1 Nowe these are the generations of Esau, which is Edom.
1 Ora, estas são as gerações de Esaú, que é Edom.
2 Esau tooke his wiues of the daughters of Canaan: Adah the daughter of Elon an Hittite, and Aholibamah the daughter of Anah, the daughter of Zibeon an Hiuite,
2 Esaú tomou suas mulheres das filhas de Canaã: Ada, filha de Elom, heteu; Aolibama, filha de Aná, filho de Zibeão, heveu;
3 And tooke Basemath Ishmaels daughter, sister of Nebaioth.
3 e Basemate, filha de Ismael, irmã de Nebaiote.
4 And Adah bare vnto Esau, Eliphaz: and Basemath bare Reuel.
4 E Ada gerou de Esaú a Elifaz; e Basemate gerou Reuel;
5 Also Aholibamah bare Ieush, and Iaalam, and Korah: these are the sonnes of Esau which were borne to him in the land of Canaan.
5 e Aolibama gerou Jeús, e Jalão, e Corá; estes são os filhos de Esaú, que lhe nasceram na terra de Canaã.
6 So Esau tooke his wiues and his sonnes, and his daughters, and all the soules of his house, and his flocks, and all his cattell, and all his substance, which he had gotten in the land of Canaan, and went into an other countrey from his brother Iaakob.
6 E Esaú tomou suas mulheres, e seus filhos, e suas filhas, e todas as pessoas de sua casa, e seu gado, e todos os seus animais, e todos os seus bens, que ele havia obtido na terra de Canaã, e foi para outra terra, afastando-se da face de seu irmão Jacó.
7 For their riches were so great, that they could not dwell together, and the lande, wherein they were strangers, coulde not receiue them because of their flockes.
7 Porque as suas riquezas eram demais para que eles pudessem habitar juntos, e a terra em que eles eram estrangeiros não podia sustentá-los por causa de seu gado.
8 Therefore dwelt Esau in mount Seir: this Esau is Edom.
8 Assim, Esaú habitou no monte Seir; Esaú é Edom.
9 So these are the generations of Esau father of Edom in mount Seir.
9 E estas são as gerações de Esaú, pai dos edomitas, no monte Seir;
10 These are the names of Esaus sonnes: Eliphaz, the sonne of Adah, the wife of Esau, and Reuel the sonne of Bashemath, the wife of Esau.
10 Estes são os nomes dos filhos de Esaú: Elifaz, filho de Ada, mulher de Esaú; Reuel, filho de Basemate, mulher de Esaú.
11 And the sonnes of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, Zepho, and Gatam, and Kenaz.
11 E os filhos de Elifaz foram: Temã, Omar, Zefô, Gaetã e Quenaz.
12 And Timna was concubine to Eliphaz Esaus sonne, and bare vnto Eliphaz, Amalek: these be the sonnes of Adah Esaus wife.
12 E Timna era concubina de Elifaz, filho de Esaú, e gerou de Elifaz a Amaleque; estes são os filhos de Ada, mulher de Esaú.
13 And these are the sonnes of Reuel: Nahath, and Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah: these were the sonnes of Bashemath Esaus wife.
13 E estes são os filhos de Reuel: Naate, Zerá, Samá e Mizá; estes foram os filhos de Basemate, mulher de Esaú.
14 And these were the sonnes of Aholibamah the daughter of Anah, daughter of Zibeon Esaus wife: for she bare vnto Esau, Ieush, and Iaalam, and Korah.
14 E estes foram os filhos de Aolibama, filha de Aná, filho de Zibeão, mulher de Esaú; e ela gerou a Esaú: Jeús, Jalão e Corá.
15 These were Dukes of the sonnes of Esau: the sonnes of Eliphaz, the first borne of Esau: Duke Teman, Duke Omar, Duke Zepho, Duke Kenaz,
15 Estes são os xeiques dos filhos de Esaú; os filhos de Elifaz, o filho primogênito de Esaú: o xeique Temã, o xeique Omar, o xeique Zefô, o xeique Quenaz,
16 Duke Korah, Duke Gatam, Duke Amalek: these are the Dukes that came of Eliphaz in the land of Edom: these were the sonnes of Adah.
16 o xeique Corá, o xeique Gaetã, e o xeique Amaleque; estes são os xeiques que vieram de Elifaz, na terra de Edom; estes foram os filhos de Ada.
17 And these are the sonnes of Reuel Esaus sonne: Duke Nahath, Duke Zerah, Duke Shammah, Duke Mizzah: these are the Dukes that came of Reuel in the land of Edom: these are the sonnes of Bashemath Esaus wife.
17 E estes são os filhos de Reuel, filho de Esaú: o xeique Naate, o xeique Zerá, o xeique Samá, o xeique Mizá; estes são os xeiques que vieram de Reuel, na terra de Edom; estes são os filhos de Basemate, mulher de Esaú.
18 Likewise these were the sonnes of Aholibamah Esaus wife: Duke Ieush, Duke Iaalam, Duke Korah: these Dukes came of Aholibamah, the daughter of Anah Esaus wife.
18 E estes são os filhos de Aolibama, mulher de Esaú: o xeique Jeús, o xeique Jalão, o xeique Corá; estes são os xeiques que vieram de Aolibama, filha de Aná, mulher de Esaú.
19 These are the children of Esau, and these are the Dukes of them: This Esau is Edom.
19 Estes são os filhos de Esaú, que é Edom, e estes são os seus xeiques.
20 These are the sonnes of Seir the Horite, which inhabited the lande before, Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah.
20 Estes são os filhos de Seir, horeu, que habitava a terra: Lotã, Sobal, Zibeão, e Aná,
21 And Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan: these are the Dukes of the Horites, the sonnes of Seir in the land of Edom.
21 e Disom, e Eser, e Disã; estes são os xeiques dos horeus, filhos de Seir, na terra de Edom.
22 And the sonnes of Lotan were, Hori and Hemam, and Lotans sister was Timna.
22 E os filhos de Lotã foram: Hori e Homã; e a irmã de Lotã era Timna.
23 And the sonnes of Shobal were these: Aluan, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shepho, and Onam.
23 E os filhos de Sobal foram estes: Alvã, e Manaate, e Ebal, Sefô e Onã.
24 And these are the sonnes of Zibeon: Both Aiah, and Anah: this was Anah that founde mules in the wildernesse, as he fedde his father Zibeons asses.
24 E estes são os filhos de Zibeão: Aías e Aná; este é o Aná que achou as mulas no deserto, quando ele alimentava os jumentos de Zibeão, seu pai.
25 And the children of Anah were these: Dishon and Aholibamah, the daughter of Anah.
25 E os filhos de Aná são esses: Disom e Aolibama, a filha de Aná.
26 Also these are the sonnes of Dishan: Hemdan, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
26 E estes são os filhos de Disom: Hendã, Esbã, Itrã e Querã.
27 The sonnes of Ezer are these: Bilhan, and Zaauan, and Akan.
27 Os filhos de Eser são esses: Bilã, Zaavã e Acã.
28 The sonnes of Dishan are these: Vz, and Aran.
28 Os filhos de Disã são esses: Uz e Arã.
29 These are the Dukes of the Horites: Duke Lotan, Duke Shobal, Duke Zibeon, Duke Anah,
29 Estes são os xeiques que vieram dos horeus: o xeique Lotã, o xeique Sobal, o xeique Zibeão, o xeique Aná,
30 Duke Dishon, Duke Ezer, Duke Dishan: these bee the Dukes of the Horites, after their Dukedomes in the land of Seir.
30 o xeique Disom, o xeique Eser, o xeique Disã; estes são os xeiques que vieram de Hori, segundo seus xeiques, na terra de Seir.
31 And these are the Kings that reigned in the lande of Edom, before there reigned any King ouer the children of Israel.
31 E estes são os reis que reinaram na terra de Edom, antes que reinasse algum rei sobre os filhos de Israel.
32 Then Bela the sonne of Beor reigned in Edom, and the name of his citie was Dinhabah.
32 E Bela, filho de Beor, reinou em Edom; e o nome da sua cidade foi Dinabá.
33 And when Bela dyed, Iobab the sonne of Zerah of Bozra reigned in his steade.
33 E morreu Bela; e Jobabe, filho de Zerá, de Bozra, reinou em seu lugar.
34 When Iobab also was dead, Husham of the land of Temani reigned in his steade.
34 E morreu Jobabe; e Husão, da terra de Temã, reinou em seu lugar.
35 And after the death of Husham, Hadad the sonne of Bedad, which slewe Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his steade, and the name of his citie was Auith.
35 E morreu Husão, e em seu lugar reinou Hadade, filho de Bedade, o que feriu Midiã no campo de Moabe; e o nome da sua cidade foi Avite.
36 When Hadad was dead, then Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his steade.
36 E morreu Hadade; e Samlá, de Masreca, reinou em seu lugar.
37 When Samlah was dead, Shaul of Rehoboth by the riuer, reigned in his steade.
37 E morreu Samlá; e Saul, de Reobote junto ao rio, reinou em seu lugar.
38 When Shaul dyed, Baal-hanan the sonne of Achbor reigned in his steade.
38 E morreu Saul; e Baal-Hanã, filho de Acbor, reinou em seu lugar.
39 And after the death of Baal-hanan the sonne of Achbor, Hadad reigned in his stead, and the name of his citie was Pau: and his wiues name Mehetabel the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.
39 E Baal-Hanã, filho de Acbor, morreu; e Hadar reinou em seu lugar; e o nome da sua cidade foi Paú; e o nome de sua mulher foi Meetabel, filha de Matrede, filha de Me-Zaabe.
40 Then these are the names of the Dukes of Esau according to their families, their places and by their names: Duke Timna, Duke Aluah, Duke Ietheth,
40 E estes são os nomes dos xeiques que vieram de Esaú, segundo as suas famílias, segundo os seus lugares, pelos seus nomes: o xeique Timna, o xeique Alva, o xeique Jetete,
41 Duke Aholibamah, Duke Elah, Duke Pinon,
41 o xeique Aolibama, o xeique Elá, o xeique Pinom,
42 Duke Kenaz, Duke Teman, Duke Mibzar,
42 o xeique Quenaz, o xeique Temã, o xeique Mibzar,
43 Duke Magdiel, Duke Iram: these bee the Dukes of Edom, according to their habitations, in the lande of their inheritance. This Esau is the father of Edom.
43 o xeique Magdiel, o xeique Irã; estes são os xeiques de Edom, de acordo com as suas habitações na terra da sua possessão; este é Esaú, pai dos edomitas.
