1 For the kyngdome of heven ys lyke vnto an houssholder which went out erly in the morninge to hyre labourers into hys vyneyarde.
1 Porque o Reino dos céus é semelhante a um homem, pai de família, que saiu de madrugada a assalariar trabalhadores para a sua vinha.
2 And he agreed with the labourers for a peny a daye and sent them into his vyneyarde.
2 E, ajustando com os trabalhadores a um dinheiro por dia, mandou-os para a sua vinha.
3 And he went out about the thyrde houre and sawe other stonding ydell in the market place
3 E, saindo perto da hora terceira, viu outros que estavam ociosos na praça.
4 and sayd vnto them go ye also into my vyneyarde: and whatsoever is right I will geve you. And they went there waye.
4 E disse-lhes: Ide vós também para a vinha, e dar-vos-ei o que for justo. E eles foram.
5 Agayne he wet out about the sixte and nynthe houre and dyd lyke wyse.
5 Saindo outra vez, perto da hora sexta e nona, fez o mesmo.
6 And he went out aboute the eleventhe houre and founde other stondynge ydell and sayde vnto them: Why stonde ye here all the daye ydell?
6 E, saindo perto da hora undécima, encontrou outros que estavam ociosos e perguntou-lhes: Por que estais ociosos todo o dia?
7 They sayde vnto hym: because no man hath hyred vs. He sayde to them: goo ye alsoo into my vyneyarde and whatsoever is right that shall ye receave.
7 Disseram-lhe eles: Porque ninguém nos assalariou. Diz-lhes ele: Ide vós também para a vinha e recebereis o que for justo.
8 When even was come the lorde of the vyneyarde sayde vnto hys steward: call the labourers and geve them their hyre beginnyng at the laste tyll thou come to the fyrste.
8 E, aproximando-se a noite, diz o senhor da vinha ao seu mordomo: Chama os trabalhadores, e paga-lhes o salário, começando pelos derradeiros até aos primeiros.
9 And they whiche were hyred aboute the eleventhe houre came and receaved every man a peny.
9 E, chegando os que
10 Then came the fyrst supposyng that they shuld receave moare: and they likewyse receaved every man a peny.
10 vindo, porém, os primeiros, cuidaram que haviam de receber mais; mas, do mesmo modo, receberam um dinheiro cada um.
11 And when they had receaved it they murmured agaynst the good man of the housse
11 E, recebendo-
12 saying: These laste have wrought but one houre and thou hast made them equall vnto vs which have born the burthe and heet of the daye.
12 dizendo: Estes derradeiros trabalharam
13 He answered to one of the sayinge: frende I do the no wronge: dyddest thou not agre with me for a peny?
13 Mas ele, respondendo, disse a um deles: Amigo, não te faço injustiça; não ajustaste tu comigo um dinheiro?
14 Take that which is thy duty and go thy waye. I will geve vnto this last as moche as to the.
14 Toma o
15 Ys it not lawfull for me to do as me listeth with myne awne? Ys thyne eye evyll because I am good?
15 Ou não me é lícito fazer o que quiser do Ou é mau o teu olho porque eu sou bom?
16 Soo the laste shalbe fyrste and the fyrste shalbe laste. For many are called and feawe be chosen.
16 Assim, os derradeiros serão primeiros, e os primeiros, derradeiros, porque muitos são chamados, mas poucos, escolhidos.
17 And Iesus ascended to Ierusalem and toke the .xii. disciples a parte in the waye and sayde to the.
17 E, subindo Jesus a Jerusalém, chamou à parte os seus doze discípulos e, no caminho, disse-lhes:
18 Beholde we goo vp to Ierusalem and the sonne of man shalbe betrayed vnto the chefe prestes and vnto the scribes and they shall condemne him to deeth
18 Eis que vamos para Jerusalém, e o Filho do Homem será entregue aos príncipes dos sacerdotes e aos escribas, e condená-lo-ão à morte.
19 and shall delyvre him to the getils to be mocked to be scourged and to be crucified: and the thyrd daye he shall ryse agayne.
19 E o entregarão aos gentios para que
20 Then came to hym the mother of zebedes chyldren with her sonnes worshippynge him and desyringe a certayne thinge of him.
20 Então, se aproximou dele a mãe dos filhos de Zebedeu, com seus filhos, adorando- o e fazendo-lhe um pedido.
21 And he sayd vnto her: what wilt thou have? She sayde vnto him: Gravnte that these my two sonnes may sit the one on thy right hond and the other on the lifte hond in thy kyngdome.
21 E ele diz-lhe: Que queres? Ela respondeu: Dize que estes meus dois filhos se assentem um à tua direita e outro à tua esquerda, no teu Reino.
22 Iesus answered and sayd: Ye wot not what ye axe. Are ye able to drynke of the cuppe that I shall drynke of and to be baptised with the baptyme that I shalbe baptised with? They answered to him that we are.
22 Jesus, porém, respondendo, disse: Não sabeis o que pedis; podeis vós beber o cálice que eu hei de beber e ser batizados com o batismo com que eu sou batizado? Dizem-lhe eles: Podemos.
23 And he sayd vnto the: Ye shall drinke of my cvp and shalbe baptised with the baptyme that I shalbe baptised with. But to syt on my ryght hond and on my lyst hond is not myne to geve: but to them for whom it is prepared of my father.
23 E diz-lhes ele: Na verdade bebereis o meu cálice, mas o assentar-se à minha direita ou à minha esquerda não me pertence dá-lo, mas é para aqueles para quem meu Pai o tem preparado.
24 And when the ten hearde this they disdayned at the two brethren:
24 E, quando os dez ouviram isso, indignaram-se contra os dois irmãos.
25 But Iesus called them vnto him and sayde: Ye knowe that the lordes of the gentyls have dominacion over them. And they that are great exercise power over them.
25 Então, Jesus, chamando-os para junto de si, disse: Bem sabeis que pelos príncipes dos gentios são estes dominados e que os grandes exercem autoridade sobre eles.
26 It shall not be so amonge you. But whosoever wyll be greate amonge you let him be youre minister:
26 Não será assim entre vós; mas todo aquele que quiser, entre vós, fazer-se grande, que seja vosso serviçal;
27 and whosoever wilbe chefe let him be youre servaut
27 e qualquer que, entre vós, quiser ser o primeiro, que seja vosso servo,
28 even as the sonne of man came not to be ministred vnto but to minister and to geve his lyfe for the redempcion of many.
28 bem como o Filho do Homem não veio para ser servido, mas para servir e para dar a sua vida
29 And as they departed from Hierico moche people folowed him.
29 E, saindo eles de Jericó, seguiu-o grande multidão.
30 And beholde two blinde men sittinge by the waysyde when they hearde Iesus passe by cryed sayinge: Thou Lorde the sonne of David have mercy on vs.
30 E eis que dois cegos, assentados junto do caminho, ouvindo que Jesus passava, clamaram, dizendo: Senhor, Filho de Davi, tem misericórdia de nós.
31 And the people rebuked them be cause they shulde holde their peace. But they cryed the moare sayinge: have mercy on vs thou Lorde which arte the sonne of David.
31 E a multidão os repreendia, para que se calassem; eles, porém, cada vez clamavam mais, dizendo: Senhor, Filho de Davi, tem misericórdia de nós.
32 Then Iesus stode styll and called the and sayde: what will ye that I shulde do to you:
32 E Jesus, parando, chamou-os e disse: Que quereis que vos faça?
33 They sayd to him: Lorde that oure eyes maye be opened.
33 Disseram-lhe eles: Senhor, que os nossos olhos sejam abertos.
34 Iesus had compassion on the and touched their eyes. And immediatly their eyes receaved syght. And they folowed him.
34 Então, Jesus, movido de íntima compaixão, tocou-lhes nos olhos, e logo viram; e eles o seguiram.
