1 Moreouer the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
1 E o SENHOR falou a Moisés, dizendo:
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say vnto them, If any man shall make a vowe of a person vnto the Lord, by thy estimation,
2 Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: quando um homem fizer um voto especial, as pessoas serão ao SENHOR por tua avaliação.
3 Then thy estimation shall bee thus: a male from twentie yeere olde vnto sixty yeere olde shalbe by thy estimation euen fifty shekels of siluer, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie.
3 E a tua avaliação será de um homem, da idade de vinte anos até os sessenta anos, será a tua avaliação de cinquenta shekels de prata, segundo o shekel do santuário.
4 But if it be a female, then thy valuation shall be thirtie shekels.
4 E se for mulher, a tua avaliação será de trinta shekels.
5 And from fiue yere old to twentie yere olde thy valuation shall be for the male twentie shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
5 E se for da idade de cinco anos até vinte anos, a tua avaliação do homem será de vinte shekels, e a da mulher, de dez shekels.
6 But from a moneth old vnto fiue yere old, thy price of the male shall bee fiue shekels of siluer, and thy price of the female, three shekels of siluer.
6 E se for da idade de um mês até cinco anos, então a tua avaliação do homem será de cinco shekels de prata, e a tua avaliação da mulher será de três shekels de prata.
7 And from sixty yeere olde and aboue, if he be a male, then thy price shalbe fifteene shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
7 E se for da idade de sessenta anos e acima, se for homem, a tua avaliação será de quinze shekels, e a da mulher, de dez shekels.
8 But if he be poorer then thou hast esteemed him, then shall hee present himselfe before the Priest, and the Priest shall value him, according to the abilitie of him that vowed, so shall the Priest value him.
8 Mas se ele for mais pobre do que a tua avaliação, então ele se apresentará diante do sacerdote, para que o sacerdote o avalie; conforme a habilidade que prometeu o sacerdote o avaliará.
9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering vnto the Lord, all that one giueth of such vnto the Lord, shalbe holy.
9 E se for um animal, do qual o homem traz uma oferta ao SENHOR, tudo que algum homem der ao SENHOR será santo.
10 He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a badde, nor a badde for a good: and if hee change beast for beast, then both this and that, which was changed for it, shall be holy.
10 Ele não a alterará, nem a trocará bom por mau, ou mau por bom; mas se ele trocar animal por animal, tanto o que for trocado como aquele por que se trocou, serão santos.
11 And if it be any vncleane beast, of which men do not offer a sacrifice vnto the Lord, hee shall then present the beast before the Priest.
11 E, se for algum animal impuro, dos que eles não oferecem em sacrifício ao SENHOR, então ele apresentará o animal diante do sacerdote.
12 And the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: and as thou valuest it, which art the Priest, so shall it bee.
12 E o sacerdote o avaliará, seja bom ou seja mau; conforme avaliação do sacerdote, assim será.
13 But if he will bye it againe, then hee shall giue the fift part of it more, aboue thy valuation.
13 Porém, se em alguma maneira o resgatar, então, ele acrescentará a quinta parte, além da tua avaliação.
14 Also whe a man shall dedicate his house to be holy vnto the Lord, then the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as ye Priest shall prise it, so shall the value be.
14 E quando um homem santificar a sua casa para ser santa ao SENHOR, então o sacerdote a avaliará, seja boa, seja má; como o sacerdote a avaliar, assim será.
15 But if he that sanctified it, will redeeme his house, then hee shall giue thereto the fift part of money more then thy estimation, and it shalbe his.
15 E se o que santificou resgatar a sua casa, então, ele acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro da tua avaliação, e será dele.
16 If also a man dedicate to the Lord any grounde of his inheritance, then shalt thou esteeme it according to the seede therof: an Homer of barlie seede shalbe at fiftie shekels of siluer.
16 E se um homem santificar ao SENHOR uma parte do campo da sua possessão, então a tua avaliação será segundo a sua semente: um ômer de semente de cevada será avaliado por cinquenta shekels de prata.
17 If he dedicate his field immediatly from the yeere of Iubile, it shall bee worth as thou doest esteeme it.
17 Se ele santificar o seu campo desde o ano do jubileu, conforme a tua avaliação ficará.
18 But if hee dedicate his fielde after the Iubile, then the Priest shall recken him the money according to ye yeeres that remaine vnto the yere of Iubile, and it shalbe abated by thy estimation.
18 Mas se ele santificar o seu campo depois do jubileu, então o sacerdote lhe contará o dinheiro conforme os anos restantes até o ano do jubileu, e isto se abaterá da tua estimativa.
19 And if he that dedicateth it, will redeeme the fielde, then he shall put the fift parte of the price, that thou esteemedst it at, thereunto, and it shall remaine his.
19 E se aquele que santificou o campo de alguma maneira o resgatar, então ele acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro da tua estimativa, e lhe será assegurado.
20 And if he will not redeeme the fielde, but the Priest sell the fielde to another man, it shalbe redeemed no more.
20 E se ele não resgatar o campo ou se ele vender o campo a outro homem, não será mais resgatado.
21 But the field shalbe holy to the Lord, whe it goeth out in the Iubile, as a fielde separate from common vses: the possession thereof shall be the Priests.
21 Mas o campo, quando sair no ano do jubileu, será santo ao SENHOR, como um campo consagrado; a possessão dele será do sacerdote.
22 If a man also dedicate vnto ye Lord a fielde which he hath bought, which is not of the groud of his inheritance,
22 E se um homem santificar ao SENHOR um campo que ele comprou, o qual não é dos campos da sua possessão,
23 Then the Priest shall set the price to him, as thou esteemest it, vnto the yeere of Iubile, and he shall giue thy price the same day, as a thing holy vnto the Lord.
23 então o sacerdote contará o valor da tua avaliação até o ano do jubileu; e ele dará a tua avaliação naquele dia, como coisa santa ao SENHOR.
24 But in the yeere of Iubile, the fielde shall returne vnto him, of whome it was bought: to him, I say, whose inheritance the land was.
24 No ano do jubileu, o campo retornará àquele de quem foi comprado, àquele a quem a terra pertencia.
25 And all thy valuation shall bee according to the shekel of the Sanctuarie: a shekel conteyneth twenty gerahs.
25 E toda a tua avaliação será conforme o shekel do santuário; de vinte geras será o shekel.
26 Notwithstanding the first borne of the beastes, because it is the Lordes first borne, none shall dedicate such, be it bullocke, or sheepe; for it is the Lords.
26 Somente o primogênito dos animais, por já ser do SENHOR, nenhum homem o santificará; seja boi ou ovelha, ele é do SENHOR.
27 But if it be an vncleane beast, then he shall redeeme it by thy valuation, and giue the fift part more thereto: and if it be not redeemed, then it shalbe solde, according to thy estimation.
27 E se for um animal impuro, então ele o resgatará, de acordo com a tua avaliação, e acrescentará a quinta parte; ou se não for resgatado, então deverá ser vendido de acordo com a tua avaliação.
28 Notwithstanding, nothing separate from the common vse that a man doeth separate vnto the Lord of all that he hath (whether it bee man or beast, or lande of his inheritance) may be solde nor redeemed: for euery thing separate from the common vse is most holy vnto the Lord.
28 Todavia, nenhuma coisa consagrada, que um homem consagrar ao SENHOR de tudo o que ele tem, tanto de homem como de animal, ou do campo de sua possessão, se venderá ou se resgatará; toda coisa consagrada será uma coisa santíssima ao SENHOR.
29 Nothing separate from the common vse, which shall be separate from man, shalbe redeemed, but dye the death.
29 Nenhuma coisa consagrada, que for consagrada do homem, será resgatada; mas certamente será colocada à morte.
30 Also all the tithe of the lande both of the seede of the ground, and of the fruite of the trees is the Lords: it is holy to the Lord.
30 E todos os dízimos da terra, quer da semente da terra, ou do fruto da árvore são do SENHOR; santas são ao SENHOR.
31 But if a man will redeeme any of his tithe, he shall adde the fift part thereto.
31 E se um homem quiser resgatar de seus dízimos, acrescentará a sua quinta parte sobre ela.
32 And euery tithe of bullock, and of sheepe, and of all that goeth vnder the rod, the tenth shalbe holy vnto the Lord.
32 E acerca dos dízimos do gado e do rebanho, de tudo o que passar debaixo da vara, a décima parte será santa ao SENHOR.
33 He shall not looke if it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: els if he change it, both it, and that it was changed withall, shalbe holy, and it shall not be redeemed.
33 Ele não procurará entre o bom e o mau, nem o trocará; e se ele o trocar, então tanto ele como o trocado serão santos; não serão resgatados.
34 These are the commandements which the Lord commanded by Moses vnto the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
34 Estes são os mandamentos que o SENHOR ordenou a Moisés, aos filhos de Israel, no monte Sinai.
