¹ A Psalm. O sing unto the LORD a new song; for He hath done marvellous things; His right hand, and His holy arm, hath wrought salvation for Him.

¹ Cantem ao Senhor um cântico novo, porque ele tem feito maravilhas; a sua mão direita e o seu braço santo lhe alcançaram a vitória.

² The LORD hath made known His salvation; His righteousness hath He revealed in the sight of the nations.

² O Senhor fez notória a sua salvação; manifestou a sua justiça diante dos olhos das nações.

³ He hath remembered His mercy and His faithfulness toward the house of Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

³ Lembrou-se da sua misericórdia e da sua fidelidade para com a casa de Israel; todos os confins da terra viram a salvação do nosso Deus.

⁴ Shout unto the LORD, all the earth; break forth and sing for joy, yea, sing praises.

⁴ Celebrem com júbilo ao Senhor , todos os moradores da terra; gritem de alegria, exultem e cantem louvores.

⁵ Sing praises unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp and the voice of melody.

⁵ Cantem com harpa louvores ao com harpa e voz de canto;

⁶ With trumpets and sound of the horn shout ye before the King, the LORD.

⁶ com trombetas e ao som de buzinas, exultem diante do que é rei.

⁷ Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein;

⁷ Ruja o mar e a sua plenitude, o mundo e os que nele habitam.

⁸ Let the floods clap their hands; let the mountains sing for joy together;

⁸ Os rios batam palmas, e juntos cantem de júbilo os montes,

⁹ Before the LORD, for He is come to judge the earth; He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.

⁹ na presença do Senhor , porque ele vem julgar a terra; julgará o mundo com justiça e os povos, com retidão.
