1 And the Angel that talked with mee, came againe and waked mee, as a man that is raysed out of his sleepe,
1 Tornou o anjo que falava comigo e me despertou, como a um homem que é despertado do seu sono,
2 And saide vnto me, What seest thou? And I said, I haue looked, and beholde, a candlesticke all of gold with a bowle vpon the toppe of it, and his seuen lampes therein, and seuen pipes to the lampes, which were vpon the toppe thereof.
2 e me perguntou: Que vês? Respondi: olho, e eis um candelabro todo de ouro e um vaso de azeite em cima com as suas sete lâmpadas e sete tubos, um para cada uma das lâmpadas que estão em cima do candelabro.
3 And two oliue trees ouer it, one vpon the right side of the bowle, and the other vpon the left side thereof.
3 Junto a este, duas oliveiras, uma à direita do vaso de azeite, e a outra à sua esquerda.
4 So I answered, and spake to the Angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my Lord?
4 Então, perguntei ao anjo que falava comigo: meu senhor, que é isto?
5 Then the Angel that talked with mee, answered and said vnto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my Lord.
5 Respondeu-me o anjo que falava comigo: Não sabes tu que é isto? Respondi: não, meu senhor.
6 Then he answered and spake vnto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord vnto Zerubbabel, saying, Neither by an armie nor strength, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hostes.
6 Prosseguiu ele e me disse: Esta é a palavra do Senhor a Zorobabel: Não por força nem por poder, mas pelo meu Espírito, diz o Senhor dos Exércitos.
7 Who art thou, O great mountaine, before Zerubbabel? thou shalt be a plaine, and he shall bring foorth the head stone thereof, with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace vnto it.
7 Quem és tu, ó grande monte? Diante de Zorobabel serás uma campina; porque ele colocará a pedra de remate, em meio a aclamações: Haja graça e graça para ela!
8 Moreouer, the word of the Lord came vnto me, saying,
8 Novamente, me veio a palavra do Senhor , dizendo:
9 The handes of Zerubbabel haue layde the foundation of this house: his handes shall also finish it, and thou shalt knowe that the Lord of hostes hath sent me vnto you.
9 As mãos de Zorobabel lançaram os fundamentos desta casa, elas mesmas a acabarão, para que saibais que o Senhor dos Exércitos é quem me enviou a vós outros.
10 For who hath despised the day of the small thinges? but they shall reioyce, and shall see the stone of tinne in the hand of Zerubbabel: these seuen are the eyes of the Lord, which go thorow the whole world.
10 Pois quem despreza o dia dos humildes começos, esse alegrar-se-á vendo o prumo na mão de Zorobabel. Aqueles sete olhos são os olhos do Senhor , que percorrem toda a terra.
11 Then answered I, and said vnto him, What are these two oliue trees vpon the right and vpon the left side thereof?
11 Prossegui e lhe perguntei: que são as duas oliveiras à direita e à esquerda do candelabro?
12 And I spake moreouer, and said vnto him, What bee these two oliue branches, which thorowe the two golden pipes emptie themselues into the golde?
12 Tornando a falar-lhe, perguntei: que são aqueles dois raminhos de oliveira que estão junto aos dois tubos de ouro, que vertem de si azeite dourado?
13 And hee answered me, and saide, Knowest thou not what these bee? And I sayde, No, my Lord.
13 Ele me respondeu: Não sabes que é isto? Eu disse: não, meu senhor.
14 Then said he, These are the two oliue branches, that stand with the ruler of the whole earth.
14 Então, ele disse: São os dois ungidos, que assistem junto ao Senhor de toda a terra.
