1 And|strong="G2532" when the sabbath|strong="G4521" was past|strong="G1230", Mary|strong="G3137" Magdalene|strong="G3094", and|strong="G2532" Mary|strong="G3137" the|strong="G3588" mother of James|strong="G2385", and|strong="G2532" Salome|strong="G4539", had bought|strong="G0059" sweet spices|strong="G0759", that|strong="G2443" they might come|strong="G2064" and anoint|strong="G0218" him|strong="G0846".
2 And|strong="G2532" very|strong="G3029" early in the morning|strong="G4404" the first|strong="G1520" day of the week|strong="G4521", they came|strong="G2064" unto|strong="G1909" the sepulchre|strong="G3419" at the rising|strong="G0393" of the sun|strong="G2246".
3 And|strong="G2532" they said|strong="G3004" among|strong="G4314" themselves|strong="G1438", Who|strong="G5101" shall roll|strong="G0617" us|strong="G2254" away|strong="G0617" the stone|strong="G3037" from|strong="G1537" the door|strong="G2374" of the sepulchre|strong="G3419"?
4 And|strong="G2532" when they looked|strong="G0308", they saw|strong="G2334" that|strong="G3754" the stone|strong="G3037" was rolled away|strong="G0617": for|strong="G1063" it was|strong="G2258" very|strong="G4970" great|strong="G3173".
5 And|strong="G2532" entering|strong="G1525" into|strong="G1519" the sepulchre|strong="G3419", they saw|strong="G1492" a young man|strong="G3495" sitting|strong="G2521" on|strong="G1722" the right side|strong="G1188", clothed|strong="G4016" in a long|strong="G4749" white|strong="G3022" garment|strong="G4749"; and|strong="G2532" they were affrighted|strong="G1568".
6 And|strong="G1161" he saith|strong="G3004" unto them|strong="G0846", Be|strong="G1568" not|strong="G3361" affrighted|strong="G1568": Ye seek|strong="G2212" Jesus|strong="G2424" of Nazareth|strong="G3479", which|strong="G3588" was crucified|strong="G4717": he is risen|strong="G1453"; he is|strong="G2076" not|strong="G3756" here|strong="G5602": behold|strong="G1492" the place|strong="G5117" where|strong="G3699" they laid|strong="G5087" him|strong="G0846".
7 But|strong="G0235" go your way|strong="G5217", tell|strong="G2036" his|strong="G0846" disciples|strong="G3101" and|strong="G2532" Peter|strong="G4074" that|strong="G3754" he goeth before|strong="G4254" you|strong="G5209" into|strong="G1519" Galilee|strong="G1056": there|strong="G1563" shall ye see|strong="G3700" him|strong="G0846", as|strong="G2531" he said|strong="G2036" unto you|strong="G5213".
8 And|strong="G2532" they went out|strong="G1831" quickly|strong="G5035", and fled|strong="G5343" from|strong="G0575" the sepulchre|strong="G3419"; for|strong="G1161" they|strong="G0846" trembled|strong="G5156" and|strong="G2532" were amazed|strong="G1611": neither|strong="G2532" said they|strong="G2036" any thing|strong="G3762" to any|strong="G3762" man; for|strong="G1063" they were afraid|strong="G5399".
9 Now when|strong="G1161" Jesus was risen|strong="G0450" early|strong="G4404" the first|strong="G4413" day of the week|strong="G4521", he appeared|strong="G5316" first|strong="G4412" to Mary|strong="G3137" Magdalene|strong="G3094", out of|strong="G0575" whom|strong="G3739" he had cast|strong="G1544" seven|strong="G2033" devils|strong="G1140".
10 And she went|strong="G4198" and told|strong="G0518" them that|strong="G1565" had been|strong="G1096" with|strong="G3326" him|strong="G0846", as they mourned|strong="G3996" and|strong="G2532" wept|strong="G2799".
11 And they|strong="G2548", when they had heard|strong="G0191" that|strong="G3754" he was alive|strong="G2198", and|strong="G2532" had been seen|strong="G2300" of|strong="G5259" her|strong="G0846", believed not|strong="G0569".
12 After|strong="G3326" that|strong="G5023" he appeared|strong="G5319" in|strong="G1722" another|strong="G2087" form|strong="G3444" unto two|strong="G1417" of|strong="G1537" them|strong="G0846", as they walked|strong="G4043", and went|strong="G4198" into|strong="G1519" the country|strong="G0068".
13 And they|strong="G2548" went|strong="G0565" and told|strong="G0518" it unto the residue|strong="G3062": neither|strong="G3761" believed they|strong="G4100" them|strong="G1565".
14 Afterward|strong="G5305" he appeared|strong="G5319" unto the eleven|strong="G1733" as they|strong="G0846" sat at meat|strong="G0345", and|strong="G2532" upbraided|strong="G3679" them with their|strong="G0846" unbelief|strong="G0570" and|strong="G2532" hardness of heart|strong="G4641", because|strong="G3754" they believed|strong="G4100" not|strong="G3756" them which|strong="G3588" had seen|strong="G2300" him|strong="G0846" after he was risen|strong="G1453".
15 And|strong="G2532" he said|strong="G2036" unto them|strong="G0846", \+w Go ye|strong="G4198"\+w* \+w into|strong="G1519"\+w* \+w all|strong="G0537"\+w* \+w the world|strong="G2889"\+w*, \+w and preach|strong="G2784"\+w* \+w the gospel|strong="G2098"\+w* \+w to every|strong="G3956"\+w* \+w creature|strong="G2937"\+w*.
16 \+w He|strong="G3588"\+w* \+w that believeth|strong="G4100"\+w* \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w is baptized|strong="G0907"\+w* \+w shall be saved|strong="G4982"\+w*; \+w but|strong="G1161"\+w* \+w he|strong="G3588"\+w* \+w that believeth not|strong="G0569"\+w* \+w shall be damned|strong="G2632"\+w*.
17 \+w And|strong="G1161"\+w* \+w these|strong="G5023"\+w* \+w signs|strong="G4592"\+w* \+w shall follow|strong="G3877"\+w* \+w them|strong="G3588"\+w* \+w that believe|strong="G4100"\+w*; \+w In|strong="G1722"\+w* \+w my|strong="G3450"\+w* \+w name|strong="G3686"\+w* \+w shall they cast out|strong="G1544"\+w* \+w devils|strong="G1140"\+w*; \+w they shall speak|strong="G2980"\+w* \+w with new|strong="G2537"\+w* \+w tongues|strong="G1100"\+w*;
18 \+w They shall take up|strong="G0142"\+w* \+w serpents|strong="G3789"\+w*; \+w and if|strong="G2579"\+w* \+w they drink|strong="G4095"\+w* \+w any|strong="G5100"\+w* \+w deadly thing|strong="G2286"\+w*, \+w it shall|strong="G0984"\+w* \+w not|strong="G3361"\+w* \+w hurt|strong="G0984"\+w* \+w them|strong="G0846"\+w*; \+w they shall lay|strong="G2007"\+w* \+w hands|strong="G5495"\+w* \+w on|strong="G1909"\+w* \+w the sick|strong="G0732"\+w*, \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w they shall|strong="G2192"\+w* \+w recover|strong="G2573"\+w*.
19 So|strong="G3767" then|strong="G3303" after|strong="G3326" the Lord|strong="G2962" had spoken|strong="G2980" unto them|strong="G0846", he was received up|strong="G0353" into|strong="G1519" heaven|strong="G3772", and|strong="G2532" sat|strong="G2523" on|strong="G1537" the right hand|strong="G1188" of God|strong="G2316".
20 And|strong="G1161" they|strong="G1565" went forth|strong="G1831", and preached|strong="G2784" every where|strong="G3837", the Lord|strong="G2962" working with|strong="G4903" them, and|strong="G2532" confirming|strong="G0950" the word|strong="G3056" with|strong="G1223" signs|strong="G4592" following|strong="G1872".
