzʉ nɨɓɔ ɓagwi ndɨ Yeso, ɓaga na ɨyɨ ka Kayafa nɨnɔ a ndɨ kumu-kumu. Ɓowonisilo ɓa mʉtʉʉ na ɓambɔkʉ-mbɔkʉ ɓa ndɨ ɓʉmʉmʉkana kʉ ɓɛyɔ.
57 Os que haviam prendido Jesus levaram-no à casa do sumo sacerdote Caifás, onde estavam reunidos os escribas e os anciãos do povo.

58 Pedro seguia-o de longe, até o pátio do sumo sacerdote. Entrou e sentou-se junto aos criados para ver como terminaria aquilo.
59 Ɓokumu-kumu na ɓangama ɓagɔgɔ ɓasɨ ɓa Basa-Yidingi ɓa ndɨ kaʉkɨsa ɓadɛmʉ ɓa ɓɔngɔ, kyɛ ɓinisoni no pisi kamwisiso Yeso.
59 Enquanto isso, os príncipes dos sacerdotes e todo o conselho procuravam um falso testemunho contra Jesus, a fim de o levarem à morte.
60 Luki limoti, ɓakɨnagʉ ndɨ, gʉtʉgʉ ɓɛyɔ ɓatʉ ɓudingi ɓodogoku ndɨ mino kaɓʉkʉlyaga ɓɔngɔ.
60 Mas não o conseguiram, embora se apresentassem muitas falsas testemunhas.
61 «Mʉtʉ yi nɨmʉ aɓɨkya ndɨ ɓɛ: ‹Nakwanana kapanza Ndaɓʉ ko Kunzi, kopika ɓata kumbusa wa masyɛ masaa.›»
61 Por fim, apresentaram-se duas testemunhas, que disseram: Este homem disse: Posso destruir o templo de Deus e reedificá-lo em três dias.
62 Kʉwa wa, kumu-kumu amaga ndɨ, amuusa Yeso ɓɛ: «Ambɛ, wakɛgʉ kosikisyo? Wakaɓɨkya ɓʉ ka ɓangbanga nɨɓana ɓambanzʉ ɓakaʉpɨ́lyaga ɓa?»
62 Levantou-se o sumo sacerdote e lhe perguntou: Nada tens a responder ao que essa gente depõe contra ti?

63 Jesus, no entanto, permanecia calado. Disse-lhe o sumo sacerdote: Por Deus vivo, conjuro-te que nos digas se és o Cristo, o Filho de Deus?

75 Pedro recordou-se do que Jesus lhe dissera: Antes que o galo cante, negar-me-ás três vezes. E saindo, chorou amargamente.
