¹ Cântico das peregrinações. Felizes os que temem o Senhor, os que andam em seus caminhos.

² When thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands; happy [shalt] thou [be], and [it shall be] well with thee.

² Poderás viver, então, do trabalho de tuas mãos, serás feliz e terás bem-estar.

³ Thy wife [shall be] as a fruitful vine by the sides of thy house; thy children like olive plants round about thy table.

³ Tua mulher será em teu lar como uma vinha fecunda. Teus filhos em torno à tua mesa serão como brotos de oliveira.

⁴ Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that fears the LORD.

⁴ Assim será abençoado aquele que teme o Senhor.

⁵ The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion, and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.

⁵ De Sião te abençoe o Senhor para que em todos os dias de tua vida gozes da prosperidade de Jerusalém,

⁶ Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children [and] peace upon Israel.:

⁶ e para que possas ver os filhos dos teus filhos. Reine a paz em Israel!
