1 The LORD reigneth; He is clothed in majesty; the LORD is clothed, He hath girded Himself with strength; yea, the world is established, that it cannot be moved.
1 Reina o Senhor . Revestiu-se de majestade; de poder se revestiu o Firmou o mundo, que não vacila.
2 Thy throne is established of old; Thou art from everlasting.
2 Desde a antiguidade, está firme o teu trono; tu és desde a eternidade.
3 The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their roaring.
3 Levantam os rios, ó Senhor , levantam os rios o seu bramido; levantam os rios o seu fragor.
4 Above the voices of many waters, the mighty breakers of the sea, the LORD on high is mighty.
4 Mas o Senhor nas alturas é mais poderoso do que o bramido das grandes águas, do que os poderosos vagalhões do mar.
5 Thy testimonies are very sure, holiness becometh Thy house, O LORD, for evermore.
5 Fidelíssimos são os teus testemunhos; à tua casa convém a santidade,
