¹ A Psalm of David. The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

¹ Ao Senhor pertence a terra e a sua plenitude, o mundo e os que nele habitam.

² For He hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

² Porque ele fundou-a sobre os mares e sobre as correntes a estabeleceu.

³ Who shall ascend into the mountain of the LORD? and who shall stand in His holy place?

³ Quem subirá ao monte do Quem há de permanecer no seu santo lugar?

⁴ He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not taken My name in vain, and hath not sworn deceitfully.

⁴ O que é limpo de mãos e puro de coração, que não entrega a sua alma à falsidade, nem faz juramentos com a intenção de enganar.

⁵ He shall receive a blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
