1 Ó Deus, ouve minha queixa; protege-me das ameaças de meus inimigos.
2 Hide|strong="H5641" me from the secret counsel|strong="H5475" of the wicked|strong="H7489"; from the insurrection|strong="H7285" of the workers|strong="H6466" of iniquity|strong="H0205":
2 Esconde-me das tramas dessa multidão perversa, do tumulto dos que praticam o mal.
3 Who whet|strong="H8150" their tongue|strong="H3956" like a sword|strong="H2719", and bend|strong="H1869" their bows to shoot their arrows|strong="H2671", even bitter|strong="H4751" words|strong="H1697":
3 Eles afiam a língua como espada e apontam palavras amargas como flechas.
4 That they may shoot|strong="H3384" in secret|strong="H4565" at the perfect|strong="H8535": suddenly|strong="H6597" do they shoot|strong="H3384" at him, and fear|strong="H3372" not.
4 De emboscadas, atiram nos inocentes; atacam de repente, sem medo algum.

5 Animam uns aos outros a fazer o mal e planejam como preparar armadilhas em segredo. “Quem nos verá?”, perguntam.
6 They search out|strong="H2664" iniquities|strong="H5766"; they accomplish|strong="H8552" a diligent|strong="H2664" search|strong="H2665": both the inward|strong="H7130" thought of every one|strong="H0376" of them, and the heart|strong="H3820", is deep|strong="H6013".
6 Enquanto tramam seus crimes, dizem: “Criamos o plano perfeito!”. Sim, o coração e a mente do ser humano são astutos.
7 But God|strong="H0430" shall shoot|strong="H3384" at them with an arrow|strong="H2671"; suddenly|strong="H6597" shall they be wounded|strong="H4347".
7 Deus, porém, os atingirá com suas flechas e repentinamente os derrubará.
8 So they shall make their own tongue|strong="H3956" to fall|strong="H3782" upon themselves: all that see|strong="H7200" them shall flee away|strong="H5074".
8 A própria língua os levará à ruína, e todos que os virem balançarão a cabeça em desprezo.
9 And all men|strong="H0120" shall fear|strong="H3372", and shall declare|strong="H5046" the work|strong="H6467" of God|strong="H0430"; for they shall wisely consider|strong="H7919" of his doing|strong="H4639".
9 Quando isso acontecer, todos temerão; proclamarão as obras de Deus e entenderão o que ele faz.
10 The righteous|strong="H6662" shall be glad|strong="H8055" in the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, and shall trust|strong="H2620" in him; and all the upright|strong="H3477" in heart|strong="H3820" shall glory|strong="H1984".
10 Os justos se alegrarão no S enhor e nele encontrarão refúgio, e os que têm coração íntegro o louvarão.
