1 We give thanks unto thee, O|strong="H3068" God; we|strong="H3068" give thanks, for thy name is near: men tell of|strong="H4210" thy wondrous works.
1 Ao mestre de canto. Não destruas. Salmo de Asaf. Cântico. Nós vos louvamos, Senhor, nós vos louvamos; glorificamos vosso nome e anunciamos vossas maravilhas.
2 When I|strong="H8034" shall|strong="H8034" find the|strong="H3034" set time, I|strong="H8034" will|strong="H8034" judge uprightly.
2 No tempo que fixei, julgarei o justo juízo.
3 The|strong="H3588" earth and|strong="H3947" all|strong="H3947" the|strong="H3588" inhabitants thereof are|strong="H8199" dissolved: I|strong="H3588" have|strong="H3588" set|strong="H4150" up|strong="H3947" the|strong="H3588" pillars of|strong="H8199" it|strong="H3588". Selah
3 Vacile, embora, a terra com todos os seus habitantes, fui eu quem deu firmeza às suas colunas.
4 I|strong="H3605" said unto the|strong="H3605" arrogant, Deal not arrogantly: and|strong="H3427" to|strong="H3427" the|strong="H3605" wicked, Lift not up|strong="H3427" the|strong="H3605" horn:
4 Digo aos arrogantes: Não sejais insolentes; aos ímpios: Não levanteis vossa fronte,
5 Lift|strong="H7311" not up|strong="H7311" your|strong="H7311" horn|strong="H7161" on|strong="H7161" high|strong="H7311"; speak not with|strong="H7161" a|strong="H3068" stiff neck.
5 não ergais contra o Altíssimo a vossa cabeça, deixai de falar a Deus com tanta insolência.
6 For|strong="H7311" neither from the|strong="H1696" east, nor from the|strong="H1696" west, nor yet|strong="H1696" from the|strong="H1696" south, cometh lifting|strong="H7311" up|strong="H7311".
6 Não é do oriente, nem do ocidente, nem do deserto, nem das montanhas que vem a salvação.
7 But|strong="H3588" God|strong="H3808" is|strong="H3808" the|strong="H3588" judge: he|strong="H3588" putteth down|strong="H3588" one|strong="H3808", and|strong="H4057" lifteth|strong="H7311" up|strong="H7311" another|strong="H3808".
7 Mas Deus é o juiz; a um ele abate, a outro exalta.
8 For|strong="H3588" in|strong="H2088" the|strong="H3588" hand of|strong="H8199" the|strong="H3588" LORD|strong="H3068" there|strong="H2088" is|strong="H2088" a|strong="H3068" cup, and|strong="H2088" the|strong="H3588" wine foameth; it|strong="H3588" is|strong="H2088" full of|strong="H8199" mixture, and|strong="H2088" he|strong="H3588" poureth out of|strong="H8199" the|strong="H3588" same|strong="H2088": surely|strong="H3588" the|strong="H3588" dregs thereof, all the|strong="H3588" wicked of|strong="H8199" the|strong="H3588" earth shall|strong="H2088" wring them|strong="H3588" out, and|strong="H2088" drink them|strong="H3588".
8 Há na mão do Senhor uma taça de vinho espumante e aromático. Dela dá de beber. E até as fezes hão de esgotá-la; hão de sorvê-la os ímpios todos da terra.
9 But|strong="H3588" I|strong="H3588" will|strong="H3068" declare for|strong="H3588" ever|strong="H2088", I|strong="H3588" will|strong="H3068" sing praises|strong="H3068" to|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3605" God|strong="H3068" of|strong="H3068" Jacob.
9 Eu, porém, exultarei para sempre, salmodiarei ao Deus de Jacó.
10 All|strong="H5769" the|strong="H5046" horns of|strong="H5769" the|strong="H5046" wicked also will|strong="H3290" I|strong="H5046" cut off; but|strong="H3290" the|strong="H5046" horns of|strong="H5769" the|strong="H5046" righteous shall|strong="H3290" be|strong="H5769" lifted|strong="H3290" up.
10 Abaterei todas as potências dos ímpios, enquanto o poder dos justos será exaltado.
