1 PETROS, an apostle of Jeshu Meshiha, to the chosen-ones and sojourners who are scattered in Pontos and in Galatia, and in Kapadukia, and in Asia, and in Bithunia:
1 Ayu Peter Jesu Keriso ana tur abarayan, kwa isa a fef akikirum, God ana roubinen sabuw naatu touman sabuw na’atube earuwsabuy kwatit nanabin Pontus, Galasia, Capadosia na naatu Asia, Bitiniya wanawanan kwa ma’am.
2 them who are elected by the foreknowledge of Aloha the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, that they might be unto obedience, and unto the sprinkling of the blood of Jeshu Meshiha: grace and peace be multiplied with you.
2 Kwa i Tamat God ana kokomaim rubiniy naatu i ana Anun Kakafiyinamaim kwa iwani i ana sabuw kakafiyin kwamatar. Jesu Keriso kwanabosiyasiyar naatu i ana rara’amaim nakusouwi uhew kwana matar. Karam kwa biyane, manaw kabeber naatu tufuw naya’abar nara’at.
3 Blessed be Aloha, the Father of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha, who by his abundant grace hath begotten us anew through the resurrection of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha unto the hope of salvation,
3 God wabin tanabora’ah it ata Regah Jesu Keriso Tamah. Anayabin it isat ana baiwanbabanen i ra’at, Jesu Keriso morobone mimisir imaim yawas boubun itit. Imih it abistan isan tanotanot i nuhifot tama’am.
4 and to the inheritance which is not corruptible, and not defiled, and not to be consumed, which is prepared for you in heaven,
4 Imih it au nat tananuw God ana baigegewasin totobuyoy ana sabuw isah maramaim ya ti’inu’in tanabow. Nati sawar boro men hinamun, men hina’af, naatu men hinakusaisirih.
5 while you are kept by the power of Aloha and through faith, unto the salvation which is prepared to be revealed in the last times;
5 Iti sawar i kwa isa, baitumatumamaim God ana fairamaim tafafar yawas bait isan God yabuna yomaninamaim nabow natit hinirerereb.
6 wherein you will rejoice for ever, though in this little time you are afflicted by manifold temptations which pass over you;
6 Iti isan kwa boro gagaminaka kwaniyasisir, baise anotanot mar kikimin boro kwanibiyababan, anayabin kwa boro yare ta ta wanawanan kwanarun kwani’akir.
7 that the proof of your faith may be seen, which is more precious than gold refined which is proved in fire, unto praise and unto honour and unto glory, at the revelation of Jeshu Meshiha;
7 Sawar iti temamatar i kwa a baitumatum efufufun, saise kwa a baitumatum boro narusouw niturobe. Routobon iti na’atube emamatar i gold te’afun terurubunai ana gewasin tebaib na’atube. Baise, kwa a baitumatum ana gewasin i ra’at gold natabir. Imih a baitumatum wainaben wanawanan narun fair nabaib ufunamaim boro nanawiy bora’araten fair baifa’en nit, Jesu Keriso nabirerereb ana veya’amaim.
8 whom you have not seen and (yet) love, and in whose faith you exult with glorious joy that is not spoken:
8 Basit men kwa’i’itin baise isan kwabiyabow, men kwa’i’itin baise kwabitumatum. Naatu iti yasisir i igewasin kwanekwan, men karam boro isan tanao taniduduramih.
9 that you may receive the recompence of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
9 Anayabin ayub ana yawas bain isan ana ef i baitumatum akisin.
10 That salvation which the prophets investigated when they prophesied concerning the grace which was to be given unto you,
10 Dinab oro’orot afa manaw kabeber God nabit isan hio kwanowar naatu nati yawas ana’an isan hamenamo yatehnub erekakaf hinuwet men kafaita.
11 and searched into, what time the Spirit of the Meshiha who dwelt in them showed and testified of the future sufferings of the Meshiha, and his glory which (should be) after them.
11 Imih i tita’urin isan hinuwet mar biy boro namatar naatu boro mi’itube namatar. Keriso Anuninimaim dinab oro’orot iwanih hai tur eowen, Keriso nabi’akir ufunamaim wabin gagamin hinifai hinabora’arah.
12 And all that they searched was revealed to them; for not for themselves they inquired, but to us (and) of us they prophesied those (blessings) which now are revealed to you by them who have preached to you by the Spirit of Holiness which is sent from heaven; for into these themselves the angels also desire to look.
12 God ana dinab oro’orot isah irerereb abistan i hisisinaf i men taiyuwih isah hibowabowamih baise i kwa isa hibow. Naatu sawar abisa inu’in kob abarayah tur gewasin hibai hina boun hiorereb kwanonowar. I Anun Kakafiyin marane hiyafar re’ere ana fairamaim kwa isa hibinan kwanonowar. Naatu iti sawar isah tounamatar auman tekokok kwanekwan hinaso’ob.
13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your minds, and be fully wakeful, and hope for the joy that cometh to you at the revelation of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha;
13 Isan imih a not kwabogaigiwas bai’a’it isan, matatoniwa’an kwa anuhifot anababatun baigegewasinamaim kwanayai, ana maramaim Jesu Keriso nabirerereb kwa boro nit kwanab.
14 as obedient children, and not partaking again of the former desires which you desired when ignorant.
14 Kwa i fanabow kek na’atube men kakafin ana naniyanamaim kwa ayawas nabonawiy marasika kwama’am na’atube kwanama’amih.
15 But be holy in all your conversations, as he is holy who calleth you;
15 Baise nati efanin God kwa eafi i kakafiyin, imih mar etei asinafumaim kakafiyi kwanama.
16 because it is written, Be ye holy, as I also am holy.
16 Buk Atamaninamaim eo, “Kwa etei i kakafiyinamaim kwanama, anayabin ayu i kakafiyinamaim ama’am.”
17 And if you call him Father before whom there is no respect of persons, and who judgeth every man according to his works, with fear conduct you in this time of your sojourn;
17 God kwa Tamat kwarouw isan kwayoyoban, i sabuw etei hai bowabowamaim efufunih naatu men yait ta oukoun ebatabat. Kwa i nanawan sabuw na’atube iti tafaramaim kwama’am, imih God isan kwanabir. Isan imih mar etei a bowabowamaim God isan kakaf nama. Kwa a yawas tutufin iti tafaramamaim kwanama.
18 while you know that not with silver which wasteth away, nor with gold, you have been redeemed from your vain works which you received from your fathers,
18 Anayabin kwa kwaso’ob, kwa a’a’agir hai yawas kakafin hiyabunibun ra’iy na, ine Keriso kwa tubuni botaiti. Iti men boun gold o silver biyan ana gewasin ekukusaisir na’atube.
19 but with the precious blood of the Lamb spotless and unblemished, who is the Meshiha;
19 Baise Keriso ana rara uhew bitan lamb, boubun biyan gewasin aurin feher en imaim tubunit.
20 who was afore-separated for this from before the foundations of the world, and hath been manifested in these last times for you,
20 Tafaram matara’e ana veya God Keriso rubin, kwa baiyawasi isan naatu boun iti yomaninamaim kwa isa irerereb kwa’i’itin.
21 who by him believe in Aloha, who raised him from the dead, and gave him glory, that your faith and your hope may be in Aloha.
21 I wanawananamaim kwa God kwaitumitum, morobone i yawas misir naatu aiwob God itin. Imih kwa a baitumatum naatu a nuhifot God wanawananamaim ema’am.
22 Let your souls be sanctified in obedience to the truth, and be filled with the charity which respecteth not persons, that with a pure heart and perfect you may love one another,
22 Kwa i boun turobe kwabobosiyasiyaramaim kusouwi uhew kwamatar, imih a yabow a’ofonah isah i gewasin maiyow, dogor babanika a’ofonah isah kwaniyabuwih.
23 as men who are regenerated, not by a perishable seed, but by that which is imperishable, by the living word of Aloha which abideth for ever.
23 Anayabin kwa i God ana tur yawasin naatu wanatowanin kwanonowar imaim yawas boubun kwabai maiye. Ana’itinin iti tur i ub yawasin kwabai men murubin ana ubamih, baise wanatowan ana ub kwabai boro nama wanatowan.
24 Because all flesh is grass, and all its beauty as the flower of the field. The grass withereth and the flower drieth up,
24 Buk Atamaninamaim eo,
25 but the word of our God abideth for ever; and this is that word which is preached unto you.
25 Baise Regah ana tur ikwah sawar nama wanatowan.”
