1 With my voice I cry unto the LORD; with my voice I make supplication unto the LORD.
1 Masquil de Davi. Oração quando ele estava na caverna. Eu clamei ao SENHOR com a minha voz; com a minha voz fiz a minha súplica ao SENHOR.
2 I pour out my complaint before Him, I declare before Him my trouble;
2 Derramei a minha queixa diante dele; mostrei diante dele a minha tribulação.
3 When my spirit fainteth within me--Thou knowest my path--in the way wherein I walk have they hidden a snare for me.
3 Quando o meu espírito estava oprimido dentro de mim, então tu conheceste o meu caminho. No caminho pelo qual andei eles secretamente puseram um laço para mim.
4 Look on my right hand, and see, for there is no man that knoweth me; I have no way to flee; no man careth for my soul.
4 Olhei à minha mão direita e contemplei, mas não houve nenhum homem que me conhecesse; o refúgio me falhou; nenhum homem se importou com a minha alma.
5 I have cried unto Thee, O LORD; I have said: 'Thou art my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.'
5 Clamei a ti, ó SENHOR; eu disse: Tu és o meu refúgio e a minha porção na terra dos vivos.
6 Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low; deliver me from my persecutors; for they are too strong for me.
6 Atende ao meu clamor; pois eu estou muito abatido; livra-me dos meus perseguidores pois eles são mais fortes do que eu.
7 Bring my soul out of prison, that I may give thanks unto Thy name; the righteous shall crown themselves because of me; for Thou wilt deal bountifully with me.
7 Traz a minha alma para fora da prisão, para que eu louve o teu nome; os justos me cercarão; pois tu me tratarás generosamente.
