Isaías 56

1 Thus saith Jehovah, Keep ye justice, and do righteousness; for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
1 Assim diz o SENHOR: Guardai o direito e praticai a justiça, porque minha salvação está próxima a chegar, e minha justiça a ser revelada.
2 Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that holdeth it fast; that keepeth the sabbath from profaning it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
2 Abençoado é o homem que faz isto e o filho de homem que agarra-se a isso, que abstém-se de profanar o shabat e guarda sua mão de fazer qualquer mal.
3 Neither let the foreigner, that hath joined himself to Jehovah, speak, saying, Jehovah will surely separate me from his people; neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.
3 Nem deixa o filho do estrangeiro, que se tem unido ao SENHOR, falar, dizendo: O SENHOR tem me separado completamente do seu povo. Nem deixa o eunuco dizer, eis que eu sou uma árvore seca.
4 For thus saith Jehovah of the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and hold fast my covenant:
4 Portanto, assim diz o SENHOR aos eunucos que guardam meus shabats, e escolhem as coisas que me agradam, e agarram-se a meu pacto.
5 Unto them will I give in my house and within my walls a memorial and a name better than of sons and of daughters; I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
5 Precisamente, a eles darei eu em minha casa, e dentro de meus muros, um lugar e um nome melhor do que o de filhos e filhas. Eu darei a eles um nome eterno que não será cortado.
6 Also the foreigners that join themselves to Jehovah, to minister unto him, and to love the name of Jehovah, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from profaning it, and holdeth fast my covenant;
6 Também os filhos do estrangeiro que se têm ajuntado ao SENHOR, para servi-lo e para amarem o nome do SENHOR, para serem servos dele, todo aquele que abstém-se de contaminar o shabat e agarra-se a meu pacto;
7 even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt-offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.
7 a eles os levarei ao meu santo monte, e os farei alegres em minha casa de oração. As ofertas queimadas oferecidas por eles e seus sacrifícios serão aceitos sobre meu altar, porque minha casa será chamada uma casa de oração para todos os povos.
8 The Lord Jehovah, who gathereth the outcasts of Israel, saith, Yet will I gather others to him, besides his own that are gathered.
8 O Senhor DEUS, o qual reúne os exilados de Israel diz, contudo, eu reunirei outros a eles, além daqueles que estão reunidos a eles.
9 All ye beasts of the field, come to devour, yea , all ye beasts in the forest.
9 Todos vós, animais do campo, vinde para devorar, sim, todos vós animais de dentro da floresta.
10 His watchmen are blind, they are all without knowledge; they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber.
10 Suas sentinelas são cegas. Elas não dão conta de nada, elas são todas cães mudos, incapazes de latir, dormindo, nada fazendo, amando cochilar.
11 Yea, the dogs are greedy, they can never have enough; and these are shepherds that cannot understand: they have all turned to their own way, each one to his gain, from every quarter.
11 Sim, elas são cachorros vorazes, as quais nunca se fartam; e elas são pastores que não podem compreender. Elas todas olham para o seu interesse próprio, cada uma para seu ganho, de sua região.
12 Come ye, say they , I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to-morrow shall be as this day, a day great beyond measure.
12 Vinde vós, dizem elas. Eu irei buscar vinho, e nós nos encheremos com bebida forte, e amanhã será como este dia, e muito mais abundante.
