1 And Solomon was building his own house thirteen years, and he finished all his house.

2 For he built the house of the forest of Lebanon: the length thereof was a hundred cubits, and the breadth thereof fifty cubits, and the height thereof thirty cubits, upon four rows of cedar pillars, with cedar beams upon the pillars.
2 Ele construiu a Casa do Bosque do Líbano, de quarenta e quatro metros de comprimento, vinte e dois de largura e treze e meio de altura, sobre quatro fileiras de colunas de cedro e vigas de cedro sobre as colunas.
3 And it was covered with cedar above upon the side-chambers, that lay on forty and five pillars, fifteen in a row.
3 A cobertura era de cedro, abrangendo as câmaras laterais em número de quarenta e cinco, apoiadas em colunas, distribuídas em três fileiras de quinze.
4 And there were beams in three rows; and light was over against light in three ranks.
4 Havia janelas em três fileiras, uma em frente das outras, agrupadas de três em três.
5 And all the doors with their posts were square in the frame; and light was over against light in three ranks.
5 Todas as portas e janelas eram quadradas, ficando umas em frente das outras em três fileiras.
6 And he made the porch of pillars: the length thereof was fifty cubits, and the breadth thereof thirty cubits; and a porch before them; and pillars and thick beams before them.
6 Depois, fez o Salão das Colunas, de vinte e dois metros de comprimento e treze e meio de largura. Havia um pórtico de colunas diante dele, e uma área coberta na frente do pórtico.
7 And he made the porch of the throne where he might judge, even the porch of judgment; and it was covered with cedar from floor to floor.
7 Também fez a Sala do Trono, a saber, a Sala do Julgamento, onde Salomão julgava. Ela era revestida de cedro desde o chão até o teto.
8 And his house where he might dwell, in the other court, within the porch, was of the like work. He made also a house for Pharaoh's daughter, whom Solomon had taken to wife, like unto this porch.
8 A casa, em que haveria de morar, ele fez em outro pátio, atrás da Sala do Trono, e era uma obra semelhante à anterior. Salomão também fez uma casa semelhante à Sala do Trono para a filha de Faraó, que havia tomado por mulher.
9 All these were of costly stones, according to the measures of hewn stones, sawed with saws, within and without, even from the foundation unto the coping, and so on the outside unto the great court.
9 Todas estas construções eram de pedras valiosas, cortadas sob medida, serradas para o lado de dentro e para o lado de fora; e isto desde os alicerces até as beiras do teto, e por fora até o átrio maior.
10 And the foundation was of costly stones, even great stones, stones of ten cubits, and stones of eight cubits.
10 Os alicerces eram de pedras valiosas, pedras grandes; pedras de quatro metros e meio e pedras de três metros e meio;
11 And above were costly stones, after the measure of hewn stones, and cedar-wood.
11 por cima delas, pedras valiosas, cortadas sob medida, e cedros.
12 And the great court round about had three rows of hewn stone, and a row of cedar beams, like as the inner court of the house of the LORD, and the court of the porch of the house.
12 Ao redor do grande átrio, havia três fileiras de pedras cortadas e uma fileira de vigas de cedro; assim era também o átrio interior da Casa do Senhor e o pórtico daquela casa.
13 And king Solomon sent and fetched Hiram out of Tyre.
13 O rei Salomão enviou mensageiros que trouxessem de Tiro um homem chamado Hirão.
14 He was the son of a widow of the tribe of Naphtali, and his father was a man of Tyre, a worker in brass; and he was filled with wisdom and understanding and skill, to work all works in brass. And he came to king Solomon, and wrought all his work.
14 Ele era filho de uma viúva, da tribo de Naftali, e o pai dele, já falecido, era um homem de Tiro que trabalhava em bronze. Hirão era cheio de sabedoria, de entendimento e de ciência para fazer todo tipo de trabalho em bronze. Ele se apresentou ao rei Salomão e fez toda a sua obra.
15 Thus he fashioned the two pillars of brass, of eighteen cubits high each; and a line of twelve cubits did compass it about; and so the other pillar.
15 Hirão fundiu duas colunas de bronze. A altura de cada uma era de oito metros, e um fio de cinco metros e quarenta era a medida de sua circunferência.
16 And he made two capitals of molten brass, to set upon the tops of the pillars; the height of the one capital was five cubits, and the height of the other capital was five cubits.
16 Também fez dois capitéis de bronze para pôr sobre o alto das colunas. A altura de cada um deles era de dois metros e vinte.
17 He also made nets of checker-work, and wreaths of chain-work, for the capitals which were upon the top of the pillars: seven for the one capital, and seven for the other capital.
17 Havia obra de rede e ornamentos torcidos em forma de corrente, para os capitéis que estavam sobre o alto das colunas; sete para um capitel e sete para o outro.
18 And he made the pillars; and there were two rows round about upon the one network, to cover the capitals that were upon the top of the pomegranates; and so did he for the other capital.
18 Fez também romãs em duas fileiras por cima de uma das obras de rede, para cobrir o capitel no alto da coluna; o mesmo fez com o outro capitel.
19 And the capitals that were upon the top of the pillars in the porch were of lily-work, four cubits.
19 Os capitéis que estavam no alto das colunas tinham o formato de lírios, como na Sala do Trono, e tinham um metro e oitenta de altura.
20 And there were capitals above also upon the two pillars, close by the belly which was beside the network; and the pomegranates were two hundred, in rows round about upon each capital.
20 Perto do bojo, próximo à obra de rede, os capitéis que estavam no alto das duas colunas tinham duzentas romãs, dispostas em fileiras ao redor, sobre um e outro capitel.
21 And he set up the pillars at the porch of the temple; and he set up the right pillar, and called the name thereof Jachin; and he set up the left pillar, and called the name thereof Boaz.
21 Depois, levantou as colunas no pórtico do templo. Tendo levantado a coluna da direita, deu-lhe o nome de Jaquim; e, tendo levantado a coluna da esquerda, deu-lhe o nome de Boaz.
22 And upon the top of the pillars was lily-work; so was the work of the pillars finished.
22 No alto das colunas estava a obra na forma de lírios. E, assim, foi terminado o trabalho das colunas.
23 And he made the molten sea of ten cubits from brim to brim, round in compass, and the height thereof was five cubits; and a line of thirty cubits did compass it round about.
23 Hirão fez também o mar de fundição, redondo, de quatro metros e meio de uma borda até a outra, e de dois metros e vinte de altura; e um fio de treze metros e meio era a medida de sua circunferência.
24 And under the brim of it round about there were knops which did compass it, for ten cubits, compassing the sea round about; the knops were in two rows, cast when it was cast.
24 Por baixo da sua borda, ao redor, havia ornamentos em forma de cabaças, dez a cada meio metro; estavam em duas fileiras, fundidas quando se fundiu o mar de fundição.
25 It stood upon twelve oxen, three looking toward the north, and three looking toward the west, and three looking toward the south, and three looking toward the east; and the sea was set upon them above, and all their hinder parts were inward.
25 O mar de fundição se apoiava sobre doze touros de bronze. Três olhavam para o norte; três, para o oeste; três, para o sul; e três, para o leste. O mar de fundição se apoiava sobre eles, cujas partes posteriores convergiam para dentro.
26 And it was a hand-breadth thick; and the brim thereof was wrought like the brim of a cup, like the flower of a lily; it held two thousand baths.
26 A grossura das paredes desse mar era de quatro dedos, e a sua borda, como borda de copo, era como uma flor de lírio. Nele cabiam cerca de quarenta mil litros.
27 And he made the ten bases of brass; four cubits was the length of one base, and four cubits the breadth thereof, and three cubits the height of it.
27 Hirão fez também dez suportes de bronze. Cada um media um metro e oitenta de comprimento, um metro e oitenta de largura e um metro e trinta de altura.
28 And the work of the bases was on this manner: they had borders; and there were borders between the stays;
28 Os suportes eram do seguinte modo: tinham painéis, que estavam entre molduras,
29 and on the borders that were between the stays were lions, oxen, and cherubim; and upon the stays it was in like manner above; and beneath the lions and oxen were wreaths of hanging work.
29 nos quais havia leões, bois e querubins. Nas molduras de cima e de baixo dos leões e dos bois, pendiam grinaldas decorativas.
30 And every base had four brazen wheels, and axles of brass; and the four feet thereof had undersetters; beneath the laver were the undersetters molten, with wreaths at the side of each.
30 Cada suporte tinha quatro rodas de bronze e eixos de bronze; os seus quatro pés tinham apoios debaixo da pia, apoios fundidos, e ao lado de cada um havia grinaldas decorativas.
31 And the mouth of it within the crown and above was a cubit high; and the mouth thereof was round after the work of a pedestal, a cubit and a half; and also upon the mouth of it were gravings; and their borders were foursquare, not round.
31 A boca dos suportes estava dentro de uma guarnição que media quarenta e cinco centímetros de altura; a boca era redonda como a obra de um pedestal e tinha sessenta e sete centímetros de diâmetro. Também nela havia entalhes, e os seus painéis eram quadrados, não redondos.
32 And the four wheels were underneath the borders; and the axletrees of the wheels were in the base; and the height of a wheel was a cubit and half a cubit.
32 As quatro rodas estavam debaixo dos painéis, e os eixos das rodas formavam uma peça com o suporte; cada roda tinha sessenta e sete centímetros de altura.
33 And the work of the wheels was like the work of a chariot wheel; their axletrees, and their felloes, and their spokes, and their naves, were all molten.
33 As rodas eram como as de um carro: os seus eixos, aros, raios e cubos eram todos fundidos.
34 And there were four undersetters at the four corners of each base; the undersetters thereof were of one piece with the base itself.
34 Havia quatro apoios aos quatro cantos de cada suporte, que com este formavam uma peça.
35 And in the top of the base was there a round compass of half a cubit high; and on the top of the base the stays thereof and the borders thereof were of one piece therewith.
35 No alto de cada suporte havia um cilindro de vinte e dois centímetros de altura; também, no alto de cada suporte, os apoios e painéis formavam uma só peça com ele.
36 And on the plates of the stays thereof, and on the borders thereof, he graved cherubim, lions, and palm-trees, according to the space of each, with wreaths round about.
36 Na superfície dos seus apoios e dos seus painéis, gravou querubins, leões e palmeiras, segundo o espaço de cada um, com grinaldas ao redor.
37 After this manner he made the ten bases; all of them had one casting, one measure, and one form.
37 Deste modo, fez os dez suportes; todos tinham a mesma fundição, o mesmo tamanho e o mesmo entalhe.
38 And he made ten lavers of brass: one laver contained forty baths; and every laver was four cubits; and upon every one of the ten bases one laver.
38 Hirão também fez dez pias de bronze. Em cada uma cabiam cerca de oitocentos litros, e cada uma tinha um metro e oitenta de diâmetro. Sobre cada um dos dez suportes estava uma pia.
39 And he set the bases, five on the right side of the house, and five on the left side of the house; and he set the sea on the right side of the house eastward, toward the south.
39 Pôs cinco suportes à direita do templo e cinco, à esquerda; porém o mar ele pôs ao lado direito do templo, para o lado sudeste.
40 And Hiram made the pots, and the shovels, and the basins. So Hiram made an end of doing all the work that he wrought for king Solomon in the house of the LORD:
40 Depois Hirão fez os caldeirões, as pás e as bacias. E assim ele terminou de fazer toda a obra para o rei Salomão, para a Casa do
41 the two pillars, and the two bowls of the capitals that were on the top of the pillars; and the two networks to cover the two bowls of the capitals that were on the top of the pillars;
41 as duas colunas; os dois capitéis redondos que estavam no alto das duas colunas; as duas redes, para cobrirem os dois capitéis redondos que estavam no alto das colunas;
42 and the four hundred pomegranates for the two networks, two rows of pomegranates for each network, to cover the two bowls of the capitals that were upon the top of the pillars;
42 as quatrocentas romãs para as duas redes, isto é, duas fileiras de romãs para cada rede, para cobrirem os dois capitéis redondos que estavam no alto das colunas;
43 and the ten bases, and the ten lavers on the bases;
43 os dez suportes e as dez pias sobre eles;
44 and the one sea, and the twelve oxen under the sea;
44 o mar de fundição com os doze touros por baixo;
45 and the pots, and the shovels, and the basins; even all these vessels, which Hiram made for king Solomon, in the house of the LORD, were of burnished brass.

46 In the plain of the Jordan did the king cast them, in the clay ground between Succoth and Zarethan.
46 O rei os fez fundir em terra barrenta, na planície do Jordão, entre Sucote e Zaretã.
47 And Solomon left all the vessels unweighed, because they were exceeding many; the weight of the brass could not be found out.
47 Salomão deixou de pesar todos os utensílios devido ao seu excessivo número, não se verificando, portanto, o peso do bronze.
48 And Solomon made all the vessels that were in the house of the LORD: the golden altar, and the table whereupon the showbread was, of gold;
48 Salomão também mandou fazer todos os utensílios do Santo Lugar do Senhor : o altar de ouro e a mesa de ouro, sobre a qual estavam os pães da proposição;
49 and the candlesticks, five on the right side, and five on the left, before the Sanctuary, of pure gold; and the flowers, and the lamps, and the tongs, of gold;
49 os candelabros de ouro finíssimo, cinco à direita e cinco à esquerda, diante do Santo dos Santos; as flores, as lâmpadas e as tesouras de cortar pavios, também de ouro;
50 and the cups, and the snuffers, and the basins, and the pans, and the fire-pans, of pure gold; and the hinges, both for the doors of the inner house, the most holy place, and for the doors of the house, that is, of the temple, of gold.
50 também as taças, os apagadores, as bacias, os recipientes para incenso e os braseiros, de ouro finíssimo; as dobradiças para as portas da casa interior, que é o Santo dos Santos, e as das portas do Santo Lugar do templo, também de ouro.
51 Thus all the work that king Solomon wrought in the house of the LORD was finished. And Solomon brought in the things which David his father had dedicated, the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, and put them in the treasuries of the house of the LORD.
51 Quando o rei Salomão terminou toda a obra que fez para a Casa do Senhor , trouxe as coisas que Davi, seu pai, havia dedicado: a prata, o ouro e os utensílios. Salomão pôs tudo isso entre os tesouros da Casa do Senhor .
