1 And if any person sin, because he heareth the voice of adjuration, and he is a witness, since he hath either seen or knoweth something; if he do not tell it, and thus bear his iniquity;
1 — Se alguém pecar porque, sendo testemunha de um fato que viu ou ficou sabendo, não o quis revelar, mesmo sob ameaça de maldição, essa pessoa levará a sua iniquidade.
2 Or if there be a person who toucheth any unclean thing, whether it be the carcass of an unclean beast, or the carcass of unclean cattle, or the carcass of an unclean creeping thing, and it escape his recollection; but he becometh aware that he is unclean, and hath thus incurred guilt;
2 Se alguém tocar em alguma coisa impura, como o cadáver de um animal impuro, seja de um animal selvagem, de um animal doméstico ou de um animal que rasteja pelo chão, ainda que não se dê conta disso, e se tornar impuro, então será culpado.
3 Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness of the kind it be by which he can be defiled, and it escape his recollection; but he becometh aware of it, and that he hath thus incurred guilt;
3 Se tocar a impureza de uma pessoa, seja qual for a impureza com que se faça impuro, e não se der conta disso, mas ficar sabendo depois, será culpado.
4 Or if any person swear, by pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good to himself, in whatsoever it be that a man pronounceth with an oath, and it escape his recollection; but he becometh aware of it that he hath incurred guilt by any one of these:
4 Se alguém jurar de forma precipitada, dizendo que vai fazer alguma coisa má ou boa, seja o que for que alguém pronuncie de forma precipitada com juramento, e ele não se der conta disso, mas ficar sabendo depois, culpado será numa destas coisas.
5 And it shall be, if he have incurred guilt by any one of these things, that he shall confess that concerning which he hath sinned;
5 Quem for culpado numa destas coisas, confessará aquilo em que pecou.
6 And he shall bring his trespass–offering unto the Lord for his sin which he hath committed, a female from the flocks, a sheep or a goat, for a sin–offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.
6 Como sua oferta pela culpa, pelo pecado que cometeu, essa pessoa trará ao Senhor , do gado miúdo, uma cordeira ou uma cabrita como oferta pelo pecado; assim, o sacerdote, por essa pessoa, fará expiação do seu pecado.
7 And if his means be not sufficient for a sheep, then shall he bring as his offering for the trespass which he hath committed, two turtle–doves, or two young pigeons, unto the Lord; one for a sin–offering, and the other for a burnt–offering.
7 — Se as suas posses não lhe permitirem trazer uma cordeira, trará ao Senhor , como oferta pela culpa, pelo pecado que cometeu, duas rolinhas ou dois pombinhos: um como oferta pelo pecado, e o outro como holocausto.
8 And he shall bring them unto the priest, and he shall offer that which is for the sin–offering first, and pinch off its head by the back of its neck, but shall not divide it asunder:
8 Entregará as duas aves ao sacerdote, que primeiro oferecerá a ave que é oferta pelo pecado. O sacerdote destroncará a cabeça da ave, sem a separar do pescoço.
9 And he shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin–offering upon the wall of the altar: and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar; it is a sin–offering.
9 Do sangue da oferta pelo pecado aspergirá sobre a parede do altar, e o restante do sangue fará correr na base do altar; é oferta pelo pecado.
10 And the second shall he prepare as a burnt–offering, according to the prescribed order; and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath committed, and it shall be forgiven unto him.
10 E da outra ave fará um holocausto, conforme o estabelecido. Assim, o sacerdote, por essa pessoa, fará oferta pelo pecado que ela cometeu, e o pecado lhe será perdoado.
11 But if his means be not sufficient for two turtle–doves, or two young pigeons, then shall he bring as his offering for that which he hath sinned, the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin–offering; he shall not put upon it any oil, nor shall he put thereupon any frankincense; for it is a sin–offering.
11 — Porém, se as suas posses não lhe permitirem trazer duas rolinhas ou dois pombinhos, então essa pessoa que pecou trará, por sua oferta, dois litros da melhor farinha como oferta pelo pecado; não derramará azeite sobre a farinha, nem lhe porá em cima incenso, pois é oferta pelo pecado.
12 And he shall bring it to the priest; and the priest shall take from it his handful, as its memorial, and burn it on the altar, upon the fire–offerings of the Lord: it is a sin–offering.
12 Entregará a oferta ao sacerdote, e o sacerdote pegará um punhado da farinha como porção memorial e a queimará sobre o altar, em cima das ofertas queimadas ao Senhor ; é oferta pelo pecado.
13 And the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin that he hath committed in one of these, and it shall be forgiven unto him; and it shall belong to the priest, as the meat–offering.
13 Assim, o sacerdote, por essa pessoa, fará oferta pelo pecado que cometeu em alguma destas coisas, e o pecado lhe será perdoado. O restante da farinha será do sacerdote, como no caso da oferta de cereais.
14 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
14 O Senhor disse a Moisés:
15 If any person commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, against the holy things of the Lord: then shall he bring as his trespass–offering unto the Lord a ram without blemish out of the flocks, in value of two shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass–offering.
15 — Se alguém cometer ofensa e pecar de forma involuntária nas coisas sagradas do Senhor , trará ao Senhor , por oferta, do rebanho, um carneiro sem defeito, conforme avaliação em prata, segundo o peso padrão do santuário, como oferta pela culpa.
16 And that, in which he hath sinned against the holy thing, shall he pay, and shall add its fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest; and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass–offering, and it shall be forgiven unto him.
16 Assim, restituirá o que tirou das coisas sagradas, e ainda acrescentará o seu quinto, e o dará ao sacerdote; assim, o sacerdote, com o carneiro da oferta pela culpa, fará expiação por essa pessoa, e o pecado lhe será perdoado.
17 And if any person sin, and commit any one of the prohibitions of the Lord which ought not to be done; and he know not whether he have incurred guilt, and so bear his iniquity:
17 — Se alguma pessoa pecar e fizer contra algum dos mandamentos do Senhor aquilo que não se deve fazer, ainda que não tenha se dado conta disso, será culpada mesmo assim e levará a sua iniquidade.
18 Then shall he bring a ram without blemish out of the flocks, of the usual value, for a trespass–offering, unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin of ignorance, wherein he hath erred and knoweth it not, and it shall be forgiven unto him.
18 E do rebanho trará ao sacerdote um carneiro sem defeito, conforme avaliação feita, para oferta pela culpa, e o sacerdote, por essa pessoa, fará expiação no que se refere ao erro que, de forma involuntária, cometeu, e lhe será perdoado.
19 It is a trespass–offering: he hath in trespassing trespassed against the Lord.
19 É oferta pela culpa, pois certamente se tornou culpada diante do Senhor .
