The burden|strong="H4853" of the word|strong="H1697" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* in the land|strong="H0776" of Hadrach|strong="H2317", and Damascus|strong="H1834" shall be the rest|strong="H4496" thereof: when the eyes|strong="H5869" of man|strong="H0120", as of all the tribes|strong="H7626" of Israel|strong="H3478", shall be toward the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
And Hamath|strong="H2574" also shall border|strong="H1379" thereby; Tyrus|strong="H6865", and Zidon|strong="H6721", though it be very|strong="H3966" wise|strong="H2449".
And Tyrus|strong="H6865" did build|strong="H1129" herself a strong hold|strong="H4692", and heaped up|strong="H6651" silver|strong="H3701" as the dust|strong="H6083", and fine gold|strong="H2742" as the mire|strong="H2916" of the streets|strong="H2351".
Behold, the Lord|strong="H0136" will cast her out|strong="H3423", and he will smite|strong="H5221" her power|strong="H2428" in the sea|strong="H3220"; and she shall be devoured|strong="H0398" with fire|strong="H0784".
Ashkelon|strong="H0831" shall see|strong="H7200" it, and fear|strong="H3372"; Gaza|strong="H5804" also shall see it, and be very|strong="H3966" sorrowful|strong="H2342", and Ekron|strong="H6138"; for her expectation|strong="H4007" shall be ashamed|strong="H3001"; and the king|strong="H4428" shall perish|strong="H0006" from Gaza|strong="H5804", and Ashkelon|strong="H0831" shall not be inhabited|strong="H3427".
And a bastard|strong="H4464" shall dwell|strong="H3427" in Ashdod|strong="H0795", and I will cut off|strong="H3772" the pride|strong="H1347" of the Philistines|strong="H6430".
And I will take away|strong="H5493" his blood|strong="H1818" out of his mouth|strong="H6310", and his abominations|strong="H8251" from between his teeth|strong="H8127": but he that remaineth|strong="H7604", even he, shall be for our God|strong="H0430", and he shall be as a governor|strong="H0441" in Judah|strong="H3063", and Ekron|strong="H6138" as a Jebusite|strong="H2983".
And I will encamp|strong="H2583" about mine house|strong="H1004" because of the army|strong="H4675", because of him that passeth by|strong="H5674", and because of him that returneth|strong="H7725": and no oppressor|strong="H5065" shall pass through|strong="H5674" them any more: for now have I seen|strong="H7200" with mine eyes|strong="H5869".
Rejoice|strong="H1523" greatly|strong="H3966", O daughter|strong="H1323" of Zion|strong="H6726"; shout|strong="H7321", O daughter|strong="H1323" of Jerusalem|strong="H3389": behold, thy King|strong="H4428" cometh|strong="H0935" unto thee: he is just|strong="H6662", and having salvation|strong="H3467"; lowly|strong="H6041", and riding|strong="H7392" upon an ass|strong="H2543", and upon a colt|strong="H5895" the foal|strong="H1121" of an ass|strong="H0860".
And I will cut off|strong="H3772" the chariot|strong="H7393" from Ephraim|strong="H0669", and the horse|strong="H5483" from Jerusalem|strong="H3389", and the battle|strong="H4421" bow|strong="H7198" shall be cut off|strong="H3772": and he shall speak|strong="H1696" peace|strong="H7965" unto the heathen|strong="H1471": and his dominion|strong="H4915" shall be from sea|strong="H3220" even to sea|strong="H3220", and from the river|strong="H5104" even to the ends|strong="H0657" of the earth|strong="H0776".
As for thee also, by the blood|strong="H1818" of thy covenant|strong="H1285" I have sent forth|strong="H7971" thy prisoners|strong="H0615" out of the pit|strong="H0953" wherein is no water|strong="H4325".
Turn|strong="H7725" you to the strong hold|strong="H1225", ye prisoners|strong="H0615" of hope|strong="H8615": even to day|strong="H3117" do I declare|strong="H5046" that I will render|strong="H7725" double|strong="H4932" unto thee;
When I have bent|strong="H1869" Judah|strong="H3063" for me, filled|strong="H4390" the bow|strong="H7198" with Ephraim|strong="H0669", and raised up|strong="H5782" thy sons|strong="H1121", O Zion|strong="H6726", against thy sons|strong="H1121", O Greece|strong="H3120", and made|strong="H7760" thee as the sword|strong="H2719" of a mighty man|strong="H1368".
And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* shall be seen|strong="H7200" over them, and his arrow|strong="H2671" shall go forth|strong="H3318" as the lightning|strong="H1300": and the Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w* shall blow|strong="H8628" the trumpet|strong="H7782", and shall go|strong="H1980" with whirlwinds|strong="H5591" of the south|strong="H8486".
The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* of hosts|strong="H6635" shall defend|strong="H1598" them; and they shall devour|strong="H0398", and subdue|strong="H3533" with sling|strong="H7050" stones|strong="H0068"; and they shall drink|strong="H8354", and make a noise|strong="H1993" as through wine|strong="H3196"; and they shall be filled|strong="H4390" like bowls|strong="H4219", and as the corners|strong="H2106" of the altar|strong="H4196".
And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* their God|strong="H0430" shall save|strong="H3467" them in that day|strong="H3117" as the flock|strong="H6629" of his people|strong="H5971": for they shall be as the stones|strong="H0068" of a crown|strong="H5145", lifted up as an ensign|strong="H5264" upon his land|strong="H0127".
For how great is his goodness|strong="H2898", and how great is his beauty|strong="H3308"! corn|strong="H1715" shall make the young men|strong="H0970" cheerful|strong="H5107", and new wine|strong="H8492" the maids|strong="H1330".
