¹ Halelu-JAH. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.

¹ Louvai ao Senhor ! Louvai, servos do Senhor , louvai o nome do Senhor .

² Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.

² Seja bendito o nome do Senhor , desde agora e para sempre.

³ From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same, the LORD'S name [is] to be praised.

³ Desde o nascimento do sol até ao ocaso, seja louvado o nome do Senhor .

⁴ The LORD [is] high above all Gentiles [and] his glory above the heavens.

⁴ Exaltado está o Senhor , acima de todas as nações, e a sua glória, sobre os céus.

⁵ Who [is] like unto the LORD our God, who dwells on high,

⁵ Quem é como o Senhor , nosso Deus, que habita nas alturas;

⁶ who humbles [himself] to behold [the things that are] in heaven and in the earth!

⁶ que se curva para ver o que está nos céus e na terra;

⁷ He raises up the poor out of the dust [and] lifts the destitute out of the dunghill;

⁷ que do pó levanta o pequeno e, do monturo, ergue o necessitado,

⁸ that he may set [him] with princes, [even] with the princes of his people.

⁸ para o fazer assentar com os príncipes, sim, com os príncipes do seu povo;

⁹ He makes the barren woman to keep house [and to be] a joyful mother of sons. Halelu-JAH.:
