1 Num desses dias, quando Jesus ensinava o povo no templo, e anunciava o evangelho, sobrevieram os principais sacerdotes e os escribas, com os anciãos.

2 e falaram-lhe deste modo: Dize-nos, com que autoridade fazes tu estas coisas? Ou, quem é o que te deu esta autoridade?

3 Respondeu-lhes ele: Eu também vos farei uma pergunta; dizei-me, pois:

4 O batismo de João era do céu ou dos homens?

5 Ao que eles arrazoavam entre si: Se dissermos: do céu, ele dirá: Por que não crestes?

6 Mas, se dissermos: Dos homens, todo o povo nos apedrejará; pois está convencido de que João era profeta.
7 So|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" answered that|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" did|strong="G2532" not|strong="G3361" know|strong="G1492" where|strong="G4159" it|strong="G2532" came|strong="G2532" from|strong="G2532".
7 Responderam, pois, que não sabiam donde era.

8 Replicou-lhes Jesus: Nem eu vos digo com que autoridade faço estas coisas.

9 Começou então a dizer ao povo esta parábola: Um homem plantou uma vinha, arrendou-a a uns lavradores, e ausentou-se do país por muito tempo.

10 No tempo próprio mandou um servo aos lavradores, para que lhe dessem dos frutos da vinha; mas os lavradores, espancando-o, mandaram-no embora de mãos vazias.

11 Tornou a mandar outro servo; mas eles espancaram também a este e, afrontando-o, mandaram-no embora de mãos vazias.

12 E mandou ainda um terceiro; mas feriram também a este e lançaram-no fora.

13 Disse então o senhor da vinha: Que farei? Mandarei o meu filho amado; a ele talvez respeitarão.

14 Mas quando os lavradores o viram, arrazoaram entre si, dizendo: Este é o herdeiro; matemo-lo, para que a herança seja nossa.

15 E lançando-o fora da vinha, o mataram. Que lhes fará, pois, o senhor da vinha?
16 \+w He|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w will|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w come|strong="G2064"\+w* \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* destroy \+w those|strong="G3588"\+w* farmers \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w give|strong="G1325"\+w* \+w the|strong="G2532"\+w* vineyard \+w to|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w others|strong="G3588"\+w*.” When|strong="G1161" the|strong="G2532" people|strong="G3004" heard this|strong="G3778", they|strong="G2532" said|strong="G3004", “Certainly|strong="G2532" not|strong="G3361"!”
16 Virá e destruirá esses lavradores, e dará a vinha a outros. Ouvindo eles isso, disseram: Tal não aconteça!
17 But|strong="G1161" Jesus|strong="G3004" looked|strong="G1689" at|strong="G1519" them|strong="G3588" and|strong="G1161" said|strong="G3004", “\+w What|strong="G5101"\+w* \+w then|strong="G3767"\+w* \+w is|strong="G1510"\+w* \+w the|strong="G1519"\+w* meaning \+w of|strong="G2776"\+w* \+w this|strong="G3778"\+w* \+w Scripture|strong="G1125"\+w*:
17 Mas Jesus, olhando para eles, disse: Pois, que quer dizer isto que está escrito: A pedra que os edificadores rejeitaram, essa foi posta como pedra angular?

18 Todo o que cair sobre esta pedra será despedaçado; mas aquele sobre quem ela cair será reduzido a pó.
19 Then|strong="G2532" the|strong="G1722" chief|strong="G2532" priests and|strong="G2532" the|strong="G1722" scribes|strong="G1122" wanted|strong="G2212" to|strong="G4314" arrest him|strong="G3588" at|strong="G1722" that|strong="G3754" very|strong="G2532" hour|strong="G5610", for|strong="G1063" they|strong="G2532" knew|strong="G1097" he|strong="G2532" had|strong="G2532" spoken|strong="G3004" this|strong="G3778" parable|strong="G3850" against|strong="G1909" them|strong="G3588", but|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" were|strong="G3588" afraid|strong="G5399".
19 Ainda na mesma hora os escribas e os principais sacerdotes, percebendo que contra eles proferira essa parábola, procuraram deitar-lhe as mãos, mas temeram o povo.
20 So|strong="G2443" they|strong="G2532" watched|strong="G3906" him|strong="G3588" and|strong="G2532" sent|strong="G2532" spies|strong="G1455" who|strong="G3588" pretended|strong="G5271" to|strong="G2443" be|strong="G1510" sincere in|strong="G2532" order|strong="G2443" to|strong="G2443" catch|strong="G1949" him|strong="G3588" in|strong="G2532" something|strong="G1510" he|strong="G2532" said|strong="G2532", so|strong="G2443" that|strong="G2443" they|strong="G2532" could|strong="G3588" deliver|strong="G3860" him|strong="G3588" up|strong="G3860" to|strong="G2443" the|strong="G2532" jurisdiction|strong="G1849" and|strong="G2532" authority|strong="G1849" of|strong="G3056" the|strong="G2532" governor|strong="G2232".
20 E, aguardando oportunidade, mandaram espias, os quais se fingiam justos, para o apanharem em alguma palavra, e o entregarem à jurisdição e à autoridade do governador.
21 The|strong="G2532" spies asked|strong="G1905" him|strong="G3588", “Teacher|strong="G1320", we|strong="G3754" know|strong="G1492" that|strong="G3754" yoʋ speak|strong="G3004" and|strong="G2532" teach|strong="G1321" correctly|strong="G3723", and|strong="G2532" that|strong="G3754" yoʋ do|strong="G1492" not|strong="G3756" show|strong="G2983" partiality|strong="G4383" but|strong="G2532" teach|strong="G1321" the|strong="G2532" way|strong="G3598" of|strong="G2316" God|strong="G2316" in|strong="G1909" truth.
21 Estes, pois, o interrogaram, dizendo: Mestre, sabemos que falas e ensinas retamente, e que não consideras a aparência da pessoa, mas ensinas segundo a verdade o caminho de Deus;
22 Is|strong="G1832" it|strong="G1325" lawful|strong="G1832" for|strong="G1832" us|strong="G1325" to|strong="G1325" pay|strong="G1325" taxes|strong="G5411" to|strong="G1325" Caesar|strong="G2541", or|strong="G2228" not|strong="G3756"?”
22 é-nos lícito dar tributo a César, ou não?
23 But|strong="G1161" perceiving their|strong="G1438" craftiness|strong="G3834", Jesus|strong="G3004" said|strong="G3004" to|strong="G4314" them|strong="G3588", “Why \+w are|strong="G3588"\+w* \+w you|strong="G3004"\+w* testing \+w me|strong="G3004"\+w*?
23 Mas Jesus, percebendo a astúcia deles, disse-lhes:
24 \+w Show|strong="G1166"\+w* \+w me|strong="G1473"\+w* \+w a|strong="G2192"\+w* \+w denarius|strong="G1220"\+w*. \+w Whose|strong="G5101"\+w* \+w image|strong="G1504"\+w* \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w inscription|strong="G1923"\+w* \+w does|strong="G2192"\+w* \+w it|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w have|strong="G2192"\+w*?” They|strong="G2532" answered|strong="G3004", “Caesar|strong="G2541"'s|strong="G2192".”
24 Mostrai-me um denário. De quem é a imagem e a inscrição que ele tem? Responderam: De César.

25 Disse-lhes então: Dai, pois, a César o que é de César, e a Deus o que é de Deus.
26 So|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" were|strong="G3588" not|strong="G3756" able|strong="G2480" to|strong="G2532" catch|strong="G1949" him|strong="G3588" in|strong="G1909" what|strong="G3588" he|strong="G2532" said|strong="G2532" in|strong="G1909" the|strong="G2532" presence of|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" people|strong="G2992". 26 E não puderam apanhá-lo em palavra alguma diante do povo; e admirados da sua resposta, calaram-se.
27 Now|strong="G1161" some|strong="G5100" of|strong="G5100" the|strong="G1161" Sadducees|strong="G4523", who|strong="G3588" deny|strong="G3588" that|strong="G3588" there|strong="G1161" is|strong="G1510" a|strong="G1510" resurrection, came|strong="G4334" up|strong="G4334" and|strong="G1161" asked|strong="G1905" Jesus|strong="G1510",
27 Chegaram então alguns dos saduceus, que dizem não haver ressurreição, e perguntaram-lhe:
28 “Teacher|strong="G1320", Moses|strong="G3475" wrote|strong="G1125" for|strong="G2532" us|strong="G3004": ‘If|strong="G1437" a|strong="G2192" man|strong="G5100"'s|strong="G2192" brother dies, leaving|strong="G2192" a|strong="G2192" wife|strong="G1135" but|strong="G2532" no|strong="G2532" children|strong="G4690", that|strong="G2443" man|strong="G5100" must|strong="G1135" marry|strong="G2983" the|strong="G2532" widow and|strong="G2532" raise|strong="G2532" up|strong="G1817" offspring for|strong="G2532" his|strong="G2983" brother.’
28 Mestre, Moisés nos deixou escrito que se morrer alguém, tendo mulher mas não tendo filhos, o irmão dele case com a viúva, e suscite descendência ao irmão.
29 Now|strong="G2532" there|strong="G2532" were|strong="G1510" seven|strong="G2033" brothers. The|strong="G2532" first|strong="G4413" married|strong="G2983" a|strong="G2532" woman|strong="G1135" and|strong="G2532" died|strong="G3588" childless.
29 Havia, pois, sete irmãos. O primeiro casou-se e morreu sem filhos;
30 The|strong="G2532" second|strong="G1208" married the|strong="G2532" widow, and|strong="G2532" he|strong="G2532" also|strong="G2532" died|strong="G3588" childless.
30 então o segundo, e depois o terceiro, casaram com a viúva;
31 Likewise|strong="G5615", the|strong="G2532" third|strong="G5154" also|strong="G2532" married|strong="G2983" her|strong="G1438". In|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" same|strong="G5615" way|strong="G5615" all|strong="G2532" seven|strong="G2033" died|strong="G3588", leaving|strong="G2641" no|strong="G3756" children|strong="G5043".
31 e assim todos os sete, e morreram, sem deixar filhos.
32 Last|strong="G5305" of|strong="G2532" all|strong="G2532", the|strong="G2532" woman|strong="G1135" also|strong="G2532" died|strong="G3588".
32 Depois morreu também a mulher.
33 In|strong="G1722" the|strong="G1722" resurrection, therefore|strong="G3767", which|strong="G3588" of|strong="G1722" them|strong="G3588" will|strong="G5101" she|strong="G1063" be|strong="G1096" the|strong="G1722" wife|strong="G1135" of|strong="G1722"? For|strong="G1063" the|strong="G1722" seven|strong="G2033" all|strong="G1722" had|strong="G2192" her|strong="G1438" as|strong="G1722" a|strong="G2192" wife|strong="G1135".”
33 Portanto, na ressurreição, de qual deles será ela esposa, pois os sete por esposa a tiveram?

34 Respondeu-lhes Jesus: Os filhos deste mundo casaram-se e dão-se em casamento;

35 mas os que são julgados dignos de alcançar o mundo vindouro, e a ressurreição dentre os mortos, nem se casam nem se dão em casamento;
