1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.

2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,

3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.

Bàn yonye ro me xarha oyeryatxhe, towakryenàr hoko roro oyehtxoho menye. Amnyehra, Khoryenkomo yowakryetxkon hatà, noro màn yonye ro heno komo, tàwyanye okno yàmrà ke. Nyamoro heno wyaro noro mewakryetxhe, omnyam xarha, ekato me mak ha. Owyanye ewakryetxho rma, ohxe naha, Khoryenkomo wya. Owyanye, apa y, Txesusu Kryestu yano me kowakryehe tatoko rma, ohxe rma haxa naha, àwya.
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 Àro hoko rma, onà wyaro nkehe, Khoryenkom karyehtanà, àmenhosahonhàrà.
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 Noro hona menyatxow hamà, omnyamo. Àro ke, onàhnàn kom me rma haxa nay hamà, noro. Anar kom haxa ryhe, noro hona xenyhera natxhe. Nyamoro hoko rma, onà wyaro nkehe xarha, àmenhosahonhàrà xarha.
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 Onà wyaro nkehe xarha, àmenhosahonhàrà xarha.
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 Omnyam haxa ryhe, Khoryenkomo mryenon me manatxhe. Ànwahanonkatxhàyamo rma omnyamo. Àmàn yonye ro komo rma omnyamo, ehonomnà xaxa yanoto komo rma. Enyhoru hokono ro me txexaho rma omnyamo. Àro wyaro rma oytxownà, Khoryenkomo, tokarymanye ro me oyehtxoho menye, koo, ohxe xaxa nay hamà, Khoryenkomo, khokonye, kanye ro me oyehtxoho menye. Amnyehra awaràn wawon komo wyaro mehxatxkonà. Khoryenkom hutwanyehnà ro me rma mehxatxkonà. Thutwany me harha oytxownà, noro ha. Amnye rma awasàn hon komo wyaro harha manatxhe. Koo, thutwany me ketxownà hamà, Khoryenkomo, kany me harha manatxhe.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 Amnyehra, Khoryenkomo mryenon mehra hak mehxatxkonà. Amnye rma, noro mryenon me harha manatxhe. Amnyehra, ayakoronomahrany hak nehxakonà, noro ha. Amnye rma, noro nakoronomatxho me harha manatxhe, ohnàn kom yawo rma haxa tesnàr ke.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Ronàhnàn komo y, yukryeka ho rma hak oyehtokonye, oyowto kom hohra hak manatxow hamà. Anaro ro kom yowto hon komo wyaro manatxow hamà. Àro ke, ayanhàn kom hoko ehohkahra ro mak ehtxoko. Kehohkantokonye rma, khun kom yano me tehohketxow hamà, kanhàn kom hoko. Àro wyaro kehtokonye, Khoryenkom hokon mehra harha kenyàr komo xe nay hamà, kanhàn komo. Àro hokohra ro mak ehtxoko.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Khoryenkom hutwanyehnà kom wawo manatxow hamà. Anatoko owàràhyaketxow hana, nyamoro ha. Atxke natxhe moxamo, ketxow hana, ohokonye. Ohxe roro rma ehtxoko, ohxe harha àwyanye oyonyàr kom horà. Anatoko nehutwamohsen hana, Khoryenkomo, àwyanye. Noro hoko rma, ohxe xaxa nay hamà, Khoryenkomo, ketxow hamà, ohxe roro oyesnàr kom ke mak ha.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.

14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Àsok tawro hana. Owàràhyakanyetho komo yatàknanàhkanàr xe nay hamà, Khoryenkomo, owyanye, ohxe roro oyesnàr kom ke mak ha. Yaworon hutwanyehnà ro komo rma nyamoro ha, akàhpànà ro komo rma. Nyamoro rma matàknanàhketxow hamà, ohxe roro oyesnàr kom ke mak ha.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Ehonomnà komo yoyuknye rma, anotomahnà komo wyaro rma ehtxoko. Anar kom yano mehra, ayano me rony haxa ryhe, ohxe roro ehtxoko. Onà wyaro kahra mak ehtxoko. Anotomahnà uro, àro ke, àsok make rma haxa wehxaha, kahra ehtxoko. Khoryenkom yanoto me haxa, ohxe roro ehtxoko.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Ohxe rye rma haxa toto komo xenytxoko, omeroro. Kryestu mryenon komo xe rma haxa ehtxoko. Ukurunkahnà ro me Khoryenkomo xenytxoko. Toyuhsom me Sesa xenytxoko.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Tanotomaxemà ro me oyehtokonye, ayanotomany komo eyuhtxoko. Toyuhsom me nyamoro xenytxoko. Àsok hana natxow ha, ayanotomany kom ha. Ohxe natxow hamà, anar komo. Towahke natxow hamà, ohokonye. Nyamoro rma eyuhtxoko. Anar kom haxa ryhe, atxke rma haxa natxow hamà, ohokonye. Nyamoro xarha eyuhtxoko.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Anatoko àhoye rohra oyeryewhamnohyatxow hana, ayanotomany komo. Àhoye rohra teryewhamnohsomà rma, onà wyaro rma katxoko. Khoryenkom haxa, ohxehra ryehtxoho hutwehe, àro ke wenàmsà haka, katxoko. Àro wyaro owyanye enàmnàtoko rma, ohxe manatxhe, Khoryenkomo wya.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 Anatoko atxke manatxow hana. Ayanotomany komo manwekyatxow hana. Àro ke oyompokyatxow hamà, owyanye tanweknàr kom ke. Àsok kany me kat manatxowà. Ohxe wehxaha, rowya enàmrà ke, ohsànàhpàra ryesnàr ke, kany me kat manatxowà. Àna matà, àro wyaro kahra ehtxoko. Tompohxemà rma omnyamo, owyanye anweknàr kom ke. Àro ke, owyanye enàmàtxhe rma, ohxe wehxaha kahra rma ehtxoko. Anatoko, ohxe oyehtxoho kom hoye ro haxa oyeryewhamnohyatxow hana. Ohsànàhpàra rma enàmtxoko. Àro wyaro oyehtokonye, ohxe rma haxa manatxhe, Khoryenkomo wya.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Àro wyaro enàmnye ro me oyehtxoho menye, tàmryenon me awahanonkatxownà, Khoryenkomo. Àsok tawro hana. Kryestu xarha, teryewhamnohsom me nehxakonà, tàwya oyonyhoryenàr kom horà. Teryewhamnohtoho yonàmyakonà, thoko oyehohkatxho menye, oyeryewhamnohtoho komo yonàmnye me rma rha oyehtxoho menye.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 Noro ryhe, anhà hokohra ro mak nehxakonà. Àtemarontahra ro mak nehxakonà.
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 Teryewhamnohsom me mak nehxakonà. Toto komo wya twàràhyakantoko, ohsànàhpàra rma nehxakonà. Àwàràhyakahranye ro mak nehxakonà. Àwyanye teryewhamnohnàtoko, kohsànàhyaha ohokonye, kahra rma nehxakonà. Khoryenkom hona haxa nenyakonà. Hutwano ynye me ryhe, yaworo rma haxa naha, Khoryenkomo, ryehenàhnye noro ha, kekonà.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Kanhànàthàyam hoye ro wayehye. Yahkotohen ho twayehnàtoko, noro hona harha notowye, kanhànàthàyamo, àro hokohra harha kehtxoho menye, enyhoru hokono ro me harha kehtxoho menye. Noro yeheryamatxhàr hoye ro enyhoryexah me harha manatxhe.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Àsok hana natxow ha, kahneru kom ha. Totowsomà ro me natxow hamà, tonye ro komo hyaye. Nyamoro wyaro motowyatxkonà, Kryestu hyaye. Noro hyaka omohsah me harha manatxhe. Oyonye ro komo hyaka rma omohsah me harha manatxhe. Kahneru yonye ro komo wyaro, konye ro kom me naha, noro ha.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
