1 Brethren, if a man be suddenly taken in any offence, ye which are spirituall, restore such one with the spirit of meekenes, considering thy selfe, least thou also be tempted.
1 Irmãos, se algum homem for surpreendido em uma falta, vós, que sois espirituais, restaurai o irmão no espírito de mansidão, considereis a vós mesmos para que também não sejais tentados.
2 Beare ye one anothers burden, and so fulfill the Lawe of Christ.
2 Carregai os fardos uns dos outros para que a lei de Cristo seja cumprida.
3 For if any man seeme to himselfe, that he is somewhat, when he is nothing, hee deceiueth himselfe in his imagination.
3 Porque, se algum homem pensa ser alguma coisa, quando nada é, ele engana-se a si mesmo.
4 But let euery man prooue his owne worke: and then shall he haue reioycing in himselfe onely and not in another.
4 Porém, que cada homem prove sua própria obra, e então poderá gloriar-se em si mesmo, e não em outro.
5 For euery man shall beare his owne burden.
5 Porque cada um deve carregar o seu próprio fardo.
6 Let him that is taught in the worde, make him that hath taught him, partaker of all his goods.
6 Que aquele que está sendo instruído na palavra reparta todas as coisas boas àquele a quem ensina.
7 Be not deceiued: God is not mocked: for whatsoeuer a man soweth, that shall hee also reape.
7 Não vos enganeis; de Deus não se zomba; porque tudo o que o homem semear, isso também colherá.
8 For hee that soweth to his flesh, shall of the flesh reape corruption: but hee that soweth to the spirit, shall of the spirit reape life euerlasting.
8 Pois aquele que semeia na sua carne, da carne colherá a corrupção; mas aquele que semeia no Espírito, do Espírito colherá a vida eterna.
9 Let vs not therefore be weary of well doing: for in due season we shall reape, if we faint not.
9 E não nos cansemos de fazer o bem, porque na estação certa colheremos, se não desistirmos.
10 While we haue therefore time, let vs doe good vnto all men, but specially vnto them, which are of the housholde of faith.
10 Por isso, enquanto temos a oportunidade, façamos o bem a todos os homens, mas particularmente àqueles que são domésticos na fé.
11 Ye see how large a letter I haue written vnto you with mine owne hand.
11 Vede com que tamanho de letras vos escrevi com minha própria mão.
12 As many as desire to make a faire shewe in the flesh, they constraine you to be circumcised, onely because they would not suffer persecution for the crosse of Christ.
12 Muitos desejam ser bem vistos na carne, eles vos constrangem a ser circuncidados, apenas para não serem perseguidos por causa da cruz de Cristo.
13 For they themselues which are circumcised keepe not the law, but desire to haue you circumcised, that they might reioyce in your flesh.
13 Porque nem mesmo eles que são circuncidados observam à lei; mas querem que vós sejais circuncidados, para que possam se gloriar em vossa carne.
14 But God forbid that I should reioyce, but in ye crosse of our Lord Iesus Christ, whereby the world is crucified vnto me, and I vnto ye world.
14 Porém, de maneira alguma eu devo me gloriar, exceto na cruz de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo, por quem o mundo está crucificado para mim e eu para o mundo.
15 For in Christ Iesus neither circumcision auaileth any thing, nor vncircumcision, but a newe creature.
15 Porque em Jesus Cristo, nem a circuncisão e nem incircuncisão de nada valem, mas uma nova criatura.
16 And as many as walke according to this rule, peace shalbe vpon them, and mercie, and vpon the Israel of God.
16 E com todos os que andarem de acordo com esta regra, estejam sobre eles a paz e a misericórdia, e também sobre o Israel de Deus.
17 From henceforth let no man put me to busines: for I beare in my body the markes of the Lord Iesus.
17 De agora em diante que nenhum homem me cause problema, porque trago em meu corpo as marcas do Senhor Jesus.
18 Brethren, the grace of our Lord Iesus Christ be with your spirit, Amen. ‘Vnto the Galatians written from Rome.’
18 Irmãos, que a graça de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo esteja com vosso espírito. Amém (Aos Gálatas escrito desde Roma).
