Salmos 15
Wycliffe's Bible with Modern Spelling (Enhanced) (ENGWYC2018) vs NVI
NVI Nova Versão Internacional
1 The psalm of David. Lord, who shall dwell in thy tabernacle; either who shall rest in thine holy hill? (\+em A song by David\+em*. Lord, who shall rest in thy Temple? who shall live on thy holy hill?)
1 Senhor, quem habitará no teu santuário? Quem poderá morar no teu santo monte?
2 He that entereth without wem; and worketh rightfulness. He that speaketh truth in his heart; (He who goeth \+em on the way\+em* without blemish, \+em or without fault\+em*; and doeth what is right. He who speaketh the truth from his heart;)
2 Aquele que é íntegro em sua conduta e pratica o que é justo, que de coração fala a verdade
3 which did not guile in his tongue. Nor did evil to his neighbour; and took not reproof against his neighbours. (and did not deceive with his tongue. Yea, he who did no evil to his neighbours; nor took up any reproach, \+em or spreadeth any rumour\+em*, against them.)
3 e não usa a língua para difamar, que nenhum mal faz ao seu semelhante e não lança calúnia contra o seu próximo,
4 A wicked man is brought to nought in his sight; but he glorifieth them that dread the Lord. He that sweareth to his neighbour, and deceiveth him not; (He who regardeth the wicked as worthless; but he honoureth those who fear the Lord or those who revere the Lord. He who sweareth an oath, \+em or who promiseth\+em*, to his neighbour, and deceiveth \+em him\+em* not;)
4 que rejeita quem merece desprezo, mas honra os que temem ao Senhor, que mantém a sua palavra, mesmo quando sai prejudicado,
5 which gave not his money to usury; and took not gifts upon the innocent. He, that doeth these things, shall not be moved [into] without end. (who did not put out his money to usury; and who took no gifts, \+em or bribes\+em*, to be against the innocent. He, who doeth these things, shall never be moved, \+em or shaken, from his secure place in the Lord\+em*.)
5 que não empresta o seu dinheiro visando lucro nem aceita suborno contra o inocente. Quem assim procede nunca será abalado!
