1 Bvt I determined thus in my selfe, that I would not come againe to you in heauinesse.

2 For if I make you sorie, who is he then that shoulde make me glad, but ye same which is made sorie by me?
2 Ayu kwa ana’uw kwanikwaniy yababan anabit na’at, yait boro yasisir ayu nitu?
3 And I wrote this same thing vnto you, lest when I came, I should take heauines of them, of whom I ought to reioyce: this confidence haue I in you all, that my ioye is the ioye of you all.
3 Ana’an iti isan ayu afef akikirum saise ayu anan na’at kwa bai yasisiru’umih kwatasisinaf i men tiyababanu. Ayu aitutumi kwa etei isa, ayu au yasisir kwa boro bairit taniyasisir.
4 For in great affliction, and anguish of heart I wrote vnto you with many teares: not that yee should be made sorie, but that ye might perceiue the loue which I haue, specially vnto you.
4 Anayabin ayu dogorou babanika yababan kufutu naatu erererey auman a fef akirum, men kwa baiyababani isan, baise ti’obaiyi ayu kwa isa i dogorou babanika abiyabuwi.
5 And if any hath caused sorowe, the same hath not made mee sorie, but partly (lest I should more charge him) you all.
5 Yait ta yababan nasisinaf na’at, men ayu akisu ebiyababanu’umih, baise kwa tutufin etei ebiyababani, ibanak men kwana’itin gagaminamih.
6 It is sufficient vnto the same man, that hee was rebuked of many.
6 Sabuw tutufin etei hio hibasit orot babin baimakiy ebaib nati anafofonin.
7 So that nowe contrariwise yee ought rather to forgiue him, and comfort him, lest the same shoulde bee swalowed vp with ouermuch heauinesse.
7 Baise gewasin ana kakafin kwananotawiy naatu koufair kwanitin, saise i boro men yababan niwanasum.
8 Wherefore, I pray you, that you woulde confirme your loue towards him.
8 Isan imih kwa abifefeyani, kwanau gewas naso’ob, kwa i kwabiyabuw.
9 For this cause also did I write, that I might knowe the proofe of you, whether yee would be obedient in all things.
9 Ayu iti fef akikirum i akokok ataso’ob gewas, karam routobon kwatisnowaten naatu bai’obaiyen etei kwatifanabow.
10 To whome yee forgiue any thing, I forgiue also: for verely if I forgaue any thing, to whome I forgaue it, for your sakes forgaue I it in the sight of Christ,
10 Kwa orot babin ta ana kakafin kwananonotawiy na’at, ayu auman i anotanotawiy, abisa anonotawiy ana kakafin ta nama’am na’at, i Keriso nanamaim kwa wab isan anotawiy,
11 Lest Satan should circumuent vs: for we are not ignorant of his enterprises.
11 saise Satan men karam nikubibiruwit, anayabin it taso’ob i ana yakitifuwen.
12 Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christs Gospell, and a doore was opened vnto me of the Lord,
12 Ayu Keriso ana tur gewasin binan isan ana Troas atit naatu Regah au ef botawiy nati’imaim ata binan isan.
13 I had no rest in my spirit, because I founde not Titus my brother, but tooke my leaue of them, and went away into Macedonia.
13 Baise ayu yababan abai, anayabin ayu teu Titus men atita’ur. Imih sabuw nati’imaim hima’am aotuturih naatu an Masedonia.
14 Now thankes be vnto God, which alwaies maketh vs to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the sauour of his knowledge by vs in euery place.
14 Baise God ana merar tanay! Anayabin mar etei i nawiyit Keriso ana baigegsairen isan irar yoman tatatain naatu itane God tasu’ub. boun ai ebuwayan yamurin mamarin etasasar etitit na’atube.
15 For wee are vnto God the sweete sauour of Christ, in them that are saued, and in them which perish.
15 Anayabin it i Keriso ana yamurin mamarin gewasin, God isan sibor eya’iy, nati sabuw iyab yawas hibaib naatu iyab temomorob isah.
16 To the one we are the sauour of death, vnto death, and to the other the sauour of life, vnto life: and who is sufficient for these things?
16 Sabuw iyab tekakasiy i sabuw himorobobe biyah mas yamurin kakafin, baise sabuw iyab yawas hibaib i yawas anayamurin mamarin. Iti bowabow isan yeit i karam nabow?
17 For wee are not as many, which make marchandise of the woorde of God: but as of sinceritie, but as of God in ye sight of God speake we in Christ.
17 It men sabuw tutufin etei tesisinafube’emih naatu men God ana tur tabai sawar gidigidih na’atube efamaim tatobon tareremor na’atube’emih. Baise God iyunit Keriso ana bowayah tamatar, God nanamaim turobe tabibinan.
