Zacarias 11
Leeser Old Testament (LEESER) vs ARA
1 Open thy doors, O Lebanon, and the fire shall eat on thy cedars.
1 Abre, ó Líbano, as tuas portas, para que o fogo consuma os teus cedros.
2 Wail, firtree; for fallen is the cedar; those that were mighty are despoiled: wail, O ye oaks of Bashan; for the impervious forest is come down.
2 Geme, ó cipreste, porque os cedros caíram, porque as mais excelentes árvores são destruídas; gemei, ó carvalhos de Basã, porque o denso bosque foi derribado.
3 There is the noise of the wailing of the shepherds; for wasted is their glory: there is the noise of the roaring of young lions; for wasted is the pride of the Jordan.
3 Eis o uivo dos pastores, porque a sua glória é destruída! Eis o bramido dos filhos de leões, porque foi destruída a soberba do Jordão!
4 Thus hath said the Lord my God, Feed the flocks that are destined for the slaughter;
4 Assim diz o Senhor , meu Deus: Apascenta as ovelhas destinadas para a matança.
5 Whom their buyers slay, and hold themselves guiltless; and whose sellers say, Blessed be the Lord, for I am rich: and none of whose shepherds have pity on them.
5 Aqueles que as compram matam-nas e não são punidos; os que as vendem dizem: Louvado seja o Senhor , porque me tornei rico; e os seus pastores não se compadecem delas.
6 For I will no more have pity on the inhabitants of the land, saith the Lord: but, lo, I will deliver the men every one into the hand of his neighbor, and into the hand of his king: and they shall beat down the land, and I will not deliver out of their hand.
6 Certamente, já não terei piedade dos moradores desta terra, diz o Senhor ; eis, porém, que entregarei os homens, cada um nas mãos do seu próximo e nas mãos do seu rei; eles ferirão a terra, e eu não os livrarei das mãos deles.
7 And I had fed the flocks that were destined for the slaughter,indeed, the poorest of the flocks; and I had taken unto me two staves; the one I called Mildness Noam, and the other I called Concord Choblim: and I fed the flocks.
7 Apascentai, pois, as ovelhas destinadas para a matança, as pobres ovelhas do rebanho. Tomei para mim duas varas: a uma chamei Graça, e à outra, União; e apascentei as ovelhas.
8 And I removed the three shepherds in one month; and my soul was tired of them, and also their soul abhorred me.
8 Dei cabo dos três pastores num mês. Então, perdi a paciência com as ovelhas, e também elas estavam cansadas de mim.
9 Then said I, I will not feed you: what is dying may die; and what is to be lost may be lost; and those that are left may eat every one the flesh of the other.
9 Então, disse eu: não vos apascentarei; o que quer morrer, morra, o que quer ser destruído, seja, e os que restarem, coma cada um a carne do seu próximo.
10 And I took my staff, namely, Mildness, and cut it to pieces, to annul my covenant which I had made with all the tribes.
10 Tomei a vara chamada Graça e a quebrei, para anular a minha aliança, que eu fizera com todos os povos.
11 And when it was annulled on that day, then knew they well, truly the poorest of the flocks that waited for me, that it was the word of the Lord.
11 Foi, pois, anulada naquele dia; e as pobres do rebanho, que fizeram caso de mim, reconheceram que isto era palavra do Senhor .
12 And I said unto them, If it be good in your eyes, give me my reward; and if not, forbear. So they weighed out as my reward thirty pieces of silver.
12 Eu lhes disse: se vos parece bem, dai-me o meu salário; e, se não, deixai-o. Pesaram, pois, por meu salário trinta moedas de prata.
13 And the Lord said unto me, Cast it unto the treasurer, the precious price which I am prized at by them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them in the house of the Lord unto the treasurer.
13 Então, o Senhor me disse: Arroja isso ao oleiro, esse magnífico preço em que fui avaliado por eles. Tomei as trinta moedas de prata e as arrojei ao oleiro, na Casa do Senhor .
14 Then I cut in pieces my second staff, namely, Concord, to annul the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
14 Então, quebrei a segunda vara, chamada União, para romper a irmandade entre Judá e Israel.
15 And the Lord said unto me, Take unto thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd.
15 O Senhor me disse: Toma ainda os petrechos de um pastor insensato,
16 For, lo, I raise up a shepherd in the land, who will not think of those that are lost, nor seek for that which is gone astray, nor heal that which hath a limb broken; who will not care for that which hath stood still; but who will eat the flesh of the fat, and devour all even to their claws.
16 porque eis que suscitarei um pastor na terra, o qual não cuidará das que estão perecendo, não buscará a desgarrada, não curará a que foi ferida, nem apascentará a sã; mas comerá a carne das gordas e lhes arrancará até as unhas.
17 Woe to the worthless shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall utterly wither, and his right eye shall be completely blinded.
17 Ai do pastor inútil, que abandona o rebanho! A espada lhe cairá sobre o braço e sobre o olho direito; o braço, completamente, se lhe secará, e o olho direito, de todo, se escurecerá.
