1 Ao mestre de canto. Dos filhos de Coré. Cântico para voz de soprano. Deus é nosso refúgio e nossa força, mostrou-se nosso amparo nas tribulações.
2 Therefore will not we fear|strong="H3372", though the earth|strong="H0776" be removed|strong="H4171", and though the mountains|strong="H2022" be carried|strong="H4131" into the midst|strong="H3820" of the sea|strong="H3220";
2 Por isso a terra pode tremer, nada tememos; as próprias montanhas podem se afundar nos mares.
3 Though the waters|strong="H4325" thereof roar|strong="H1993" and be troubled|strong="H2560", though the mountains|strong="H2022" shake|strong="H7493" with the swelling|strong="H1346" thereof. Selah|strong="H5542".
3 Ainda que as águas tumultuem e estuem e venham abalar os montes, está conosco o Senhor dos exércitos, nosso protetor é o Deus de Jacó.

4 Os braços de um rio alegram a cidade de Deus, o santuário do Altíssimo.

9 Reprimiu as guerras em toda a extensão da terra; partiu os arcos, quebrou as lanças, queimou os escudos.
10 Be still|strong="H7503", and know|strong="H3045" that I am God|strong="H0430": I will be exalted|strong="H7311" among the heathen|strong="H1471", I will be exalted|strong="H7311" in the earth|strong="H0776".
10 Parai, disse ele, e reconhecei que sou Deus; que domino sobre as nações e sobre toda a terra.
